Went to this location to have a tech look at my truck because I had my engine light and to get my tire pressure light reset. They currently are booked till next week and I'm traveling, so I could not wait till next week. They did not offer to have a tech take a quick look to make sure my vehicle is reliable to drive back home, instead it was suggested that I call roadside assistance if I break down. I than expressed that its not ideal to continue driving with my two year old daughter and break down on the highway. Not impressed with the poor customer service response, I called a different location near by and was seen right away. This location needs better customer service reps! The end...

My experience with Campbell Ford was terrible. They only want to attend my husband to sell new tires. When I told them that I should use the tires guarantees, they made we waste more that 2 hours to say that they couldn't apply the warranty in our case. I gone to Canadian Tire and they gave me new tires (with the warranty) in the same time. After that, they tried to asked me to pay a bill that was covered under Ford Leesed car guarantee. My experience was horrible!!!!!

Worsed service ever. They "fixed" my car on Wednesday, and this morning, after jut 2 days, it doesn't start. And shows the exact error. More, they take your car, they are supposed to give you a courtesy car, as per contract, but "they don't have any available", and they don't cover for commute expenses...FORD = FOUND ON ROAD DYING

Never deal with these guys. Right from the Sales experience to the service and everything to do with their customer service be it over phone, email, or in person. They lied and made me wait for 2 months for base model sedan 2 years ago but I help them responsible and they had to give me a demo while I waited. After receiving the car, only to find out that 2 out of the 3 features that i had asked for was not included. Who cares, its just a lease but less than 2 years later I've been running into major issues with the car and dealing with Campbell Ford has been a nightmare. I cant blame the dealership for Ford being a piece of crap but the dealership gets the cake for being the worst. And their ads on the radio are so annoying because reading from the other comments too, they have the worst service technicians...why would I ever trust them. So here I go again. I finally got to a sales representative when I told them I was going to get out of my lease for another Ford (like I would ever do that again). He was quick to get me a price but I just wanted to get some info regarding my existing lease which I did in the end. Now months later, I am coming to the end of my lease and they have yet to bother with walking me through the lease end process. I have had made numerous calls, just to get their unprofessional receptionist who sounds like she doesn't want to be there who transfers you to voicemails....even when you particularly ask for someone who is in their office and not on vacation. Gotta love the fact that these guys are still in business. Fully recommend this dealership if you like to have a sore ass if you know what I mean.

I have owned several cars and dealt with numerous mechanics and service providers over the years. Every one of them was better than Campbell Ford. My experience buying a one-year-old car here was uniformly negative. I had problems with the car from the minute I drove it off the lot. Campbell said that the car was fine but I took it to an independent contractor who said that it had probably been in an accident. Ripoff place. Dishonest. I never went back. Went to Lincoln Heights Ford for many years to have my car serviced there. Terrific people. I highly recommend them.

The service manager is extremely dodgy, and the service tech guys are known to steal items from your car. I'd recommend clearing your car out completely before taking it in for any type of service what so ever. If you can go to a different branch without it being too out of the way then do it. I've been trying to get a stolen item back for two weeks and I still continue to get dodged by the service team. Never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

I usually don't enjoy any experience with a dealership due to the tired old pushy sales methods. Personally, I dread having to go through the car purchasing process. David Newell is the guy you want to see at Campbell. He was straight shooting and legitimately interested in helping me find the best fit. Despite being honest with him about my timelines and "exploratory" intentions when I sat with him, he still went well beyond and was extremely responsive in our follow-ups. My car, 2016 Escape, broke down at 4p.m. on a Fri. afternoon on the 417 just 10 minutes from our destination. Got safely to the side of the highway, called CAA and eventually had a ride in the back of a police car to Campbell Ford where my car had been taken. The service people were super friendly and helpful. I got the use of a car for the weekend, at a very nominal fee, and they even helped me unpack my car and repack in a smaller car. I got a phone call very promptly on Mon morning to tell me my car would be ready by noon. (and it was)... the issue was explained to me in terms that I could easily understand and the cost, again, was very reasonable. It was overall a super getaway weekend in Ottawa, thanx in a very large part to Campbell Ford.

