Horrible service. they can't even return phone call, mostly because their voice mails are full. Probably from more unhappy customers. Bought a truck 6months ago and they have never given me my bill of sale, so I cant even call the warranty to fix the problems on my truck. They can't even get the payments structure right. Buying this truck was supposed to help me with my credit score, but the truck doesn't even register on my credit report because they are too lazy to do their job. I've gone through 3 sale agents and was even dealing with the manager and he doesn't even return my phone call. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Take note of her name!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed! She answered all of my questions and even gave me additional information such as other recourses to better answer a certain question. I was beyond satisfied and very happy with my experience. Britney was patient with me and thorough when answering my questions and providing information.The overall atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and genuine. If you have a dog they welcome them with open arms! Britney offered to watch my dog so I could use the washroom alone which I found considerate.There's dog beds in the waiting room and the employees there are thrilled to see your pet. I love any place that welcomes dogs because I love to bring mine everywhere!

I was searching for a new car, and had heard of Second Chance Auto through word-of-mouth. I met with Bob and Kelsey to discuss my wants and needs, specifically looking for a white Dodge Challenger (with a laundry list of options), and even though they did not have one in their inventory, they set to work to find one. Kelsey arranged a preapproved loan, and since I am in the military, posted to Kingston, anytime I had questions, she was available day and night on her personal cellphone! I have owned more than a dozen vehicles and I have never met a person in the used car industry that has worked as hard or tirelessly as Kelsey did to help me find my dream car! We found the car at a dealership on a Monday and on Friday I drove off the Second Chance lot in my new white Challenger! I cannot thank Kelsey enough, and there are no words that could possibly do justice to how dedicated she was to putting me in my car. Over the course of a month, she found numerous cars, but she knew they were not the right ones for me. But once we found the exact car I was looking for, she made absolutely certain that I would be driving that car by the weekend. She even arranged a new insurance provider that cost $60 a month less than the broker I had been with for almost 10 years! Even after I bought the car, she has been available day and night to answer any questions I have had. If you ever see this, thank you Kelsey for everything! Bought a vehicle from second chance. The First thing that I learned from my mechanic told is that the vehicle was in a car accident. Then the warrant they got for me was horrible the would not cover anything they said it was wear and tear but I only had the vehicle for 4 weeks. The first month cost me $2400 in repairs and all the payments I have been making aren't even on my credit report. Don't trust Second chance. And the companies that they use
