Brought my RV in for an electrical issue, service department didn’t even do what was asked of them, my electrical problem was never fixed, i know they didn’t even hook up to power to check the issues, was just told everything was fine. Instead, in my opinion I was over charged for flushing antifreeze out which wasn’t done right either & I still have the electrical issues that I brought it in for in the first place.

Chemo rv in Quesnel has a bunch of amazing staff. We had picked out the trailer we wanted to purchase and before we were able to pick it up on the original planned date we had an unfortunate hospital stay and were unable to make it on the planned date. We had to postpone a few times and staff was very caring and understandable with the situation. Once we were finly able to pick up our trailer everyone at chemo went above and beyond what was expected. All the staff makes you feel very welcomed,we will definitely make the trip from own home town to quesnel for all of our RV needs in the future.

We had an older trailer brought in from the 150 mile store that I thought my better half would love. Boy was I wrong. Steve B had come out to help us with looking at the trailer. He listened to our wants and quickly show us some pre loved trailers that ticked all the boxes. But they were way larger than we needed. Steve then showed a new 21ft and a new 24 ft that definatly looked after all our needs. The sales manager was more than fair paying for our much much older trade in. We wound up purchasing the Catalina 243RBSLE. Their finance department found us a fantastic term for our purchase. We couldn't be happier.

My husband and I left Faro Yukon heading to Mission B.C.with our Northern Lite camper (2008) this week. When we left we had no thoughts of upgrading. Along the Stewart/Cassiar road we had our first thoughts of maybe trading in for a used Arctic Fox with a slide out. Fast forward to now and our 2021 Arctic Fox 990S. It's a beautiful upgrade and experience no difference in driving with the extra pounds. The people at Chemo strive and succeed in excellent customer service.

When we discovered Chemo had the unit we were after, we inquired immediately. Kelly our salesman, was upfront and honest, outlining any potential issues I may find before I drove five hours to inspect and buy. The unit was as described, no foreseen surprises. The transaction went smoothly with none of the usual sales pressure you may find at other dealers. After purchase, the service has been phenomenal! I had an issue with the brakes on my return trip home. The unit was inspected prior to sale but the issue was intermittent and would not have shown up on an inspection. They made it right! Steve, the GM at Chemo in Quesnel, told us we’d be back for a different (bigger) camper … and to my surprise, they were right! We were so happy with the customer service from our first experience, including the many after sale calls and questions we had, we again contacted Steve to trade-in and purchase a new camper. This involved a 10 hour drive each way to pick up the new camper – that’s how well cared for we felt in our purchase. Steve gave us a great deal on the trade-in, and even though the day we picked up our camper was incredibly busy, he made sure that we had everything we needed to get on the road again. Over the past few months as we have been personalizing our camper, Steve has been there for us. He even came in on a day that Chemo RV was closed to accommodate us passing through Quesnel and pick up a couple of adjustment tools we needed for the camper. There’s a reason that Steve and his team are so busy. They’re all so good at providing really personalized service and meeting/anticipating our needs and interests – and just being really nice people.

My family and I came to Chemo RV in Quesnel, BC to repair our tent trailer on the way to our campsite, but while waiting, we worked with Steve Davies to find our ideal travel trailer (2019 Catalina Summit 172BH). They got the trailer prepped and ready to go for us that same day so we were able to do our vacation as planned. Now the four of us were quite a bit more comfortable while camping. The follow up service was terrific as we uncovered some electrical issues on our first trip (nothing to cause a problem) but we wanted it fixed. Chemo RV booked a service appointment at their location in 150 MIle, BC which we would be close to on our way home. The service took an hour and they fixed all of the issues we could find. We are extremely happy with our purchase at this point and would return to Chemo RV if we are in that area of the province again.

May 2020 I was travelling through Quesnel and had some issues with my 2005 Citation camper that needed to be fixed right away in order for me to be able to continue my travels as planned. I called Cheemo RV and explained what had happened. I was greeted right away as I walked in and Jim in the service department got me into their shop within 45 minutes of my call and resolved the issues right away. The service tech, Mark, came over and spoke to me personally, and even invited me to look at had been done and noted a couple other things that needed attention. He answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly and offered suggestions as well. Jim showed me a couple of products that were helpful and the Service manager David, made sure everything was good to go for the rest of my trip.