I was once again impressed by the friendly service during my cars latest checkup. Lesley was my service advisor and was very helpful and pleasant with a great sense of humour. My 4 stars were because of the lack of covid precautions in the shuttle which I have been assured have been addressed now. Understandably early on there was a shortage of masks, and hopefully a limit to no more than 3 people including the driver in each shuttle. A very well run business all in all. Won't see the need to go elsewhere in the future.

I drove my 2011 Mustang to Ottawa from Halifax in the fall and stored it for several months in an indoor heated garage. It would not start when I tried to use it to get around on the Easter weekend. At first the car would run after a boost, but it would never start on it's own. By carrying a boost pack in the car, I was able to get my most important things done on Easter Sunday. However at one point, the car would not remain running after a boost. On Monday I contacted Ford Roadside Service and the car was towed to Campbell's. Campbell technicians pointed out that at some point during the several boosts, the polarity had been reversed on the booster cables and a main fuse blew. I could see that this may have happened and agreed that the cost of the fuse ($40) and installation ($140) was my responsibility. However, Campbell's also insists that I am responsible for the battery as well. They claim the battery may have frozen a cell due to my improper storage (?). Or that when the fuse blew, it destroyed a battery cell. By trying to make the battery problem my fault, these excuses ignore the fact that if the batter had been working, I wouldn't have been boosting the car. When I picked up the car I was running late for a meeting and paid the $200 for the battery as well as the other costs that I had acknowledged may have been my responsibility. The desk staff and shuttle driver that I dealt with were polite and courteous. But I am disappointed with my experience at Campbell's.

I've been dealing with Cory on the commercial service side for a while now, and I find he is very knowledgeable, honest and does a great job at making the whole process personal. Today I ended up going to Dan Murphy Ford to have a power steering issue looked at, and after the tech "kicked the tires" a little he said it would cost $1200 to fix. I paid the diagnostic fee then brought it to Campbell Ford immediately after for a second opinion. Cory was able to squeeze me in and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within the hour, and it didn't cost me much more than what I paid for the initial "diagnostics" at Dan Murphy. If you have a fleet or just one truck, this is the place to go. No doubt in my mind.

Purchased expensive used Escape with 21k on.Shortly after was told summer tires soon would need replacing - less than 30k on Michelin ties rated at 90K. Advised Used Car Manager who was bizarrely uninterested in my concern. He didn't even tell me Campbell is an approved Michelin dealer for warranty purposes. I'd already purchased snows and winter mats (another $2k).Was hoping for a ten year relationship, but based on this unpleasant experience am moving to another Ford dealership. Mechanics etc treated me well.

I must confess being in the customer service industry for over 20 years I am very picky where I choose to take my business. We left Campbell's feeling like the Sales team had taken the time to educate us on all the options and benefits of each model and all the available financial incentives for those models. Their laid back no pressure sales team (believe me it took 3 visits to finally decide and countless comparisons with other dealerships) is truly beyond compare. Don't come here for your first car. They tried to charge us 5000 dollars for an extended warranty that when I checked into myself I could get for 1750. The unprofessionalism of both the salesman and the finance manager is disappointing. First off, after we chose our vehicle, signed the papers and had a pick up date, a whole other salesman continued to email us asking if we still wanted a vehicle. We explained that we had already chosen one with another salesman. This salesman told his manager that we weren't answering and had HIM contact us instead. Now we email the manager back explaining yet again we've already chosen one AND that we have been answering his salesman, to no reply. The day before we were supposed to pick up the vehicle, we get a call from the finance manager saying we've been declined for a loan on our chosen vehicle so she was looking into a different one and that she would call us back before 8pm. No calls came. The day of the supposed pick up, I called the finance manager to see if we could attempt to switch the name on the loan from my partner's to mine and I left a voicemail asking so at 2:40pm. I call back again 40 mins later and ask the secretary if the finance manager is in and she said yes. I'm then redirected to her line and put on hold for less than a minute and got sent to voicemail. The day we were supposed to pick up the car, had there not been a hiccup, we received no contact from anyone at Campbell Ford with an update or a follow up. We've still received no update or follow up from them so it's fair to say they didn't want our business and moved on.

Lovely dealer where I do all my service, as well as that of my fiancee and family members with common sense (Ford owners). The service team is first rate, from appointment making to when they hand you back the keys. It's difficult to compare this place to other dealers but I will say this; sometimes it's nice to visit the library and skip on the circus.

