Traded my truck in only to get a car with 80km of gas in the tank, and a brutally chilled windshield. The car also was not cleaned at all and had stuff all over the floor from previous test drives. A week after I picked up my car the key fob also had a dead battery. I scheduled my windshield to get filled and it looks like they painted clear nail polish over it. It’s clearly not fixed because it fogs up around the area. I contacted Harris dodge about the gas issue and they told me they would send me $150 which I still haven’t received over 3 months later. Absolute joke of a dealership. strongly suggest you DONY buy here there’s much better options in Victoria for cars and customer service.

I scheduled a test drive but had to cancel (with notice) because something came up. I told the staff I would call back when I was ready to rebook as I didn't know my schedule yet and had a busy weekend coming up. Over the following three days THREE different people called or texted me FIVE times to try to get me to rebook, despite me telling them every time I was not ready. I only picked up the calls because I was expecting an unrelated phone call and they called from different numbers every time. I honestly would have called back to rebook when I had free time but if that is how pushy they are before you even enter the doors I can't imagine what it would be like to deal with them in person. Please consider being more respectful of peoples' boundaries!

They are the most recognized unprofessional dealership I have ever delt with.from Fals promises to straight-up lying I got a parking ticket do to them taking 2.5 hours to located my keys and get them back to me was told they had someone move my truck so I wouldn't get a ticket meanwhile my truck was parked right where I had left it with a ticket I have 1 to 3 people call or text me a month to come down and to get into a new vehicle but nothing ever becomes of it. Do not make the mistake of trusting this dealership. They said they’d only show me what would fit in my budget (I was very clear my max) on a trade in-but totally wasted my time instead. I bought a used SUV from them 2 months ago that I wanted to trade for an AWD and they tried to gouge me 8k in 2 months. I barely had driven it, no accidents or repairs needed, nothing wrong with it. Then they tried to sell me a SUV with 2 accidents above market value! Bottom line- they’re looking to take as much of your money as possible. I will never deal with Harris dodge Victoria again or recommend this dealership to anyone. I don’t trust these folks at all anymore. That was so unacceptable. Don’t waste your time, take your business elsewhere and be treated fairly.

Eric met with me at the dealership and after about 20 mins and a positive attitude after a couple disappointing rejections from the bank managed to get me a car. Even though it wasn't my first choice, Eric with help from Canada Drives got me into a good car that will help boost my relationship with the banks so in about 8-10 moths I'll be able to get the car I want. After that Brooke helped walk me through the paperwork and made sure if I had any questions they were answered. Haven't actually been so can't comment on the customer service. This is just commentary on their documents fee of $997 I saw in one of their ads. Nearly a thousand dollars for paper work fee when most dealer charge half of that at most is just ridiculous. They also don't list the vehicle price in many of their ads on classifieds which is probably a tactic to obfuscate the listing price of the vehicle so they can tweak it more easily. Again, can't comment on the actually staff, but their ads are enough to keep me away. Helpful tips for ANY dealer: If they have a vehicle you want, by all means go there, but insist on transparency in your deal. Do not just look at monthly/biweekly payment amounts, demand breakdowns of your deal including ALL fees itemized, total new vehicle cost, and get a clear value on your trade in and your positive or negative equity on it. When they have you initial things like prices or payment amounts, these are NOT binding. Until you sign a sales agreement or any type of contract, you CAN walk away from the deal. Also, always bring two sets of keys for your trade in, but hold on to one until the deal is complete, then drop it off. This prevents dealership schemes as you can just drive away if things go sideways before any agreements are signed. Be firm, demand transparency, and ALWAYS say no to extended dealership warranties on brand new vehicles. Good luck!

Where do I start? I bought a new Dodge Ram in 2019. I ended up leaving the dealership with no manual or extra key FOB. No warranty information either. And my tow package that was supposed to be on the truck is not installed. My partner has tried to get the keys and manuals with alot of misleading phone calls. Oh the manager is in a meeting.... The manager isn't here.... I call this morning about my issues I get a "Yes come on down we will help you out"..... for me to get down there and they have no manual for me (offer me a 2018 manual)...and when I ask for my spare key I get no response to the key all I get is a "you can download the manual"..... and they have the audacity to ask if I want to purchase another vehicle from them. Why would I do that when my ENTIRE experience was awful. They tried to sell me the wrong truck. They begged me to write a 5 star review which I found to be suspicious. They failed to install my tow package which was supposed to be on, I'll probably never get that fixed and have to pay out of pocket for that too. They didn't provide me with a manual, spare key, warranty information AND my truck has multiple issues in which I am not even comfortable bringing it near them. I'm filing a formal complaint with dodge and the sales authority of BC. The sales guy Prince was an absolute joke he should have not waisted my time today telling me to come down when he knew there was nothing he was going to do. What a waist of my time.

I recently found out that their finance department will charge you for services that they claim are free. The key and tire replacement is NOT a dealership courtesy as they declared when I was buying my car, it actually costs several hundred (1300 or so) They won't allow you to have a copy of your documents if you ask, they also lie about their used vehicles being ex rental cars Save your time and money, go anywhere else

The guys at Harris bent over backwards to get me the details I was looking for on a fully electric vehicle that they haven’t seen on their lot much. In the end it came down to a choice between two very similar cars. The Harris won out because they were able to match the price of an offer I got on the other car while having a higher trim level, and 30,000 less kms. I left feeling like it was a win win for sure. . . Except the guy at the other dealership . . . He didn’t get a win. My only criticism is that it took a while to get that detailed info. Now that they’ve been through it the very smart crew will know exactly what information you need for your next ev purchase.

