Me and my boyfriend took the train down to PEC for the weekend and with no car, the weekend special bike rental was the perfect fit for us! Jeff was super accommodating especially since we were late for our drop-off time. The bikes were in great condition and were all around really good bikes. He even gave us route recommendations (we decided to follow Google maps once and the road it took us on was horrendous…we took Jeff’s route on the way back and it was much smoother!). The fact that he will pick up the bikes anywhere (not just the original drop off location) was great for when we were too tired to bike all the way back at the end of our rental. I will 100% recommend this to anyone coming to pec!

OMG!!! Jeff is the most kind hearted, caring and professional owner we have ever met. He really went the extra mile when delivering and picking up the bikes and more... When my girlfriend and I decided to wine touring, all the other bike shops were fully booked! Somehow we found Jeff and his company, gave him a call, asked to book two bikes for the day (called that morning) and he said not a problem! He hand delivered the bikes right to the air bnb we were staying at (which was in Picton). Now, to get to the first winery it would've taken us 1hr of biking on a major road (since our airbnb was very far from the Wineries past Wellington). Jeff, being the kind hearted person he is, offered to give us a ride ALL THE WAY to Wellington, so we would only have to bike 10minutes or so to our first winery :). To say the least, at the end of the night, at our last winery we asked Jeff if it was possible to pick up our bikes while we cabbed back to Picton, again without hesitation he did so. Jeff is a fantastic owner, person, and really puts customers first! DO NOT Hesitate to book with him. You Will NOT be disappointed :). Cheers, N&K

The service was great - the bikes were delivered to and collected from our accommodation and Jeff not only supplied helmets but also a water bottle and lock systems. A very professional operation. The bikes were new and in great condition although one day we rode quite a distance on the Millennium Trail and that particular trail was a bit rough in places for the CBR bikes

Jeff was communicative and responsive, and left my rental bike in a convenient pick up spot for me. (I told him I would be spending the morning at the Wellington farmer's market, and he offered to leave it locked to a bike rack at the Midtown Brewing Company for me. ) However, there were two issues: (1) The handlebar height on the bicycle. Unfortunately, it was not adjustable. Since I couldn't adjust it, I was hunched over and became too uncomfortable to continue. My husband and I had to cut our ride short and returned the bike much earlier than planned. (2) Communication. Under "special instructions" for the booking, I explained to Jeff that I would need a frame to fit my height of 6 feet. He later asked me what my height was. He also sent me an email asking what size helmet I needed, and phrased it as ("S/M or M/L?") , so I responded with "S/M" ("small/ medium"). He later said he didn't know what size I needed and so left both S/M and M/L-- which was considerate of him, but it seemed he had missed my message entirely.

Our experience with County Bike Rentals was top notch! We arrived in Picton, Ont. by boat early on a Sunday morning. We called CBR about renting 4 bikes for the day. Since it was very impromptu (and Sunday morning), we weren’t at all certain we would be able to get bikes right away. Jeff was very accommodating. He delivered the bikes to the marina inside of 40 minutes. He spent time reviewing the equipment with us and helped us plot our course for the ride. What was really extraordinary is that Jeff let us know that if for any reason we chose not to ride the bikes back to the marina (too tired, or perhaps had too much fun) we could lock the bikes up at any locale and he would retrieve them. That was so good to know. We ended up completing our 22 mile ride around the County, taking in the sights and enjoying local establishments along the way. It was a superb day! Thank you Jeff and County Bike Rentals!!

Very great service. This was my first time coming to PEC and renting bikes. The process was very easy and convenient. Jeff will drop the bikes off and pick them up for you. When we arrived on Friday our bikes were already at hotel so we were able to take a friday night ride! It was a great experience and was nice to not worry about picking or dropping the bikes off. The bikes were exactly what we needed as we biked to different wineries on Saturday. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I decided to try the foldable bikes available for rent from County Bike Rentals for our week in PEC. We were surprised at how enjoyable they were to ride given their extremely compact size when folded. We were able to fit both in the back of our Corolla, which allowed us to try a number of the rides Jeff marked on a map of the County for us. I rode the Millennium Trail between Wellington and Picton on this bike - a 40km round trip on an unpaved trail - and it handled really well. Jeff was very helpful and it was a great rental experience. Highly recommended!

We mostly used the bikes to travel from our rented cottage to Sandbanks and area. It was a great way to get around. We once had a gear issue with one bike, and Jeff came out the same evening to deal with it. Highly recommend!!

County Bike Rentals has been amazing each time I've rented from Jeff. The delivery and pickup is seamless. The first time we rented was for a group of girls and we were able to easily ride around to a bunch of wineries and breweries in the region, travelling mostly on road. They gave a really comprehensive run-down on the bike and equipment, provided everything I needed, and the bike was really easy to handle. They picked it back up the next day, all with zero hassle. Note- there is no physical location, so if you try and drive to find them, you will end up in an empty field :-) Just call, and they'll accommodate if they can!

I've rented bikes from Jeff twice and both times have been an awesome experience. Jeff is very responsive, helpful, punctual, and accommodating. The first time I rented bikes from him was last summer with 5 friends. He fit us all with proper seat heights and helmets. The second time was this summer during stage two of the pandemic. The handoff was a little different to make things as safe as possible, but the service was still great. Jeff disinfected the bikes in front of us and made sure everything fit properly from a distance. The bikes are good quality and easy to manage on county roads. Jeff provided locks and free water bottles. Also, he is so friendly and kind, and offered us suggestions of routes to follow. 10/10 recommend County Bike Rentals - it has become my go-to!

We had the bikes delivered in the morning by the lovely Jodi who provided us with great information about the surrounding areas and great suggestions about local wineries and attractions, as well as showing us on the map. Jodi sanitized the bikes and handles before fitting us for our rides and used a mask when we couldn’t social distance. We were running a bit late on the bike ride home but Jeff was quick to respond and didn’t mind a little delay. The bikes themselves were easy to ride and provided a comfortable and fun way to get around the area. Cannot recommend this enough, Jeff the owner of County Bike Rentals is an absolute gentleman. We used this Bike rental over the Canada Day weekend, Jeff delivered our bikes to us in the morning and also played a blinder throughout the day. We needed assistance half way through our rental due to minor gear failure, Jeff came picked us up, replaced bike and dropped us to our next stop!!