I first went to Campbell Ford in order to get the extended warranty for the LCM on my 2003 Crown Victoria fixed. I had asked to have my car back by 3pm and they had it done by 10am. Excellent service by both the service advisor (Which I beleive was Tony Muma) and the technician who fixed my problem (went by the name of Anthony I beleive). I felt welcome and appreciated even though I was in for a free fix. This earned my respect and I started buying my parts for my Ford at their professional parts counter. Knowledgeable, courteous and excellent staff. I would recommend getting your car serviced here. Pricing may be a bit more expensive than your average mechanic, but no one else will do it entirely right. They also offer a 15% discount on parts and service to active and retired military, which is a very polite gesture.

I would avoid buying any used vehicles from this place, very sketchy. I viewed a 2017 Ford Escape at 17,989$ and the vehicle was posted on Kijji 14 days ago, upon inspecting the vehicle I noticed loads of rust around the brakes, underneath, wheel and struts and the tires where basically finished and almost bald, the brakes where basically done for when driving and was hard to stop, the sales guy Alvin told me that the car has not been inspected yet and was unsure what would be fixed. So I asked to take the vehicle to my mechanic and have an inspection done for peace of mind, the sales person Alvin told me that they could not permit anybody to take the vehicle to a mechanic. Alvin said that my mechanic might say 5 things are wrong but his will say only 2 as he’s had that happen before and apparently he trusts his mechanics more and that one time before a mechanic said a car was in an accident but the carfax said it wasn’t and he knew the previous owners and knew it wasn’t, basically just a scammer excuses. I walked out he attempted to reassure me with their inspection process but honestly if a dealership asking almost 18 grand for a used vehicle is not okay with it being inspected by a licensed mechanic then clearly their up to no good and their service guys are probably passing safeties with stuff wrong, I wouldn’t trust this place unless they let you have the vehicle inspected by a third party.

Visited Campbell Ford in 2013 and 2020 to look at buying a new F150. Both times the sales staff really tried to pour on the pressure to buy in a unprofessional manner. In 2013, they took my credit card to show I was a serious buyer and then refused to return it! In 2020, I met with the sales person to trade in my truck I bought in 2013 and they refused to give me a track in price unless I agreed to purchase the truck. Made a big deal about how the US buyer would give me top dollar for my truck only if I agreed right then and there. Anyway, I obviously wasn't going to commit to buy a truck unless I knew the price (am I crazy???) and the sales manager was rude. Told them I was not happy with the experience and they said they had another buyer for the truck. Salesman called me the next day and said the mysterious "other buyer" couldn't get financing so it was still available. Stay away from this place because all they do is cause stress.

My experience has been, um, quite hysterical. We brought our vehicle in to be repaired after a collision and got it back after 3 weeks and it was making noise. We had to bring our vehicle back in 4 more times over the next four months for it to finally be fixed. Now, I can understand someone not knowing where the noise is coming from, but for someone to say they don't hear it when it's clearly making a noise, that's just confusing. Not to mention the fact that every time we brought our vehicle in they reminded us how kind they were not to charge us for loaner....um....we paid for a rental out of pocket for three weeks when it first happened. The car should have been fixed in the first place! The loaner isn't going above and beyond. The icing on the cake was that when we left our car with them for 8 days while we were out of town (the time they finally fixed noise problem), we asked if they could service it as well since it was due. We got the car back, were specifically told it was serviced- and guess what, service light comes on as were headed out of town a few days later on a 1600km road trip. We brought car back in to be serviced, no apology that we were lied to, and were again told that since they're sooooo nice they won't charge us for loaner. What happened to honest customer service!!! We wouldn't need a loaner had you just done your job!! Unreal. Rant over. Don't go there! Cheers!

Long story short, I had an unfortunate experience with the service department and left the dealership with the view that I would never go back no matter what. I felt less than valued as a client, especially one who had spent $60k on a truck and had all my service done there since new. BUT, after a persistent shop foreman was able to get in touch with me (I really didn't want to chat as I felt my mind was made up, but he managed to get in touch), he was able to find a way to make it right. Now, what I valued was that he essentially took ownership of the issue, apologized and offered to make it right. The thing that impressed me, was it was a genuine concern that I had a poor experience and a recognition that things could have been dealt with differently. He wanted to make it right. No buying my business with free offers or anything like that, just a genuine; "we should of done better, we are sorry, we will make it right and we would like you to give us a try to earn your business back". Negative experience turned into a positive experience.

