I had a service appointment for an oil change. When I arrived an older and rude staff member told me it would be 2-3 hours because a lot of people were ahead of me despite a set appointment time. When I asked about the promised ride he said told they weren't doing that.

Been dealing with Myers Baseline since 2011 and we've had our bumps in the road but they know how to treat a customer. They have won me over as a life-long customer. Greg from the Service department is one amazing guy, with such attention to detail. Joe in sales is such a personable and down-to-earth guy who is approachable and very honest. I've purchased two new vehicles from him since 2011 and will continue to.

Had to wait an hour or so for an oil change, BUT they have free coffee,hot chocolate,water,tea while you wait in these wicked comfy chairs and as long as you're polite to the service desk. The service is fast and top notch.

Had the spring servicing and tire swap as well as some other work. It took 5 hours. It was expensive. The staff at the service department talk as though the waiting customers can't hear them. If only they could hear themselves.

Got a vehicle safety inspection certificate for Uber and got it at a nice discount. ($75 after tax). Came with a free car wash too which is nice. You need to request it though. Keep in mind they don't use those soft sponges rather they use britsol brushes so some people might not want that touching their car. They provide shuttle services and gave me a ride to and from my workplace free of charge. Overall very good pricing and service.

We went to buy an awd suv here and won't again. There was an acadia in the show room for sale we wanted and after looking at it it seemed like a nice machine we were told it had awd which is what we needed and after buying it well there was no awd so we got stuck paying 60 grand for a front wheel drive suv which is garbage in the snow. I will never believe another salesman here after being lied to they knew this was the only reason for us buying an suv because we needed awd but they still sold it to us knowing it was a fwd. Also when i got an appointment to change my oil i had to wait over 3 hours lol with an appointment. All i can say is never again i do not recommended.

Bought my truck at Myers in 2015 and the sales team and service department are great. Jason and his service team look after all my service needs and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Myers to anyone. I included pictures from when I bought the truck to the customizing I did to it. Whenever I needed help or advice Myers was always willing to help me so customizing it was really easy.
The guys in service are awesome, always super friendly and fair. I have no reason to bring my car anywhere else. Even the sales team is great. They've helped me with issues even after the purchase... Years after! And the lady who works the canteen upstairs is actually the best. Today while I was waiting for my car, I went up to get food and she just closed..... We bought a used car at Barrhaven Toyota. We were frustrated that we had to have a conditional sale before we could have the car checked out independently, however they did replace the battery once we came back with the results of our check. We had a couple of outstanding questions after we picked up the car and had to chase down answers. We remain dissatisfied with the operation of the navigation/apps console. Most frustrating however was the fact that within a week we were contacted by Sirius XM about our free trial. It took the dealership almost three weeks and some prompting to find out that they automatically send all personal contact info to Sirius when a used car is sold that has had Sirius before. (Sirius told me within 24 hours that my info had come from the dealership). No consent was given on my part for my information to be shared. Sirius has my name, address, email, phone number, make and model of car and radio ID #. Once I was told how this had happened I contacted Myers Automotive to ask why data was shared without consent. Have written twice. No-one has responded. I see no commitment to responding to customer concerns.

Great place to get work done, but buy the parts online (OEM GM parts are insanely overpriced, especially in Canada). I won't touch new cars these days so this review has nothing to do with that. $50+ for a pickup is crazy, you're all crazy.
I like the Service department. I have taken my last 2 vehicles there for service, and have always been treated fairly. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I drop it off in the morning around 6:30 AM and they shuttle me to work and pick me up after. Twice they have not been able to pick me up in a timely manner, and paid for a taxi to bring me back to the Dealership.
If you wish to have your time wasted come on down to Myers! We will dangle fresh deals on nice trucks... that were sold a few days earlier! Either customer service means nothing to us, or we are horrifically disorganized! Buy a rusted car on kijiji or pick up cycling before you think about coming here. My confidence level with this Infiniti dealership and my 2019 QX50, have been greatly diminished. Not only does this dealership defer standing behind their product, they actually had the audacity to imply that they are only a servicing agent for the Vehicle’s manufacturer and my issues with respect to quality/performance should be referred to Infiniti Canada. Pretty disappointed in both pre and post sales service at Nissan and VW so I can only imagine it's a group level issue. Find a smaller dealer network that seems to have some common sense and the ability to make dealer level decisions on sales practices. Personally, I'll be avoiding all of your dealerships in future.
