Reasonable and willing to work with you. Simple and easy to do the paperwork/info, didn't have to sit there or wait all day like other places I've been...definitely willing to work with you, your budget and your expectations. Had a minor issue and they were more than willing to fix it.... hard to believe there is negative reviews considering this is in house financing and not dealing with major banks/vehicles/credit.... overall ill definitely refer friends and family..

My daughter bought a suv from here . She is a single mother with 3 boy's. She has fallen on some hard times and had made payment arrangements for her car payment with Ian . Today she was over for a bbq at my house her vehicle was parked in my driveway. She went to go to the store for something and her vehicle was gone . We thought it was stolen only to find out it was repossed because a note wasnt put on her account ,the payment came out on Friday for the vehicle. She wentdown to get her vehicle back showed them her online banking to prove the payment came out but theystill made her make a 400 dollar payment to get her vehicle back .Thats a 800 dollar payment .They basically took money from her groceries for her kids no sympathy from this company I will never recommend them to anyone a bunch of crooks they are

Absolutely not people I will ever purchase another vehicle from. Repeatedly told me its past 30 days warranty. I have been fixing this vehicle all my by myself on a very low income. I asked for help and kept giving the same comment over n over and also told me, "I don't know what we can do..." ummm how about help your customers/clients that purchase your vehicles with trust in your dealership. NEVER EVER AGAIN I WAS SO UPSET I JUST HUNG UP!! NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!

I would not recommend utility auto to any friends or family, they are scammers and sell junk vehicles, they talked my mom out of getting the warranty on a vehicle we purchased I get off work not even 2 hours of buying it took it for a ride the gas gauge was broken, back window didn't roll down, trunk button didn't work, and the check engine light came on, when we called the company the next day the guy said not his problem its our problem and wouldn't give us the name of the mechanic because he was familiar with the vehicle and he said the mechanic has nothing to do with you or that vehicle, they are very ignorant and don't sell good vehicles I recommend NOT going to them. They knew I had a child and still sold me a junk

We purchased a vehicle and after the 1st week, we ran into a mechanical problem. Utility fixed it and then another problem occurred . They tried, went out of their way, worked extra hours and on days off, accommodated us the best they could but just couldn't get it done right. Yes, they make sure that its done right. So they swapped us into another similar vehicle. Thank you utility for making us apart of your family and looking out for ours. We recommend you guys to any one.

Do not buy from them they are horrible so rube the woman there is horrible!!! they sell lemons cars. Don't buy from them. she threatened my friend to take her car away and call the police as well they should not be in business. Thanks again for the threatening message I hope that you do not treat my friend any different Then you already have I don't know why you felt you had to comment on my review that itself shows what kind of business you run And only thing that you don't tolerate is taking responsibility for the cars that you sell that don't work well. I was told about Utility Auto Sales and I was NOT disappointed. Sasha sold me a newer SUV vehicle that is extremely reliable. She was super fast with the paperwork and worked with me on the payments that was to MY benefit!! it's undeniable the professionalism this company distributes. One vehicle I got, the radio was locked and I took it to Wheaten Chev, and Utility paid the bill. They're very courteous and make you feel welcome when you stop in.
