I bought a Ford escape from Reg i have nothing but good things to say I've had no issues with this vehicle that hasn't been wear and tear i wanted to buy a different vehicle when I first called and told Reg I am have 3 children he said not to go with th one I wanted first hand and waited for a Ford escape what is exactly what I wanted he made sure of its safety for my children and family thank you Reg I appreciate everything you have provided for myself and family we will be back soon for a van .

I purchased a vehicle from these people as a certified vehicle. A few days after I bought car I ended up brokedown and had an $900 garage bill. Thats when I learned vehicle wouldn't have passed a safty check. When I tried to complain the owner of the car lot pretended he wasn't the owner and offered to take a message. None of my calls were returned and every time I went there owner was never in. After 31 days past he finally called me back and said too much time had past there was nothing I could do about his bum safety check. Buyer Beware don't purchase from these people.

Bought a certified used car from Reg a few months ago. Two months after purchasing my car it broke down on the side of the road. When I took it into my trusted mechanic he asked when my car was certified - when I told him he said there was no way it could have passed and must be a fake certification and essentially the car was a death trap. Both calipers were seizing, breaks were bare, etc. $1200 in repairs later I'm left holding the bill. When I went back and spoke to Reg he said it was out of his hands and couldn't explain why all this was missed on the certification. Please for your own safety don't buy a car from here. If you do, I recommend going straight to a mechanic and having it recertified within the month of purchase for the warranty. Reply to Rmk Auto: It was not just the calipers and breaks - there's a grocery list of things that shouldn't have passed an inspection. This is not an isolated incident either; there are a number of other reviews stating similar instances that seems too coincidental. I encourage others to come forward with their experience to help empower consumer awareness to expose dishonest businesses that have no consideration for people's safety.

Sold a car with major oil leaks, worn gaskets (went so far as to continually suggest I buy upgraded warranty - at the point of sale) worn cv axle on a safetied vehicle. Buyer beware!
