I have utilized the services of Anderson Auto for many years (mechanic shop), but most recently for a vehicle safety inspection. By an act of pure misfortune, a stone was shot from the nearby CP Railyard and it smashed my side window (which during COVID, was quite difficult to source a replacement). These guys were with me EVERY step of the way, and exhausted countless options to get me a replacement piece of glass. Their pricing is among the most reasonable in the city, and I trust their recommendations - because they are one of the few that will try to fix something correctly, without replacing unnecessary parts in the process. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this business, and highly recommend them.

Anderson's did all the body work on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra, as well as a new windshield, did all the work extremely quick and it looks beautiful! The quote for the windshield was extremely good, $500 less than what Speedy Glass quoted me! Really happy with Anderson's!

I was in an accident two weeks ago. I went to Anderson’s for a rental. Great price and nice car. Once SGI decided to fix my car, I got them to tow it to Anderson’s Auto. They did an amazing job. Bought a car said it was a 2005 went to register it and 2004 was the year air conditioning system broken only 2 Windows work tire kept going flat had to have it repaired real rip off place. Oh but it gets better took it in for a oil change, they found a rats nest in the filter luckily I went to a reputable oil change place. My opinion someone needed cash they did a quick cleaning and added fluids put it on the lot. Makes me wonder if there are any good trust worthy used car sales businesses any more. Clearly this is 1 of them.

I do not even know what to say. This crew is amazing. I have had emergencies and they are on top of it. When I brought my vehicle in they tested it until the vehicle did what it had done to me the night before. Most places would put it off until it happened again. Found out that the vehicle couldn't be driven until fixed due to breaks seizing . They tried to repair with in an hour so that I could drive it home. I was driven home when I could not take it out of the shop. Twice these guys have spotted a dangerous situation, showed me what it was all about and took action. I would go on but I am sure there are more reviews of why this is my only go to!

Nobody ever wants to go to a autobody shop period. Been dealing with this company on and off for several years. Windshields.. car sales.. Repairs. They do alot of things. Excellent service every time. This is our second accident that wasn't our fault... l have no qualms with them doing the work. I am a worrier in general and they even leave me feeling relaxed. At first I was happy with the work until I took my truck in for new tires. Right away the tire shop showed me that my ball joints were never greased at installation. They showed me how any mechanic with a brain can tell they were never greased and any shop would/should warranty the work no matter how long ago it was. ( Their mistake). The damage was done in the first few months. They told me " it would have been making noise " nope, no noise and still no noise. They won't do nothing about it. Their screw up, my problem. Not what I expected from someone who has been in business all these years. After getting work done by them I would recommend get another mechanic to inspect their work or keep it simple and go else where.

Amazing Service I had three minor accident with my car, but the three accidents totalled together, were more than SGI were willing to pay to fix it, so they wrote it off. The damages were cosmetic so I stopped in and Mitch and his team looked over my car, I wanted an honest opinion, if it was worth the buy back, fixing, and having a mechanical and structural safety done on it. It’s been an awful 2020 and an expense of a new vehicle would have been a financial burden, so I was very pleased when he was able to not only fix it but arranged the SGI inspection, it was full service with a rental car to boot, I am very pleased with the service, and fair price. Had a small ding in my door from someone hitting me in the parking lot. The work they did is phenomenal! Even looking for the dent I can't see it. They were extremely professional and proficient, I dropped the vehicle off at 8 am, and it was done and ready for pick up at noon! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will never consider renting with them again in my life. I'd rather walk to where I need to go or take a cab than rent with them. I called and asked to have a vehicle rented out yesterday. By the time I was ready to pay they were closing soon and I couldnt get off work on time so I called to ask to reserve the vehicle, the older man told me no need that they have two and it'll be available. Called today and was told they had nothing but a Honda fit. So I wasted my time taking time off work and using my lunch just to hear ' oh we dont make reservations other than if it s a couple hours, but nothing for days' ... unm this was yesterday and literally less than 24 hrs. He said yh they wont do that. People try and go with local business but fine, I will stick to enterprise and budget, there's a reason they are succesful internationally. I don't know how your other customers stick around. Unless you want a first come first basis system and not have the ability to reserve vehicle, this place sucks. I'm sticking with enterprise, they bent rules and did what had to be done to help me in my situation. I was even willing to give anderson the 500 dollar deposit. Apparently anderson doesnt care about their clients, or should I say potential clients now lost.

I have had the occasion to require the services of Anderson Collision and Glass three times in the past 18 months and each time was very pleased with the service and work. From the speedy installation of a new window on a friends vehicle which was vandalized while visiting; to the replacement of a new bumper and windshield on my Mazda (which also had a door 'ding' fixed a while back) I couldn't be more pleased. My repaired Mazda was returned beautifully cleaned, and the courtesy vehicle they supplied me with while they did the work, was also spotless and had a full tank of gas - Nice! Kudos to Cole and the excellent team at Andersons - I would highly recommend them for any car repair needs.

My car got got hit with $2000\$3000 hail damage. The PDR guys at Anderson’s are the best in town! My paint was fked, but Cole summoned his mechanical healing powers, was able to squeeze me in on the weekend, and the paint looks PERFECT!! I couldn’t believe my eyes ! This is the only dealership I've been to that hasn't had a shady salesman running up to you pressure you into a car as soon as I stepped onto the lot. The salesman Mike I spoke with first over the phone and then met in person was pleasant to deal with and not pushy at all. He genuinely cared about what I needed and wanted out of a vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Ask for Mike, he will take care of you.
