I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had a family emergency in Saskatchewan and I did not have my own credit card- only my husbands. Every place we called would make no exception to this rule of the driver having to have their own credit card. James from EZ rentals made it possible. We had a bit of extra paperwork to fill out but it was well worth it. James had someone pick me up from the airport and drop me off even at the early hour of 5 am. In addition to the exceptional customer service, I ALMOST hit a deer on my way back and that little Micra had some amazing breaks and stopped me safely within 5 feet of that deer! Who needs coffee at 5 am when you could just have your life flash before your eyes instead! I will definitely use these guys again if I ever have to go back!

Rented a last minute Nissan Micra over the long weekend and it was awesome. Nice and clean inside out. I was looking around some big rental companies but none had any option available. My friend recommended Easy Rent auto and I connected with them on a short notice (less than 24 hours). I needed the car for just one day due to some critical family stuff. James assisted me even when he had no option available and he still managed to find one for me. Really grateful for this. I would like to give them more than 5 stars if I could. Must recommended for every one. Go and get the car you need at any time (and I mean it 24x7).

Went on a trip, had originally was going to rent from enterprise, but ran into a lot of problems the moment I had got there. Went onto Google and found Easy Auto Rent. They only had 2 vehicles left and for last minute toboot. We were able to rent a lovely Jeep from them. No hassle, very understanding, very considerate, very much accommodating to our needs. We rented for a week, on our trip we ran into some problems with road construction and road closures on our way home from British Columbia. We had called them to let them know we would be late coming in and they said they wouldn’t charge us and just call when we get back into Saskatoon. We got in very late. So when they say it’s open 27/7 they sure are. I would give them a 10 stars if I could, and would 100% recommend for last minute rental or any rentals.

Great people, especially James and Cal. It was my first time in Saskatoon, they brought me the car at my hotel, and picked it up on the last day of rent. Even more James provided help with all my questions about the city, good restaurants, and connected me with his friends for renting a house...etc. No matter how busy he was, I still got all the support I needed. Classic Caddie was great fun for a day of cruising! It was all polished up and carefully detailed inside; necessary operating instructions were cheerfully given. Arrangements for delivery were very accommodating and carried out to a tee so the surprise was perfect. Communication by text and phone was great. James was great to deal with! Looked after our needs very well. I want to thank James for his compassion and passion. Car was going to Calgary to visit a dying relative and when the relative died the day of the trip James refused to take payment even though the car had been out for 2 days. I finally convinced him to take some money but far less than I wanted to pay him. Total stand up guy!! Will I deal with James again? Absolutely without a second thought.
