I bought an suv in late December 2018. The process was great and they were super helpful. Since them however, they have called or texted me about trading in or refinancing my car so frequently that its bordering on harassment. I've told them multiple times that I'm not interested and that doesn't seem to make a difference.

We went to Galaxy in search of a 4x4 SUV. Having seen one of interest online Chase met us on arrival. He was cheerful and was actually interested in what our needs were over what he could have tried to sell us. He showed us the vehicle we came to see and a similar higher end n larger vehicle of the same brand. He was clear and non pushy and really was willing to spend time making sure we were having all our boxes ticked. There was no pressure but made the experience as pleasent as possible. His "team" were all friendly and proffesional as well. The entire purchase was smooth and quickly adressed. We are pleased with Chase ,and his humour ,and will be back for our next vehicle.
