Pros: Good view Cons: - Cheap appliances -Very dog unfriendly (the dog can't walk through the lobby, so you have to walk past the garbage cans to walk your animal) - garage entrance smells like garbage - Expensive - Gym equipment has been broken often, and is not very good.

The place has significantly improved since Sue and Rolly has taken over. I do agree Kim was rude and unprofessional, but she is now gone + it's a new company that took over. But Sue and Rolly we here before, and they had done a good job at keeping things clean and maintained and they are really nice and reasonable! I am glad that they are back and cleaning up after what Kim and Dan has done, I'm sure it wasn't easy, specially dealing with the new company and all! Kudos to you both and quadreal! Keep up the good work!

We lived at 50 Laurier for over a year. The staff was extraordinary. The building was kept impeccably clean and always decorated for the season. There were many well-organized gatherings to help you get to know your neighbors. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Ottawa. Beautiful apartments, terrific value and very safe.

We live in 50 Laurier E for a few months now, it is convenient, easy living with nice comunity and management staff.

STAY AWAY if you have a family. There is constant construction in this building or around this building. Like about 3 months to do flooring in garage. The whole building has been vibrating and waking my young kids from nap. And something is ALWAYS out of service . if its not the Gym, its the front entrance of the lobby, if not that, garage, if not that something else. WAY too pricy for the quality provided.

The staff and management are the best there is. They keep the place very clean, safe and secure. My girls and I lived there for over a year and could not have imagined better conditions.. Some tenants wrote bad reviews because of the previous staff but this new management is top notch and does everything to make your stay great. Nothing is neglected such as upkeep and repairs which are done on a timely basis. After searching the downtown area this was the best value for everything you get such as heating, air conditioning, pool, gym, sauna, BBQ’s, rooftop lounge, 24 security guards, large heated indoor parking, and of course pet friendly with poop bags provided. If we have to live in this area we would always return to 50 Laurier.
