saw Pierre when I was buying new winter tires and wheels to mount them on, he was extremely helpful in finding the very specific tires I needed for my vehicle. the day I went in to have the tires put on and a winch mounted, I spoke with Chuck, who was very attentive to detail and great to deal with. after receiving my vehicle back, I have absolutely no complaints about the pricing, or service quality. highly recommended Ottawa St-Laurent Jeep & Ram.

Contacted the dealership and was contacted by Allan who asked me to download an app to get info on my trade in. I download the app, fill out all the info and take a bunch of pictures and tell Allan I've done so and I await their reply. It's been 2 weeks and I've still yet to get a response of any sort. I'm literally trying to give him business and I can't even get a reply in 2 weeks ?
I purchased a 2016 Ford SHO from Ottawa St-Laruent Jeep & RAM. I found the AD on Autotrader.ca and made contact. The sales person did a quick video walk around and interior of the vehicle. I worked out a price with the manager and agreed on the purchase. They noted that everything was working as it was being sold as a certified vehicle. I received the vehicle a couple weeks ago, and immediately upon receiving the car, I noticed some items out of place: - clear coat missing on front bumper in a spot - damaged front valance (minor) - small dent on the top of the roof, drivers side - scuffs on the trunk lid and spoiler - reverse camera wasn't working I immediately sent an email to the dealer about all of these items and made clear that these conditions were not disclosed prior to purchase. All they said was it was a used vehicle and they would pay to fix the backup camera. They asked me to provide them a quote. I went to the Ford dealership local to my work and they quoted me $906 taxes in to replace and install the new backup camera. I sent this to the sales person and his immediate response was "tell me you didn't have this work done already." I hadn't because why would I shell this money out for my new car? He told me he needed to talk to his manager (Mike Gervais). I said no problem but he already confirmed they would be paying for it. Later that evening, I left work and went on my first real drive. I loved the car. The power, the torquiness, the steering. It was the most fun I ever had driving a car. And then I put on the adaptive cruise. Sensors blocked and not working. Car continues to throw me error messages. I immediately got on the phone with the sales guy and informed him of the issue. Again, because he can't make decisions, I had to talk to the manager (Mike). Mike was unavailable so I left a voice mail. No return call. I called the next day - another message. I gave him 2 days to return my call. No returned call. I sent an email. No response. I called the dealership yesterday, and was sent to voice mail again. I wasn't leaving another message on his box. I called a general salesman and told him I needed to speak to the GM (Sean). Unfortunately Sean was out and the random sales guy asked if I wanted to leave a message. I told him no, that I will give the manager and sales rep the benefit of the doubt to return my calls the next day by noon prior to me personally speaking to the GM. Not 5 minutes later did Mike return my call. Funny how that works? He said that it's become too much and they don't want to fix it. I explained to him that he sold this vehicle certified with these safety features working and he's obligated to fix them. He told me he would take the car back. In hind sight I should have said right then and there - ok go ahead take it back. But I really enjoyed this car. I told him to speak to the GM about it and get back to me before I send it back. Mike told me he would speak to GM tomorrow. The following day comes, and no response. I called again and - again to voice mail. I sent an email and asked for a status and Mike replied with him stating he'll just take the car back. No response on what the GM said because he obviously didn't talk to the GM about this. This was a horrible car-buying experience. When buying long distance, ALL conditions of the vehicle need to be disclosed.

November 8 2021, I did a oil change and winter tire on my Jeep 2020. At that time I had my soft top on. Christopher Harris told my at that time that he would have change the liftgate on the hard top as they are not as strong to keep the window up. It took me awhile to change tops and this morning with a super snow storm my liftgates were replaced fast and easy. Thanks to Christopher for the service.
We bought our 2022 Ram Rebel from Ottawa St-Laurent Jeep & Ram last week and really love the truck! We dealt with Charles McNestry and although there were a few hiccups along the way (Mainly due to the current supply chain issues) Charles took good care of us. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience at Ottawa St-Laurent Jeep & Ram, from the front end sales team to the Finance manager, there was no pressure, no last minute up selling, no pushy behaviour what so ever. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Jeep or Ram give these guys a chance.

