Honestly speaking I want to give zero stars, terrible experience. These people are full of scams. They will lend you a vehicle knowing that the vehicle has faults and scratches. Later on when you go back to return the vehicle they will charge you a freaking fortune for the faults and scratches that were already present. Please inspect the whole vehicle carefully before borrowing.

BUYER BEWARE- Misleading information: their prices are not upfront. We literally passed over other similar offers because we wanted unlimited kilometers. Broker and own website offered unlimited kilometers, but at the counter they limited them to 200 km a day. Deep in their terms and conditions they put that unlimited is only for international renters. It is a bait and switch advertising that will result on us spending 50% more!!! Not fair. ***** Owner's response is again misleading! The first information about mileage limited to 200 Km a day was at the counter, where my husband complained because it wasn't what we agreed, but since we Were already 6 hours late for our trip, we didn't have other choice. I attached a 2nd picture which shows the part of the voucher where it says unlimited kilometers clearly. Even according to the TAC (Terms and Conditions), we were entitled to unlimited kilometers because we are not locals. It never mentioned that they only offer 200 kilometers a day or that they offer unlimited kilometers only to international customers. Owner is just trying to blame others (broker or customer) to justify the false advertisement included even in the voucher they provided directly. I will call the owner tomorrow as he requested, but I don't keep my hopes high because we already requested a solution by email, which was dismissed in the same way they dismissed my husband's complaint at the counter.

I had a very good experience with CC&T rental. Very friendly staff (shoutout Harry for being a fun dude!) The car I received was a 2021 Nissan Rogue with about 60 kilometres on it. Pretty sure I was the first person ever to rent it which was an added bonus. Rented the car Friday and returned Monday morning and cost me about $160 + fuel. They were prompt with their shuttle service and flexible with drop off (I was an hour late for my drop off time). Only thing to note is there was a $500 deposit I was not aware of (but could be I didn’t read the fine print) - just something to be prepared for. I would rent a car here again.

After a terrible experience with another budget car rental company by the airport (don't ever waste your money at Economy Rent a Car!), I was skeptical about trying City Car & Truck rental. The price I was offered was much better than Enterprise however and the Google reviews were pretty good so I figured I'd take a chance and give them a try. Their office is located a little ways from the airport but they offer a free shuttle from and to the airport, so that's not an issue. I've rented from them two times now and both times the cars I received were clean and in good condition. Their office is nothing fancy, but for the price you're getting your car for you really can't beat it. So far, in both of my experiences with them I haven't gotten any unexpected charges and like I said before the initial quoted price was much cheaper than it would have been going to one of the bigger names like Enterprise. If you're looking to save money and don't mind a little bit of travel from the airport then I highly recommend.

Booking the car was quick and easy and let’s not even begin to talk about how affordable their price points are! The guys working at the office are so knowledgeable about their fleet and what meets your needs. Whether it’s a camping trip or a moving day. They’re totally the people to book with! I personally met one of their team members Mohit and he was such a pleasure to do business with. He was quick with the paperwork and thorough with the car inspection. I really appreciated the time taken to do all that for me while strict COVID protocols were in place. They provided a full tank of gas and even a snow brush. Hidden charges & fees beware before you sign up they pass the buck saying contact the online website provider gave us limited km and not the car we booked but a smaller sedan. These guys are scammers. Luckily we had insurance on credit card or else they wanted us to call the insurer to obtain proof. After flying for 4 hours this is the last thing anyone wants. Stay away folks. The guy responding Bikram is trying to prove it was our mistake, But Excuse us Sir we read the email and no where said 200km as we are not locals we are from a different province. Show me proof if you can to prove locals term means all over Canada. Surely hidden terms & conditions . Also no email mentions the proof of insurance needed show us proof. Its only until we came to your office your agent points a piece of paper stuck to the desk saying proof of insurance needed. Last minute money grab stratergy. No where in email it mentioned. Anyway I did my part to alert everyone -5 starts to you & your fake cash grab company cheating customers as they dont have last minute options to go anywhere

Found the company on the web, prices were excellent and reviews positive, so decided to go ahead. Instructions for the pickup from the airport were precise and we were first to be picked up, the guy came with a large van and took all our baggage including a bike in the box and we were signing the papers in 15 min. When I came to the car (bigger and better then the one I signed for) all baggage was already moved to the car. The car was clean and in great shape. Tank full. Overall great service.
