One person at the desk says they’ll give you CAA discount and the next days ‘oh no we don’t’. Had trouble with the tire kept going back to tell them but they didn’t do anything finally there was a big bulge in the tire so fed up I took the car back. They seemed eager to get rid of me and said they can just ‘close it up’ unbelievable how people do business these days.

Rented a car from this location and it was amazing! The Manager Jody was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable, she knew what I wanted and did her very best to get me the car I needed and the other girl working at the counter Kelsey was super friendly as well and pleasant to deal with, she was very fast at doing up my paperwork with no problems. The car was Immaculate. The guy that cleaned the cars did a super job and the young lad who did the walk around with me was very thorough and friendly. Great location I suggests everyone go here.

If i could rate below 1 I would. Very disorganized management just looking to make money off of customers. If you decide to rent from them, Take a thorough check of the car before signing anything as i do not think they are regularly serviced. The customer will be responsible for ANYTHING that happens to the car, including any damage that happened before you that they can pin on you. THIS IS A LICENSED BRANCH NOT a CORPORATE one, so you will NOT be able to access any of the same services or conveniences given to HERTZ Corporate branches. Better to rent from the Airport location.

Went to the bank street location and the guy working was great. His customer service skills are perfect. He went above and beyond making sure I had the right vehicle with the best discounts. He was police and made me feel like they appreciated my business and me as a customer. His services made me think if that location and Hertz as my go to car rental. Hope he is appreciated as an employee.

Booked a 5 tone went to pick it up no 5 tones on the lot fine booked one for the following day no 5 tones on the lot again. NEVER RENTING A TRUCK HERE AGAIN. go to the truck center on new market st. Always have trucks available and much more helpful staff. If you have no choice but rent here I would advise not to have any dealings with Jody because looks like she doesnt know how to make a reservation

if I could rate less than 1 star I would. This is the absolute worst car rental place I've ever been to. The management is very unorganized and hard to get a hold of. Some workers have no idea about their own companies policy. They do not tell you important information, like if you rent a car on a Saturday you will be charged for 2 days unless you return it to the airport on Sunday. If they say they will reimburse you or call you back then expect nothing. A bunch of hustlers you should stay away from! The only positive is the man who works on weekdays, he's very kind and knows his stuff.

Poor selection of cars and the ones they do have are in very poor condition in terms of interior cleanliness and physical condition (tires were in need of replacement).

Rented a 16’ cube van today. The price was decent and ample kms were included for a local move. The truck was clean and in excellent condition. Justin was a pleasure to deal with. He got me in and out very quickly. He went over the truck with me before I left to review any marks or damage, and he made sure the gas tank was full. Excellent customer service and vehicle - I will definitely be back.

Terrible service. Rented an intermediate SUV and was given sub-compact crossover. Then management said they had no control over Hertz online and I was lucky they had a bigger SUV to offer when I complained. They never marked down the fuel during the walk around and it was not completely full. I returned it with slightly more gas than they gave it to me with (slightly under full) and they insisted they gave it to me full and charged me. Receptionist is nice. AVOID this location. The National across the street is much more reliable and trustworthy.
