First of all I let me say I never complain or give bad views unless it's necessary! I reserved a rental a week in advance for 4pm I had a hair appointment@ 430 mind you. I waited for a hour for someone to show up and actually take care of me Thank God for the lady working in the collision shop next door. She was a lot of help. Upon returning the vehicle on time gas full cleaned out and as perfect as I can return it I get there to FIND OUT THEY IMPOUNDED MY CAR THAT I INFORMED THE LADY I WAS LEAVING THERE WHEN I TOOK THE RENTAL!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED NOTHING LIKE THIS AND I AM VERY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED????

Once I was able to find an open location, it was a very simple process to return the rental to the airport location. I will say that outside of that my entire experience left a lot to be desired. From them not picking me up as scheduled to the vehicle being filthy when I did finally get the car picked up. When calling for help you get an automated message telling you to go on line and that if you want to speak with a live agent there will be an additional service fee. All in all I will try my best to never deal with any location of this company and would advise others to do the same.