I don’t really like dealerships due to bad experiences, however Kam changed my mind! He was very kind, respectful, and a very friendly face. Extremely helpful with all my stupid questions and never once seemed annoyed with how many I asked! Great experience in buying a vehicle. I was looking online for a 1 ton pickup truck and came across one of the very few available at St.Laurent Chrysler..I accidently called their text line so hung up..Immediately I was called back by Kamran from their sales team..he was so helpful and patiently answered all my questions ..either by phone or email. Although it was over a 6 hour drive for me to pick up the new car it was so worth it. The dealership was easy to work with..gave me a price for my trade in that was what I was hoping for and the deal was confirmed..the only small issue I had..but was explained to me why it had to be this way due to fraudulent deals was I had to pay before pickup the amount oweing and it had to be by bank wire which cost me over $80..I could not present on the pick up a bank draft which would have been no additional cost in bank fees..However I accepted the explanation and went to the dealership a few days later to do the trade..On arrival the business side was done quite quickly..Kamran the sales agent was so helpful and together with others from the dealership helped me secure a cap I was keeping from my old truck They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal..I would recommend to anyone to work with this dealership and especially Kamran who was awesome and professional throughout. Ps loving the ride I purchased from them.. a Ram 3500..unfortunately I won't be able to give them my service work..way too far to drive..but hoping my local dealer will be just as good as this dealership..

They changed parts on my vehicle that didn't have to be changed and didn't change the one that had to be changed. I won't go back there. The part that was causing the problems from the beginning was the anti-pollution device, which we told the garage and my husband asked that it be changed but it wasn't. If that had been changed at first, I'm sure all the other problems would not have appeared. After spending over $7k, we still had the original code come up again. We went to another dealer and had that part replaced. Since then, it's working perfectly, even after pulling a 16k pounds 5th wheel. Before we had no performance even after all that money spent. Now the truck has guts and the fuel consumption is improved, just like when it was new.
I had a complicated fix on my Jeep Rubicon. Chris in service only handles Jeeps as well as the technician. They navigated my sway bar disconnect problem as well as other problems managing to ship in a back ordered part for the US. Given the delays which were outside of their control, they have me a great price at the end. Really happy with the consultative approach and in end, I’m back on the road! Thanks guys!
The service rep was great in that he was friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening. I had taken the truck in for new tires and to check the console computer and door lining. When he said it would be about 2 1/2 hours I said just put the tires on then because I didn’t have time. I had been told on the phone it would take 1-1.5 hours. It did take 2 1/2 hours and they checked everything so that request was ignored but in addition, the tires were not inflated properly. The front two were correct and the back left was 4 psi lower and the right was over 2 psi too high. I monitored them twice while the truck was cold and out of the sun. That’s too big of a difference in pressure for safety and wear. So I either had to go back to the dealership to adjust with nitrogen or adjust the pressure myself plus I wasn’t able to get out of there on time. Neither is acceptable to me. Not hard things to accomplish.
Great, friendly sales service! Would recommend Allan as your sales guy. Geoff the manager was very patient and knowledgeable. Finance Carl was helpful. Pick up wasn't as smooth. Our pickup was delayed and we had to wait about 3 hours after our scheduled pick up time.

The truck I got Had a Minor Issue “ the Weather Stripping “ was Damaged on one door and after a quick Email they Were glad to help out. I live 3 1/2 hours away so taking the truck back just to have the weather stripping just didn’t make Sense And also being Farming Season I don’t have time to go. Aidan went through the options for a new 2021 Wrangler with me and Jeff gave me a great trade in for my 2017 Wrangler. With the low interest rates I had an offer I couldn’t refuse. It took a little while for the vehicle to be built with Covid delays but it arrived this week just as ordered. Great service, reliable, and respect YOUR time! I even bought new tires, Michelin X-Ice snow tires, and they were 160$ cheaper than Goldwing Auto. I saved big time too on installation and balancing. I've been having my Chrysler 300s serviced here since I purchased it in 2017 and they have consistently delivered on keeping me a satisfied customer. Moreover, they have actually made improvements since I started with them: - Text the dealership at any time and they will get back to you quickly (during operational hours). - Wait times are drastically reduced when dropping off and picking up. Very impressed with the dealership.

