Victoria Party Rentals went above and beyond to make our event work seamlessly. We had a tight window of time for set-up and take-down at Fort Rodd Hill and they rose to the challenge! They problem solved when the location presented access challenges and got four tents (one large hex and three 20x20) set-up in half of the time we expected. Darren and his team were friendly, hardworking, and professional. They even lent us their ladder for decorating when they noticed that we didn't have one. Hiring Victoria Party Rentals was one of the best decisions we made for this event! We had over 200 people attend the dinner and countless guests remarked after about how much fun they had in such a beautiful setting. Thanks Victoria Party Rentals for helping to make the evening a huge success!

Unreliable, poor communication and customer service. Lots of better companies in town, like Pedersens (doesn't deliver) or Global Tents (will deliver, and works with Pedersen's).

I ordered the wrong sized (appy) plates.YIKES! They spotted the error and delivered the dinner sized plates I needed right before my meal started! That's service! Would highly recommend these people!

We used Victoria Party Rentals for our fundraiser - Kitchens 4 Missions in Sept. 2018. We love the new owner Darren (it's a family business) and could not be more pleased with their team and their service. Not only did they provide quality supplies, they also had cost effective ideas to take our concept to the next level. They were even willing to coordinate with another party rental company who had one item we wanted that VPR did not carry. The VPR team simply had it sent to their location and added it to our delivery for no extra charge and no work on our part. Amazing. Also worth mentioning is that their prices were significantly better than anywhere else in town (we seriously shopped around!) Would highly recommend them. If you need some real creative advice, ask for Linda. She was so talented and fun and we'd love to have her input on any future event.

The online ordering system is very easy to use. Every item had pictures and measurements so we didn’t even need to go to the showroom to pick out the items we were looking for. Incredible variety of products, excellent and timely customer service, and flexible pick up timing. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to book for a future event! Of all of the rental places in Victoria (and I talked to about 6), VPR was the best value and service, no competition.

Rented popcorn and cotton candy machines. No information provided on how to clean equipment. Had to YouTube how to videos as the contract said must return equipment clean. Was then told not for this type of equipment yes the contract says you have to. Response was “no one ever reads the contract”. Wasted hours on a Sunday on this. Not even an apology. Equipment was great. Customer service not good at all.

Easy pick up and had the availability for the weekend we wanted. Nice setup for a pig roast. Just confirm how clean they want the item returned so no confusion in the end. Manager was very understanding and waived the cleaning charge. Would rent again.

Very nice to deal with, but they did err and delivered the chair to us hours before we were due to pick them up. I called and told them they’d made a mistake and I did not want to be charged for delivery. They said that wouldn’t be a problem, but when I checked my credit card statement, they had charged around $40 for delivery. I called them and the issue was rectified with no problem.

Driver was on his phone when he almost slowly drove into me while I was crossing the crosswalk. I told him he shouldn’t be doing that (be on his phone while driving). He carried on with phone call afterwards while pulling into traffic. Good job guy!
