But other than this lady who is stressed and these mistakes of beginners on the rental, there were no worries with the motorcycles, nor with the staff, nor for the return of the motorcycles, and everything finally went well. J'ai été obligé de les appeler pour découvrir que les modèles étaient disponibles mais pas activés. De plus, alors que le site le permet, ils n'acceptent habituellement pas de départ le samedi. Mais j'ai pu payer et ils ne m'ont prévenu que quelques jours avant, reconnaissant leur erreur, mais demandant à venir chercher les motos avant 14h alors que mon vol arrivait à 15h. Autre chose, en ligne on nous promet un cadenas gratuit alors qu'au moment d'aller chercher les motos ce n'était soit disant pas prévu. Comme j'ai du envoyé quelqu'un les chercher, la personne n'était pas au courant et nous sommes partis sans cadenas. Sachant qu'il n'y a pas d'assurance vol, c'était assez stressant. Le jour du retour, nous avons reçu un mail incendiaire en majuscule nous menaçant de nous faire payer les motos pour vol (23000 $ ) si nous ne les ramenons pas au plus vite car le retour était prévu pour 9h mais nous n'étions pas au courant. Mais à part cette dame qui se stresse et ces erreurs de débutants sur la location, il n'y a eu aucun soucis avec les motos, ni avec le personnel, ni pour le retour des motos, et tout s'est finalement bien déroulé. Donc c'est un bon loueur et arrangeant, il n'y a que quelques efforts sur la communication à faire pour être au top. Surtout appelez les pour réserver et résoudre les problèmes.
