So over the holidays we purchased a Jag F-pace! We are so happy with our new SUV. Price was amazing! Thank you to Vincent, for making this buying experience fun! Great experience while making my purchase. I saw a car on the website and fell in love so I emailed the general account for a test drive. Stacey responded within a few hours to book a time. He was responsive to all of my questions by email and in person. Getting the paperwork and details finalized (for a day to pick up the car etc) was a bit time consuming as they said the dealership is extremely busy- which to me ...... it shouldn't matter how busy the dealership is, customers shouldn't feel that rush. Its only been 2 days since I drove off with my 2018 E-Pace but overall, I am happy with my experience and purchase.

Bought a 2021 F Pace 340 here and because we live 500 km away all negotiations were conducted on line and over the phone. Everything went smooth as could be and Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He picked us up at the airport and we were soon on our way home in our fantastic new car. Did an aftermarket PPF wrap and ceramic coating and it looks amazing'

Leased a brand new vehicle from the dealer in April 2018. Vehicle started having issue (unsafe to drive) in October 2018, took the dealer and JLR close to 9 months to fixed the issue. So I was paying lease payments in full for 15 months but only has the vehicle for little over 6 months period, and driving a much lower retail value loaner for over 8 months. No compensation nor gesture of goodwill whatsoever. Very disappointed at their after sale service and how they handle whole situation. The only thumb up / star I gave is for the sale person. He was great but no longer working there. This is my first and will be my last business with JLR. PS. I see "owner" keep asking customers to contact so and so, if the dealer really want to resolve customers complaints, I suggest they reach out to their customers directly instead of pretending try to have the issues resolve. Dealer should have no problem finding who the customers are and how to contact them.
Purchased a vehicle from here - when I first went to see it, the engine light was on, the drivers window kept getting stuck down and the passenger window would not roll down from the main power switch. I was promised it would all be be fixed before I picked up the car. It wasn’t. Made several appointments to have the engine light looked at and fixed. Same with the window switch. I went directly through the sales person. Went days without having my vehicle and the issues were repeatedly not fixed every time I brought it in. In February I said they needed to order the window switch - I was put off for months - stating due to covid that factories were shut down and it was back logged. I finally called the general manager. I thought my vehicle in for them to scan it, quoted about 15-20 minutes to scan and figure out the problem. An hour later I decided to ask what the issue was. They went back and scanned it. Finally. Told me the code was no longer the same code, I asked what the code was now - they told me they’d have to run it through diagnostics. I then asked about the window switch - as my windows had been stuck down in -30 weather, they told me there was never a request put in for the switch. So I’d been told for months that I was awaiting the switch when in reality it was never even ordered. They then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t an Infiniti dealership and I’d have to go there. Overall they didn’t help - sold me a vehicle with the engine light on and windows that didn’t work. Had I known I was going to be scammed, I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle. Not a single good thing to say about my experience here.
The layout of the place is a little confusing because it is literally connected to the Volvo dealership. Some of the cars seem to be all over the place but it's a little expected as its not large lot. However the staff was nice and friendly. They treated me very well and have nice vehicles. Although I would have liked to see more f-types there. Overall great experience.
I wrote a review a few months ago and has been deleted. The cars are nice but the client services are horrible, I don't recommend it at all.
went by the dealership yesterday with a friend. Both of use looking to buy new Jaguars and were completely ignored by the sale staff. Called the showroom and they lied saying no staff available when we could see through the window that they were standing around chatting and ignoring us. We were both ready to buy and they just lost 2 sales. We will talk to Merivale or a Toronto dealership.
My license plate had fallen off and I stopped by for help. The whole team were super friendly and happy to help. In particular, I got great service from Neil and Mike. Thanks guys!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE I can not even comprehend how this business is still up and running.
I was considering buying a car from this dealership until I got the worst customer service. When I came to the dealership, no one greeted us. I waited 15 minutes and then decided to speak to a salesperson. He ignored us and did not answer our questions. He said he was busy, he had no time for us. They were rude and unprofessional.
Very confusing, crowded, and dated showroom. Have to walk down a side hallway in the Volvo section to reach Jaguar/LR area. Service was non existent, had to go up to someone to ask for assistance. Finally did a test drive but there was no follow up, no contact information provided (or asked for of us). Have heard there will be a new Jaguar dealership opening in the coming months, will be doing my follow up there.
My new Jaguar XE 35t R-sport is an amazing car. It drives and handles like no other car I have owned including my Audi S4 Avant and BMW M3. The infotainment system was somewhat problematic and required a few software updates however, Jaguar Ottawa really worked hard to resolve these issues. Carlo, Mark, Dan, Jason and Rob are an excellent team and they will work hard before and after sales to make the Jaguar experience superb.
Rajeev gets full marks for making the return of my Jag at the end of my lease, a simple and pleasent process. He takes service seriously.
Prices are a bit high but expected of course. The staff were good but nothing extra ordinary. Repairs here can cost a lot though so make sure to have warranty if possible.

