The price was really fair on our Model X that we bought from them. Dave was our salesman and he responded instantly over text message while we were sorting out the details. They didn't add a bunch of "admin" fees to the sale like other dealerships do, the price was the price (other than plate fees of course). We absolutely love the car and we're really pleased with Multi-Line.
The 2018 440i M Performance from Multi-line Auto was advertised as a CPO vehicle with approx. 8 months of 4yr/80KM warranty left and two additional years of BMW’s CPO warranty. I inquired about the vehicle and said I was coming in on Saturday, March 27, 2021 to check it out in the morning. I visited the dealership that day and waited 15 minutes to talk to DAVE since he was busy dealing with another client’s license plates not being applied on properly which was already a bad first impression. Didn’t waste his time, I went straight to numbers. I already did the research on the vehicle myself, so I sat down and showed David similar options for BMW 440s on Autotrader which were 4-5k less on average in price, and he wouldn’t budge at all with the price. He then offered $400 off on the vehicle's price. $400. I told him I would get back to him within a day and go from there. I receive an e-mail a couple of hours after and DAVE completely misinformed me about the CPO status of the vehicle and is now saying that the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty will not be honoured/transferable because it’s not a private transaction and because of that MAJOR oversight he says he can knock off $1000 off the price. So not only was I misinformed about the warranty that was part of the initial offer, but he also lied about not being able to do anything about the price. I ask if he can provide me a receipt that proves that they indeed purchased the winter tires for the vehicle, but I was completely ignored on that front, so I had to call BUDDS BMW from where the ORIGINAL SALESPERSON who sold the vehicle to the first owner recognized the vehicle and confirmed that the CPO warranty would not transfer and couldn’t confirm the sale of the winter tires either so that was another additional lie. I then receive an e-mail two days later on Monday, March 29, 2021 with him apologizing about the delay on his end and I suggested that I am ready to purchase the vehicle, but I would like to pre-inspect the vehicle quickly with my own certified BMW mechanic and that I am ready to sign everything and I get an e-mail back an hour later saying that a down payment was put down for the vehicle and that the sale is pending. Absolutely disgraceful and no transparency whatsoever. He knew that I was interested in the vehicle but did not mention or encourage me once to put a down payment on the vehicle which I would have. I already suggested that I was putting a down payment on the car and when we were talking numbers, I had $8000 in mind. He said the other individual came in on Saturday (the same day as me) to look at the vehicle, although it was after I arrived since I came in the morning and then came in and put a down payment two days after (Monday, March 29, 2021). However, if DAVE was upfront and not shady about the entire deal altogether, I would have easily matched that considering the number crunch we did included the fact that I was going to put down $8000 anyways. The lack of transparency to the customer whether it's sold is disrespectful, and it would be inconceivable to even consider engaging bidding war. This is a vehicle we are talking about here not some land/property. If you sort/filter the reviews for this place, DAVE has committed this mistake many times in the past where he sells the vehicle to another party without any knowledge whatsoever and wastes a bunch of people’s time, so this is obviously a repeating issue that isn’t addressed enough or AT ALL by his superiors. An absolute abomination of a transaction and every aspect of the entire encounter was very shady. Not only was gasoline wasted driving to that place, but the back and forth e-mails was a big waste of time This will prompt me to tell everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Also, PLEASE DON’T EVEN BOTH RESPONDING TO THE REVIEW WITH SOME GENERIC “We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Multi-Line Auto Sales & Leasing.” I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy to engage in any sort of business here. Shame on you.

I was looking for a very specific model of Lexus and found it here at Mulit-Line. I was purchasing a used car for the first time in many years and Dave was great. I called the first time just as they were closing and he took time to answer my questions and from there we set an appointment for me to see and test drive the ES350. I was coming from the Collingwood area to see the car and when I arrived I was not disappointed. The shop was clean and organized, information when asked about tinting and detailing was acuarte and didn't change when I bought the car. The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Multi-Line and Dave Webster to anyone who asked.

Dave was great to work with! He met me first on a Sunday when the dealership was closed for a quick test drive, and was very responsive when texting back/forth with my questions over the next few days. Once I decided to buy, he dropped off the car at a dealership near me for a PPI so I could verify everything was in good shape. He also negotiated for me an amazing deal on a set of winter wheels and tires (roughly 2/3 of retail price at other tire shops), and had them installed for when I picked up the car. The way cars should be sold! We bought a 2019 Audi Q5 (very hard to find these days) from Dave and the experience was great. Dave answered all of our questions, took care of a couple of things that we had asked about and didn't try to upsell us. The process was quick and easy and we got a fair trade in for our car. By far worse experience ever thanks Dave Arranged to purchase a vehicle got insurance done arranged for certified Funds called the sales man to arrange Pick up the second day he shocks me and told me some one bought it already They sold the car without having the courtesy of calling me I’ve been working on the deal for over two weeks At the beginning they didn’t want to take my trade in and when I managed to sell my car I called the sales man and he assured me I’ll be able to pick it up in the second. morning What a jokers If you in the market to purchase a vehicle please stay away from this place What a shame

Worst experience of all time. Drove over an hour to come see a car that was listed as being for sale. We even text Dave the sales rep in the morning to let him know we were coming. When we got there the car was at the mechanics so Dave asked us to give him 15 minutes and the car would be back from the mechanics so we could view it. My husband and I sat down in the area designated for customers to wait since we are from out of town. Ten minutes later Dave comes out to explained that he sold the car over the phone to someone else and had the nerve to say sorry. I find this practice so unethical and he should be ashamed of his actions. Further more I hope karma comes back on him because little did he know we were buying the car for my husband who is terminally ill and we had cash in hand to buy the car today. Porsche Cayenne S was as advertised and very competitively priced. Dave was very responsive, patient (I took it out twice before buying), reasonable and timely.
