Up to this point, Enterprise Rent a car had been my first stop. No more. Worst recent experience and I will not be returning. I am a member and will be cancelling my account with them - that's if I get a "live" person to return my call. Absolutely horrible! Worst customer care experience by the Brockville office. Rude behaviour by the Brockville site "Manager". Will be taking my business elsewhere.