My 2017 Jaguar XE is in for service for about a month these guy are taking sweet time to repair it. I am not receiving prompt updates and not sure when they will complete the repairs. Found out this week non of the service technician are in the shop this includes the service manager. We have left many messages and they are really bad at returning our call. After Six Months XE never got fixed Jaguar Canada made the decision to take it back.
Great customer service
This dealership has a good service and maintenance department (hence the 2 stars). But unfortunately the sales team has a very different understanding of customer service. I went to request information about leasing the XE and XF, to corroborate what is stated in their website. My first encounter was last year when the sales person didn’t have time to answer my questions or show any car, even though no other customer was on site. I had to call during the week to make an appointment with another person. I ended up getting a lease transfer from an ad I found in the local website. As my current lease is expiring soon and I’m looking for options I decided to try with this dealership again, hoping to have a more pleasant experience. I was disappointed again. I visited the branch, after reviewing information online and I was told the prices indicated online were different, without any further details. I also called the sales department since the website clearly states the monthly lease price, and he replied that he didn’t know about the current offers and that I should contact the manager during the week. There is clearly a lack of interest to sell and retain the customers. I will be happy to explore my options with BMW and Mercedes, where customer service seems to be more of a priority for them. Very disappointing from a brand like Jaguar.
The customer service here is unparalleled (Vince, especially) - consistently going above and beyond to please. The location and renovations don't matter when the employees make you feel incredibly welcomed, and work hard to get you a great deal.
I needed to get our XJ serviced under warranty and had the most horrific experience. The car is still not fixed! I should have read the reviews before going to this dealer. Unfortunately, it’s the only one in Ottawa. My experience was no different than those described below - pure ignorance and incompetence! I don’t know how these people stay in business. If you are thinking of buying a Jag in Ottawa, you may like the car but you will HATE the service. It will cost you nothing but frustration and the time you will never get back. Give you money to a brand that values your time and your business!

