Lived there for a year, had plumbing issues, loud neighbors. Tons of cats around the property, unorganized parking, leaking roofs. Over all bad experience.

Happy with living here, friendly n likable management. Being on top floor on west side facing the beautiful view of our ocean has been the greatest influence on my positive opinion of our apartment block. As far as apartment living goes i find it affordable and overall good place to live for now.
