Worst experience ever. If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen it. I will start by saying the bus driver was excellent, and did his best to make the most of our trip. The bus line however was horrendous. Our bus looked like it was dragged out of the back field. They provided none of the advertised amenities, such as WiFi, and AC!! We had 50 passengers in a bus that was 30*C for 7 hours. And after alerting the office, they did nothing, so we had the same conditions for our return trip. The management is a joke, this is a clear public health violation that was not addressed. To put salt in the wound, a month before our trip the company went back on their contract by asking for an additional $800, and threatened to cancel on us if we didn’t pay. Two thumbs down for these fools.

We Hired This Company to shuttle our wedding guests. Paid all in full 6 months before the wedding. Covid hit and we had to postpone. We postponed 2 times. Only to have no luck they offered to give us our payment back. Going on a year later I still have not received this payment they constantly ignore my emails, I called last week he told me he would have it sent out immediately I just had to email them with an email reminder. Do not hire this company as there is super poor customer service & unfortunately you will be running in circles trying to get details from them.

Booked a trip months ago to Clear Lake for a wedding departing Winnipeg at 11:00am returning at 4:00am, I was quoted 900.00 and a deposit was taken. I asked if the driver required a room and was told no. Everything documented through email. Now I was contacted 1 week before the trip and told I needed to provide a room for the driver. Closest room available was 35minutes away. They refused to do the trip for the quoted amount and wanted $280.00 more plus the cost of the room. Absolutely terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.
