A recent experience demonstrates the quality of service you can expect from Motion. My new manual wheelchair arrived from the manufacturer with a number of scratches. Apparently, there is no "touch up" paint available for wheelchairs even though the technician (Terry) made a number of inquiries to companies that supply wheelchairs. He put on his thinking cap and decided to find and match the paint at a hobby store, found the right color and came to my house to touch up my otherwise pristine chair! That's going the extra mile and thinking "outside the box"! Thanks Terry!!

I purchased a used scooter offline for my elderly mother and had to buy new batterys for the scooter . I got the batterys and connected them but the scooter still didnt run. I dropped my scooter with Cam for him to take a look ( regular fee is 95$ per hour) . Before I was even around the block he called to say my scooter was running and that it was just a simple fix and there would be no charge. He went above and beyond for thus busy mom of 3 and after days of trying everything to get the scooter going this was a HUGE relief . Will be back and highly reccomend *should add the scooter had been looked at by another tech at a different company and simple wiring problem had been missed ) Cam Made my day ????????????????❤❤

Started the journey with this company for my mother in laws wheelchair back in May of 2018. At first the experience was good, with sales rep (Denise) assisting us and our therapist. We purchased chair in June of 2018. After care service is total different story - chair was not properly adjusted, and defective brakes broke. Tried to get chair adjusted, but no success and could not schedule a service. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere, once you purchase, the service disappears likes it staff....too frustrated to use this company anymore

Purchased powerchair for my mother with this company, worst decision ever. The service is non existent - you can literally not get someone to answer the phone, and no responses to emails....I was unable to get service appointment. Just use another company, don't waste time here, management is checked out....it used to be good but went downhill.

Would never use this company!! Due to the way they drive their company vehicle in traffic (white dodge caravan), cutting people off in the morning commute, tailgating, improper lane changes. I'm leaving this review to increase traffic safety and an awareness to the Employee/Owner who know they are driving a vehicle with a company decal. You would think you should drive more safely in order to not draw a horrible image for the company you own or represent.
