Pleasant to deal with. Clean equipment. Prices okay, though this service is really for shorter-term rentals only. If you are renting for 2 weeks or longer, it pays to buy the car seats instead.

Fantastic service. Jennifer met us at the airport after our flight got delayed 2.5hrs with a car seat and high chair. After we were finished with the rental, she was kind enough to meet us at the airport at 5:30 in the morning as we were leaving early. Having this service saved me the stress of worrying that the airline might lose/damage our car seat and I didnt have to pack a travel high chair, meaning more room in our suitcase for essentials.

Really awesome business! Jennifer was accessible with dates and pickup/return times. The car seat I rented was clean and ready for my nephew. He enjoyed his car spot for 3 weeks while visiting Canada for the first time.

Jennifer was of great help, As a grand parent a lot has changed since I strapped my kids into the car. Jennifer supplied me with the manuals for both a high backed booster seat and a convertible baby seat. Yes you need manuals to figure out how to secure these seats but Jennifer also showed me how. Seats were ready at the agreed time and paperwork was easily completed as was payment. I have no problem in recommending Little Travellers to anyone needing child equipment on a temporary basis.

When I arrived to pick up a car seat, she took the time to explain the model and how to install it in my vehicle for my visiting nephew! No Stress! So Easy!! We rented car seats, pack & play, mattress, stroller, high chair. We were met by Jennifer on time with all the items we rented and she met us again on time (at 5:30am!!) to collect all the pieces from us. Super convenient! My sister and I travelled to Ottawa with our little ones and didn’t want to chance having our car seats damaged. The date we were flying in didn’t work for little travellers so they dropped the car seats off with our family who was picking us up a day early ( at no extra charge) and picked them up from airport when we were leaving ! Definitely recommended for travelling with babies. Jennifer made the entire experience great!
