First time calling a taxi, and had such a positive experience. Staff were polite and service was quick, plus Dave was an awesome, safe driver! Will certainly contact them next time I need another cab.

These guys are lying theives and dishonest!! I accidentally left my brand new $400 headphones on the dash, I pay a monthly bill for. I use them to get work through the week and when I realized I had left them in cab, I called immediately and they were honest and said they found them and would return them. Today they have now gone missing and the police are now involved. This is uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I would like them to make things right

Worst Company EVER. I have my rides prepaid and pretty arranged and now 2 times in a row they are late. First time is was 45 minutes and now this time over a hour and half by the time they get here. I called once cab was 15 minutes late and was told cab was by Hamilton then called 55 minutes later and he's only in Grimsby. So clearly the one dispatch lied. Completely NOT ACCPETED. And I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

My friend was done from her army base. She called for a ride to her hotel. I heard the dispatch operator, he was rude to her. The the drive just drove off without a horn honk. So she had to re call and deal with the same dispatch operator who again was rude

I use this cab service daily to get to work and have no issues 95% of the time, kind and friendly drivers, on time and get me to work efficiently. I always call around 5am and put a time call in for 5:45am, with the cab usually arriving around 5:40am or just after. However, every time the woman dispatcher is working the morning shift, the cab is either 15+ minutes late or just doesn’t show up. Again, I don’t drive, and am a loyal customer who uses this service 5/7 days per week, and am quite unimpressed that I was told they just “couldn’t make it” this morning at 5:35am, 30 minutes after I called for a time call and 10 minutes before I usually leave out the door. I work retail and completely understand companies being short staffed and workers being unable to accommodate everyone’s needs, but since this is an extremely rare occurrence when only one specific dispatcher is working, I have a feeling that may no longer be a valid excuse. Definitely going to rethink what company I use to get to work everyday from now on, as I don’t have respect for those who don’t have respect for me or my time, especially when I’m putting in a time call to specifically guarantee myself a ride and make things easier for the company.

Had the worst ride. Nothing to do with the company but my driver was a lunatic. The things he said and did were bizarre. I was so scared I called a friend to stay on phone with me til I got home. I don't want to write specifics as he knows where I live but I've taken cabs for many many years and I've never experienced anything like this. I've told everyone I know about my experience because it was that weird... and I will never ever call this company again.

Cab was 30 minutes late. Driver asked if I could turn on her Debit machine for her. I declined. "Well, it's gunna be even longer then!" She replied. Awkward ride home + no tip = never calling YOUR TAXI in the future.

Drivers cancelled service. Booked taxi for airport, driver decided to cancel 15min before journey jepodizing the return of family to Australia. What kind of drivers does this company have? Extremely disappointed, you have sent a message to visitors that Canadian taxi drivers are limp wristed imbeciles that care not about their job or their customers. Dispatcher was apologetic, not her fault, but I do not advise using this service. Get an uber instead

Had an appointment in London at the hospital booked taxi two days ahead. Taxi was 30 minutes late which meant late for appointment which is unacceptable so had too rebook. No call to say going to be late so I could make other plans. Very unprofessional.

15-20 min means 45 min plus so be ready for that. Not sure why the delay could have someone come from another town sooner

Ordered a taxi for a specific time, was told they would be there. Upon leaving they were NOT there and when I called they said they had another call to handle first. Why they take set times is beyond me if they don’t actually follow through! Do not rely on this company to pick you up when you call a head of time they do not follow through.
