I had my issue with credit card he just had the number in contract and lend us the vehicle without charge till the next evening when we returned him the van. I used Easy Rent Auto today and it was a great experience. James dropped off the car to my location and picked it up from there. No charging for fuel for this pickup and drop off the car + time saving most importantly. The rates are also the same which i normally get over the weekend. I use to get higher rates during the weekdays from other Rent-a-Car companies if i take the car for a day or 2. All in all, its was a great experience.

I know you would throw a stone at me but they didn't. I had an emergency trip I needed to make in the morning and google landed me on their website (of course for the very good ratings they have for their politeness). I saw the 'Open 24 hours' tag and I thought I would leave a message so they could call me back sometime in the morning but shockingly they picked up the phone. He explained everything to me in detail without showing any hurry in hanging up the call. I would definitely rent any cars or truck from them because of how nice they are. 100% recommended.

He provided door-to-door airport pick-up service to the rental location compared to other big rental companies that we would walk through path covered in snow and endure cold and windy saskatoon winter. James was always picking up the call whenever we need him and gave us good recommendations to visit during our stay. The entire rental process was so smooth and worry-free! Highly recommended! First time customer, but I promise that I will be back. They make it easy isn’t just a slogan; this was by far one of the most painless rental experiences of my travelling career. They were able to find me a car when no one else could, they picked me up from the airport on short notice, and they did so with a level of courtesy that was above and beyond, and they made me feel that my needs were more than met. I travel across the country for work, and typically stick to chains, but I really can’t see myself going back. It’ll be Easy Rent Auto for me when I’m in town!

Even drove me home after dropping off the loaner car. Was originally told in person I could get my 500$ cash deposit back when I returned from work 2 weeks later, but have since been told I need to wait the 6 weeks again

After.trying several car rentals I found Easy Rent Auto had the most reasonalble raates and was super easy to deal with. James the owner even gave me a ride to another car rental I wanted to check out first.!! WoW who does that? ... only to find out that Easy Car Auto had a new Cherokee Jeep at a better rate than the economy car at the other rentals. I took the Jeep which was really fun to drive.. Can't say enough about the service and friendliness, they really went the extra mile for us in a tight spot, so we had a great experience. Wie will definitely use them again when visiting Saskatoon..
