Called last week about a monday rental was told weekend rentals would be in for the am pickup requested every time we called we were told to call back in a couple hours wasted the entire start of the day expecting them to have something????

I called yesterday to get a rental he told me he didn’t have anything. Available till the morning to call him back called him back in the morning and he told me call me at 11 i will have a car then so I called at 11 still no cars..how do you not know when your cars will be back..I wouldn’t recommend this company at all

So. This last past week Ive called to rent a car. He continously asked where I was going with the car when I told him where he then acted like he didnt want to rent me a car. He said he had none available. I had a feeling he was lying to me and giving me the run around. So I had a friend call and he told them he had cars available but when I called back he told me he only had cars only available for the weekend because they would not be open Saturday due to the holiday. So this morning I go past there as well as had a friend call and their open!! Im not sure why Im being discriminated against! But horrible customer service... On top of lying. Dont lie to your customers!

I've called this place about 10 different times and every time was told he has no rental cars. I called two weeks in advance for my fiancé birthday to reserve a vehicle and he told me one would be available, so I didn't call and reserve a vehicle elsewhere. He made me call every single day for that two weeks, and ended up giving the vehicle he had reserved for us to someone else. Terrible customer service!!! Wouldn't trust a word out of Toms mouth. I don't like giving bad reviews to someone's business, but I have to be honest. If you can get a vehicle somewhere else, I would save your time and energy and do so.

Faith in humanity restored! Econo went above and beyond making sure I’d get a rental on a Sunday afternoon as well helping me get my vehicle to the appropriate place to be repaired! Bravo and a million thanks!

I am a total disabled veteran. I thought I was going to be treated right but was not at all. this business thug is worthless. His car I paid hundreds for while renting over 2 months broke down in the middle of way back country with nothing around and he refused to reimburse me, left me out sitting on the side of the road for hours, almost half the day. them decides to not even let me get another cat in place of the piece of junk he rented me saying only those who have their own insurance can use the cars on his lot. Even though in the rental contact he charged me for using his insurance. He then said good luck making a complaint I am the owner and don't care. He was such a jerk to me and my family members that talked with him and nothing but a scandal. take my advice and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
