Stellar! I recently mentioned to my brother that I had been looking to purchase an SUV of a particular brand and model, and something just off lease. I had exact specs in mind and was having difficulty tracking down a car that checked all the boxes. My brother had recently purchased a beautiful older model F-150 from CB&C, and he said “call Krystian!” So, I got on the phone with CB&C, and the rest is history. Less than two weeks after that initial introduction, Krystian found me the exact vehicle, right down to colour, year and low mileage, and at a killer price. The showroom is clean, the vehicle I looked at was clean and as described. There were some things I wanted as part of our purchase agreement and Phil went out of his way to get them taken care of. There was no pressure to purchase and I felt the vehicle was priced competitively. Communication was good and Phil kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle prior to pickup. The car was delivered washed and cleaned. Small oversight on a safety item that had to be completed before delivery which caused me to wait longer (on delivery day) than expected but Phil ensured it was promptly dealt with. I’m accustomed to getting a full tank of gas but it wasn’t explicitly stated in our purchase agreement so I cannot fault them for this. If that is something important to you, be sure to mention it in the agreement. Would definitely recommend for the pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle.

Amazing Dealership !!! Number 1 for sure in Ontario. I have many cars and I read all the good reviews on here before purchasing my new BMW 740LI M, fully loaded 5 buttons as options very very rare car. Both Philip and Robert were so nice, did not pressure me at all, took me for a very nice long test drive to show me the car well. They gave be a super amazing deal on it as well. On top of that they really went above and beyond to repair a small issue with the car, which I am very sure other dealers would've tell me to go away, but those guy really stand for thier word, just amazing..I`ll recommend to others , family and friends they are way superior to other car dealers. I went here to look at a vehicle they had just gotten onto there lot. After seeing it and taking it for a test drive with Phil I was sold. The car wasn’t even detailed or certified yet and I knew I was buying it. Phil took me inside the showroom and introduced me to Ali, who took over with the payment etc. Ali was fantastic! It was truly a pleasure working with him on this deal. My purchase was not one of the bigger sales as the other high end cars they had on the lot, but they were very patient with answering all of my many questions. This was a very professional business and the entire staff was very polite, helpful and grateful of my purchase. I recently checked out this dealership for a Mercedes coupe. Test drove the car, which was dirty and needed tires. After dealing with the two sales guys. One obvious was more senior to the other. I paid $500 to have the car checked out by my Mercedes Benz dealership. To confirm any issues. Having been a long time Mercedes owner. The car appeared to have an issue that the sales guy (Ali and Phil )claimed it might be tires. So we decided to go ahead with the vehicle if we get new tires and if they can confirm if the issue, persist. And do a second test drive to rule out our concern. Well it's the first time in my life car sales guys don't get back to you to confirm anything or to complete a deal. It's like they knew the car had an issue but didn't want to come clean. And wanted to repair it before confirming. No response. Just pure excuse of whether the car had an issue or what was fixed. Fortunately the only thing I lost was my time and $500.