Recently, I called another Ford dealership for my routine oil change, but also to have my transmission checked because I was having an issue with my F-150 and 3rd to 4th gear. Their advisor said "we won't check it, there's nothing we can do. It's a known issue." Odd thing to say when the customer owns a brand new truck, so I decided to Campbell. The day I arrived at Campbell Ford, I spoke with their service advisor, Patrick Ellis, and I explained to him what I was experiencing. The same explanation I gave to the other dealer. If you buy a car here, go through the car with a magnifying glass because they sold me new a car with 2 missing window sticker features, and several visible defects. It took 2 months to install one and they refused the other. I felt like customer service was non-existent, breaking their word on multiple occasions. Had to go there in person to get anything done, don't bother calling as they won't get back to you. Also note I made the general sales manager aware of all of this and he did nothing to help.

I went to Campbell Ford for a simple oil change. I asked for and was told I was getting synthetic oil. When I got my car back I drove it for a day or two then the engine started smoking and driving became resistant. When I looked under the hood the lid to the oil was sitting on the edge of the engine and at least half if not more oil had evaporated from the tank. I wrote to them in writing asking for at least a refund to with they replied they didn't use synthetic and I would have to bring the car in. Absolutely terrible service. I would never go there or recommend them to anyone.

Bought a T250 work van from this dealership. Was not informed that if we undercoated the vehicle outside of the dealership it would void all warranties on the sensors. Fuel pressure tank sensor lit up after our application from a reputable company and they said since it was an aftermarket product all warranties are voided. When I emailed to inquire they returned the call to my husband. Simon was very patronizing and rude, referring to my husband as 'pal' and 'dude'. The way he handled himself was extremely unprofessional. When we asked for the warranty writing, specifying these issues, Simon said they don't have to provide it...? Really? The service staff member that received me, Shelby, was knowledgeable, funny, very accommodating and straightforward. She flew me through the drop-off process in minutes. When I returned to pick up my car, she answered my questions straight away and for those things that she didn't know, she knew exactly who to speak to. No fuss, no time lost, all with a genuine charm. I also wanted to check out two of the new Mustangs while I was there but during the COVID19 restrictions, we weren't allowed on the showroom floor. One the receptionists offered to go take pictures of the two that I was interested in with my phone and she took 4 very stylish pictures of each! I didn't ask her to take the pictures with any flair at all. And yet, knowing that I'm a Mustang owner, she took them as I would have. It's a little thing but it's a personal thing, making it a memorable thing! I have had a mixed bag of experiences with the service staff in previous years that were atypical of what you would expect from a dealership's service dept. However, in recent times, from the parts guy, to the service manager and front of house, the interaction is so much more pleasant. And that's half the reason right there why you return, isn't it?!. When you buy a car, you're also buying service! And THAT'S what decides whether you'll go back to That shop for another car! I can always buy another mustang from any one of a dozen local ford dealerships but if Campbell Ford continues to treat people as they did this time, I'll go back to them ???? A word to management: you have good people in the right positions now! Treat them well. Give them the credit for keeping your shop's name in good standing. Happy staff work better, deliver better! Their knowledge and personalities are not disposable. They are the 'face' of the shop after the sale is concluded. Treat them right and they pass it on to the customer and then you get a review like this ????????

Unfortunately I had difficulty reaching Campbell Ford to make an appointment. It took almost a week-and-a-half despite submitting a request online, leaving a voice mail and another follow-up call. Once I reached a Service Specialist, everything was smooth sailing. The valet service was exceptional to my home and back to the shop. The recommendations from the mechanic and Service Specialist were appropriate. I felt much better going on my 1400 km road trip after my tune-up.

I came for an appointment for something who takes 1h and after 4 hours nothing was done right they made so many mistake it was a mess and then they made me pay the full price of the bill. The customer service was DISRESPECTFULL they don't care about anything. I send an email to the service parts manager Rick Brown to explain the full story and he never replied to me. I bought my car over there but i will NEVER be back at this place again !! And my advice is don't go over there and go to Ford Carling or another one.