By far the worst car dealership experience I've had. Went in to look at vehicles, was VERY clear I was NOT looking to make a decision on buying a vehicle today but was interested in looking at options. Josh, the sales rep that approached me was GREAT! Very professional. After test driving a vehicle we sat down to crunch out numbers. Working out numbers was a challenge as the sales rep wouldn't tell me how much any of the vehicles were. When asked "how much is the one i'm driving" the sales rep replied "i'm not sure but we will work out numbers to be within your budget" Still making it clear I was looking for numbers to sleep on , Josh was understanding. Uninvitedly the sales rep Saad Khan came over with an extremely pushy and rude demeaner. He would ask questions and before I could get out 2 words he cut me off to talk over me. I actually had to correct him and say "you wont let me talk, stop cutting me off." before he let me finish a full sentence. He then proceeded with his 'head hancho' attitude to twist what I was saying and push me to close a deal today. He was rude, unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. Frustrated with the poor communication, I chose to end the encounter. On my way out the door I thanked the Josh for his help but explained how his disrespectful sales rep deterred me from wanting to do business there. unprofessional Saad sat at his desk looking proud of the terrible interaction as evidence by his huge smile. Extremely disappointing as I was excited to work out a deal with Josh. Screaming it from the mountain tops, AVOID THIS PLACE!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. When I owned a Chrysler 200S that I bought from Howies there was a major issue and Howies thought it may be covered under warranty so suggested I take it to Dodge so it wouldn't cost as much out of pocket to me. Willie Dodge was booked solid for 2 weeks so I took my car to Harris and it was a complete s&#t show. They threatened to call CVSE if I took my car back to Howies to have it fixed there under my extended warranty, trying to tell me that my car wasn't road legal which wasn't even close to true and they charged me almost $400 to do exactly what Howies had already done. They also refused to fix what was wrong with the car because I didn't want to do the extras. Howies stepped up and helped get my car back and did the repairs for me under the extended warranty. Last summer I bought a Nissan Leaf from Harris Dodge (Canada Drives) and it was an absolute disaster as well. They made a bunch of promises that they couldn't deliver on and then brought me in on false pretenses to offer me a Kia when we had been working on the deal for the Leaf the whole time and there had never been any mention of a Kia. All they cared about was making a sale, not about finding out what I needed in a car and trying ta make their false promises come to fruition. Against my better judgment I went back there with my partner's Jeep and my mom's car that she had gifted to me to use to drive her around in and traded them in to go towards a 2018 Spark. We wanted to get out of the Jeep payments and get into something that was more economical for our current situation. Harris was more than happy to send us away in the Spark even though the deal wasn't approved but they neglected to tell us that. We signed the Jeep and the Malibu over to them and we signed the paper work for the Spark and they kept calling asking for more and more documents. When the first payment didn't come out of my bank account I couldn't figure out why so I called and guess what...it turned out that the deal hadn't gone through yet but we had the Spark for a month already and they had the Jeep and Malibu that we had signed over to them. They had also HAND WRITTEN in the charge for the GPS that was put in the contract after we signed everything and to top it all off, the insurance for the Malibu is still being charged to my mom's bank account to this day! If you know ICBC's rules you will know that you can't cancel insurance without the plates. So I made multiple calls to Harris and left multiple messages but never got a call back. Finally my partner called today and spoke to someone who informed him that we would need to call the non emergency police line to get a file number and then cancel the insurance as they don't know where the plates are since the guy who does their insurance takes the plates, puts them in a box and hands them in to ICBC when the box is full. So Harris Dodge isn't taking any responsibility for the fact that the didn't cancel the insurance even though I signed all of the paper work. They won't take responsibility for not knowing what they did with the plates. They won't take responsibility for the fact that they altered legal documents. They won't take responsibility for the fact that they make false promises and lie to peoples faces. So the way I see it, if you want to get taken advantage of, lied to and screwed around, go to Harris Dodge cause that's what they specialize in. Oh, I forgot to add that the Spark was supposed to be in my name but they put me on as a co-signer instead and covered it up and lied about that as well. High five Harris Dodge. You guys are really shady and I intend to make sure that as many people as possible know how you really do business and treat people.

Dealt with these people before (maintenance/service department)...recently had to travel a distance to do a recall part...then they said they were missing a part and I have to come back but, lo and behold, found that I 'need' $5000 in repairs...and then tried to hustle me into buying a new car....took vehicle back to my home city, had it looked at and the mechanic said "they are full of s___t"....he took photos and had their written report to review....I am a professional and am forwarding this to my law firm as it is a deliberate attempt to defraud under $10,000 Never use this dealership!

We were previous Harris customers who had some minor issues in our first purchase with them - mainly unkept promises around missing items. Being loyal we decided to give them another try in purchasing a new 2021 Grand Cherokee worth about $70k. From the outset we were met with high pressure sales and very unprofessional behaviour.