This place never cease to disappoint. I serviced a new LR3 there a few years ago, the service was so inconsistent and plain arrogant. I walked in yesterday thinking perhaps things have changed after a few years, obviously not. I wanted some information on the I Pace for my wife. There were 3 sales persons sitting a their desk. No one stood up or made eye contact. I had to go up to one of them, the one closer to the front window. I asked for a brochure understanding most information is on the internet now, but I wanted some specs in writing. He told me to go on the web then ignored me. If he would have taken the time to ask me if I had any questions, I can assure you, I would have stayed and look at one and brought my wife later. The jaguars look amazing, but just because of the service, I am so not interested. In comparison, the BMW salesman at Elite also didn’t have any brochures on the I3, but he took the time to print the information for me and answered all my questions. That makes me want to go back.
We just experienced the worse customer service in the history of owning a car! First, let me say that we owned 5 Jaguar vehicles since 2014. All were serviced by Jaguar Thornhill in Toronto. We had always received great service at this dealership which made us come back year after year. We recently moved to Ottawa and needed to get our first-year oil change completed along with software update and get our rattling speakers repaired under warranty. When we phoned to book an appointment, we were told by the receptionist that Jaguar Ottawa will not provide loaner vehicles while in service since our vehicle wasn’t originally purchased there. We knew that this didn’t sound right, so we asked to speak to a manager. We left several messages for MW who called us back a week later and confirmed that we would get a loaner and pushed our appointment several weeks forward to ensure they had a loaner vehicle available. When we arrived at the dealership for our scheduled appointment this morning, we were told that we would not be getting a loaner as they had none available. When we inquired why we weren’t notified of this prior to our appointment and potentially rescheduled, they offered no explanation. When we examined our booking paperwork it didn't have any mention of a loner. We asked to speak to MW (the manager who booked our appointment) who simply said “I don’t know what to tell you guys, I don’t have a car for you.” There was absolutely no apology or any other solution given i.e. I will rent you one, I will drop you off where you need to go. Absolutely nothing! When we asked for the name of their GM, he said didn't want to give out his name. Only after we insisted he gave us his card while mumbling something under his breath. We ended up taking our car keys and leaving. This manager is clearly missing the basics of customer service – take accountability and solve customer’s issue. He did none of that. Instead, he wasted our time as we drove an hour to get to the dealership and sent us a message that he doesn't want our business. After being a repeat customers of Jaguar we are extremely disappointed. We want to share our experience in case anyone else is currently considering buying a Jaguar from Jaguar Ottawa. These people simply do not care!
Pierre was amazing to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable and attentive. He made the entire process from start to finish seamless. I am so exited about my new f-pace. I would not hesitate to recommend Pierre and this dealership if they are looking for a sexy car.
Edited to downgrade again. Staffing issues in the service are still not resolved more than a year later (2019). Attrition left them short-staffed and lacking expertise. If you need out of warranty work, take it to Shore Automotive. [2018] Edited to downgrade, they started having issues with staffing, mechanics leaving and this resulting in backlogs and missed commitments. This happened more than once this year (2018) where scheduled service appointment instead of a day took a week to complete. This is simply unacceptable for a luxury dealership. [2016] This dealer stands by cars they sell, so when your car has a problem they go out of their way to fix it. However, at times it is difficult to get a hold of service department over the phone.
Slowest, worst, most disorganized dealership/service department ever. Drop off your car here for a simple job, you won't see it for months with no replacement. Save yourself a headache and try the new jaguar dealership on the other end of town, they are much better.
Very pleased with my purchase of the Jaguar FPace. Rob was very professional and patient. He took the time to find the right vehicle to meet my needs. Neil was extremely helpful with no pressure in my purchase. I highly recommend Rob and Neil in making this purchase easy.
Not recommending at all, Stay away from this vehicle!! I leased the highest model [XJ] for 24 months almost 1 year ago and since then my car spent total of minimum 3 months at the dealer for repairs and recalls and I had countless trips back and forth. The entertainment system which is the brain of the car is not working properly and I can not use the features I am paying high premium for it. The people are good but they ca n not fix the issue.At this point, i am ready to give up my car!! BTW, this is my second review, they fail to publish the first one on the website promising to fix the issue.
I didn’t love my experience buying a car here. The manager was kind of aggressive, the salesman was not well informed although he was pleasant. Plus I have just learned that they were not fully transparent during the purchase and not all of my information was transferred to Jaguar Canada properly. Sorry, I will not be back.
This is our third purchased Jaguar. With each one, the service has escalated to almost perfect, if not so.The car was picked up in the afternoon from my call that morning. Progress reports were prompt, when received, serviced and return by Service Mgr Gord Humes. The car was picked up Tues, serviced on Wed and returned on Thurs, an excelled turn around time.Dan Herman did a follow up call to make sure all was to my satisfaction. Unexcelled service, courteous, prompt, efficient, doubly so as we are an out out of town customer. We are pleased to have the security and confidence it this company
Horrendous experience with this service department here. Brought my F-Pace to get a noise inspected coming from the suspension, and get an oil change at the same time. 2 weeks later, they had just brought my vehicle in to start looking at it. I also received my vehicle back with a nice scratch on my front driver door which they claim was not them. They also have no loners, which you would think if you are going to take your sweet time repairing a vehicle, that you would offer one. Advice to any future customers: if you have zero choice but to go to this bad location, take photos of your car everywhere as proof if any damage is done and be ready to wait a while for your vehicle.