Great service. I’m not from Ottawa, but but during my 8 hour drive there, I notice some transmission issues. They were able to get me right in and all fixed up over dinner. I don’t know much about vehicles, but they were able to educate me on this specific issue and I had a perfect drive back home.
Picked up my new Factory Order from this dealership. Charles the sales rep assigned to me was very courteous and pleasure to work with! Communication was prompt and clear through my 4 month waiting period - which was Manufacturer driven delay :) -1 star only cause during closing time ( invoicing ) at delivery - there was apart from Admin charge ( which is ok ) additional charges on the invoice I had not agreed on. A charge for tyre protection ( i had asked for no nitro ) and a charge for detailing/cleaning/getting the vehicle ready ( which, given purchasing a new car I expected to be something standard without being paid extra ) which I was not made aware of earlier. An extra 700 in total, I was able to have the tyre protection charge removed - but not much i could negotiate out from a car where they already did the 'cleaning' on a brand new factory order.
Really bad service, go elsewhere. Read on for more info on my experience. Had 2 vehicle’s go in for service at that dealer. My 2019 Ram needed a trailer brake controller installed. Went to the dealer to get it installed, and when i picked up the truck, one of the trim piece near the radio had to be taken off to be able to connect the trailer brake controller, and was badly damaged once taken off by a technician. The service technician did not report the damages, and they gave me my truck back with a piece of the dash that had 3 noticeable tears and one puncture mark. Needless to say that I had to go back one more time to get that replaced. Total of 3 hours of my time wasted there. Second time in for service/part install. I bought a snorkel kit for my Jeep from mopar(from that dealer), and wanted to get it installed at the dealer for warranty reasons since my Jeep is still under factory warranty. I book my appointment by phone explaining that it was for a snorkel install on a jeep rubicon. They book me in in a timely fashion. 2 days before the appointment, i picked up the snorkel so that i would be 100% positive that the dealer would have it for my appointment as I would leave it in the jeep the morning off. At that point the service person said “”well i guess we are not installing your snorkel anymore tomorrow” meaning Tuesday. I said yes i will, but only Wednesday as my appointment is Wednesday morning. The guy confirmed that it was Wednesday. Wednesday morning, I drop off the vehicle (taking time off work to do so) and once there, I was happy to see the same guy that I had seen on Monday as he was aware of why I was there. Well to my surprise, he told me that he had to go check with the service manager to see if they would be able to install that part as they weren’t sure if someone could do it… I was confused as they knew ahead of time that it had to be done, but didn’t inform me that may be it couldn’t be done. So he said I could leave and he would call me in the next 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later, still no call, so I called back, and was told that they didn’t had an answer yet. 15 minutes later received a call stating that they could not do it as no one could completely do the install… So once again they wasted my time. So as far as service goes, I’m far from being impressed as both times, my time was wasted, and I was not treated as someone who spent over 100000$ on two vehicles purchased at that dealer. I strongly suggest to buy vehicles elsewhere as the service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The technicians solved a not easy ignition problem and faster than even they estimated. They also fixed 3 recall items and handed me a list of repairs they felt were necessary. But Peter, my service liason guy, was always keeping me updated, was patient and informative. He did his best to get the info directly from the techs. Then when it was ready ahead of schedule, stayed late on the Friday of the long weekend so I could pick up my vehicle and return the rental early. Thank you Peter!

Joe the finance manager worked out a great financing deal and both made everything happen quickly.. Greg did the extras to get the car safeted quickly and licenced. He has a great personality and it is a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend the team to everyone.

Salesperson Jenna was very pleasant to deal with. She was always available to answer my questions even when I was not at the dealership and was quick to respond. My vehicle was delivered on time and very well prepared.
Aidan was helpful in setting up the new build and going over options with me. Additional requests were able to be accommodated. Out scheduled meeting times at the dealership were always on time and went as expected. The whole process was fair and transparent.
Great and fast service. I bought my Ram brand new at another dealership in town, which offered lifetime free oil changes with the purchase. The service there was so bad that after a year, I decided to try St-Laurent. I have been with them ever since! Great service and no bs. They do what they say they'll do, don't ever try to upsell you something you don't need and they get your vehicle out super fast! What more can you ask for?
