Very flexible, accommodating, and communicative: I recommend this place. When I needed to rent an SUV for a university research fieldwork, leaving Monday early morning, James was planning to bring the car to me Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, there was severe storm with hail at that time, James was flexible to change the plan to get the car later. Then, according to the Weather Canada, there will be a thunderstorm on the site we will be working outdoor, so I had to postpone the time again, and James was still okay that I changed the rental schedule for the second time. After all, we ended up not renting a car because the plan changed. Each time, he was available to answer the phone or called me back. The communication was effective. If I need a vehicle, I will be sure to check back there.

On a Friday evening of a long weekend with a truck full, and friends and kids with us we were stranded when our truck broke down west of saskatoon. Easy rent auto was accommodating and prompt to communicate. The flexibility offered to us because of our compromised situation was the only life raft we had. Because of easy auto rental we could still get to our destination and afford to keep his rental until the truck was repaired. We live out of province and this was as nightmare situation, but easy auto was our light in the dark. Thank you guys. I will recommend you over the big business rentals regularly.

Can be a super helpful guy but the last experience I had was ridiculous. Ended up renting me a car with expired registration. We received the ticket and fine and now he has blocked my number so further contact with him is not possible. Avoid this guy unless you're super desperate. Edit: since writing this review we have gotten a response from the owner in the form of harassment because he wants me to take the fair review down. only contacted us back after I left a review. Denies blocking us but now finds it convenient to put into words that he doesn't wanna take responsibility for the ticket we received due to his negligence.

Best customer service! I don't have a credit card personally and so I used my mothers, who doesn't have a license.. other car rentals turned us down but Easy Rent Auto made it happen! Our representative even picked me up from home and dropped me off when the rental was concluded.. as well as gave us an extra half a day absolutely free! Great experience with James and easy rent auto. I was in a panic to get a rental as the nite before was in an accident and my car totalled. I didn't have a credit card and asked if I brought someone with me willing to use their card if he was ok with that?? He was very understanding and no Hassel in the transaction. I left the lot with my rental and not knowing when I would be bringing it back due to sgi claim and finding another vehicle. Just stating can we just keep in touch as I find out more and he was very understanding. The end result I had the car for 10 days with no confirmation from sgi on coverage I paid cash for my rental and my friends card was not ever used. No Hassel no charge and greatly appreciated all James trust and effort to help me out Definitely recommend this business and will go back for sure if I ever have the need. Thank you James and staff.