I worked with Pierre who was a pleasure to deal with. He was diligent through the negotiation process and I was happy with the end result. No pressure tactics. Only complaint would be some of the internal operations of the dealership. A cheque that was part of the deal went missing and after constant follow up it was finally located and sent out. Since this dealership is currently going through major renovations, I feel they have better discounts to make up for not having a showroom compared to other dealers. Loving my new 2019 F-Pace!!

Improved 100% Sometimes you have to give company's a chance to improve and when they do you need to support that improvement! Called in got an appt the next day, 24hr turnaround on the car (3 things needed to be fixed/replaced), fast responses, work done and some work "beyond" what I needed which was great, absolutely not overcharged and felt like an actual luxury dealership experience! Very very happy to see Gord the Service Manager raise the level to the point where I feel like writing a 5 star review. Thank you Gord for the great experience and service!!! Keep it up!!!

It’s the worse dealership, irresponsible they have no customer service at all my car there for 4 months to be fixed and still not fixed yet and still waiting, they gave unsafe loaner to drive AC doesn’t work , Bluetooth doesn’t work engine service light on since they gave the car When pressing on the brakes trying to stop the car shakes. I won’t recommend this dealership Anytime in the day I call nobody answers the phone I leave messages nobody returns my calls, I hope they open another dealership soon so they start losing business, because they are very very bad
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM/ BE AWARE/ DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Dealership falling apart, the only reason they're still open for business is because they're the only one in the city. They survive because of our desperation. This is a detailed review about my experience with Ottawa Jaguar. I purchased a 20214 Jaguar XJ in May 2016, sales rep and manager were amazing in helping me acquire my vehicle. They did such a fantastic job I referred my brother and my girlfriend to buy their vehicles from them. Unfortunately this is where there service abruptly ends. Since then I made few appointments to service my car and these are the following problems that every person that buys from them will encounter: 1) My vehicle was 2 years old when i purchased with 40K on it. I went through the full jaguar inspection before I took possession and I they even boasting that it had a full brake service on it . After 2 months my front and rear brakes pads and rotors were completely worn, when I called the manager to express my complete disappointment he offered to cover half the cost on the materials, absolutely despicable, The original estimate was around $4500 lowered by about a $1000. I was so disgusted that I had my car serviced by a different dealership 2) Lack of service technicians: they keep losing their technicians so there's really no staff to repair you car, they are super back logged. They book you in two weeks after the initial call, you bring your car and one of the two service guys will call you at the end of the day apologizing that you car never made it in the shop and they'll need one or two additional days to take a look at it. 3) Thievery: attempting to charge a service fee to locate a problem that is covered by warranty. They'll repair the problem under your warranty but they'll attempt to charge you for time spent to locate the problem. I wonder how many poor idiot fell for that scheme !!!!!! 4) Loaner cars or lack of: at an average of 100k per car and $130 per hour you would think this luxury auto dealership will have enough cars to lend their clients. And if not, rent them at their expense like the Mercedes dealerships. They claim to have 25 loaners I will bet it's 5-10. 5) Ghost town: rotating staff, managers, sales rep, technicians,.... here today gone tomorrow. This is a crumbling dealership that's struggling to meet it's numbers and they keep losing their staff. Except the guys at the front service that they desperately require to keep lying and making fake promises to their oblivious clients. 6) business hours: if your open on Saturday to sell a vehicle you should definitely be open on that day to service vehicles. We have busy lives and at your exuberant prices we demand full time service. To all people who are interested in buying a Jaguar or Land rover please do but please think twice and learn from our mistakes and ordeals before you buy from these guys. Montreal in less than two hours away with brand new dedicated dealerships eager to sell you a car and help you service it. What a difference, that's where I go now for none emergency service. And to others that encountered similar problems at Ottawa Jaguar and Landrover I hope you follow suit and write a review about your experience and wake up this clueless dealership, it's owner and whatever staff they have left.
