Absolutely terrible service. Do not bother with these jokers. Their voicemail is always full, they don't return emails in a timely manner and they say they'll call you and never do.

I wanted to comment on my group's lovely experience with Arbutus Limousine and thank our driver Fred, a charming, older gentleman, for our wonderful limousine ride while we visited Victoria for the first time. We really enjoyed every minute and felt safe and secure in Fred's care. He seemed to know all the good spots and many were better than the ones we selected. I can't believe how much we crammed into our tour. The gardens were so plentiful and big and it seemed every where we turned, there was another great scene to look, especially along Dallas Road and Beach Drive. Amazing! Thanks also for accommodating our 2 special requests, and saving time where ever possible, as we had a big list to cover and were pressed for time, trying to squeeze in all the spots we wanted to see. Fred's knowledge of the city and best routes to take really helped and we enjoyed the commentary provided en route! We wish you all the best Fred and thanks again for answering all our questions and making our tour of beautiful Victoria lots of fun. Kind regards Rosie and the 'Ladies who Lunch'

7 of us hired this service coming off the Norwegian Pearl, last minute. We had only 3 hours to tour. Our guide/driver, Simon, was fantastic. He took us to Butchart Gardens, was right on time to pick us up, and then gave us a great tour of the city on the way back. He was very easy to talk with and our whole group loved meeting him. Great experience with this company and in Victoria. We'll definitely keep the card and use the service again!

Simon was the most insightful driver I have ever had. He was pleasant and willing to work with our group of seven trying to get to Butchart Gardens. Knowing all the ins and outs of Victoria, he was so efficient that we had extra time for sightseeing. Would definitely ride with him again!

I did not hire this company however I did call to get some information about pricing etc. The worst customer service I have ever been forced to deal with. He had an impatient pompous attitude and came across quite rude. I do not recommend them.

Horrible company, me and my group booked a limo with this company for our high school prom. We had a confirmation and then on the day of the event, we called because the car was 10 minutes late just to be told that we didnt awnser any of the calls they did not make and had canceled our car. Stay away. 1 star is honestly to generous for a company like this.

If I could review it lower than a 1 I would. First off they have a driver that has been charged with sexual assault who drives around teenage girls, but they rip you off and don't show up on time. I called and the person on the phone told me to tell everyone in the background to "shut up" because he couldn't hear me properly. Who does this kind of stuff? So unprofessional.

Absolutely awful customer service. The limo company FORGOT about the wedding . The bride had to call the company multiple times and the man on the phone kept having to "warn" her about the limo driver because he was unprofessional. The driver was 45 minutes late picking up the groom which caused the bride to be late to her own wedding! Everyone at the company was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone.

My friends hired this company for a night on the town, the limo driver was late to pick us up and was extremely rude. He got lost trying to find my friends house and acted like it was our fault. The guy answering phones is also very rude. I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL. Spend extra money and go with someone else. TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I give credit to Arbutus limo for helping me arrange a limo for my wedding on what I would call short notice. I called a week before my wedding for ( October 21) to arrange a limo for 8-10 people. The gentleman who answered the phone made sure to have all the important and crucial information such as location of pick up, destinations and times. and made sure he double checked it and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I will say his tone was hard to gauge at first but there was humor in the conversation and it was very professional. and found a solution to bring children with car seats. He gave me his number to confirm the pick up a couple days prior and showed up early and prepared for the wedding party. The limo was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The driver was polite and professional and took away some of the stress for our busy day taking care of transport to take us to the picture spot. in closing I will admit seeing some of the previous reviews, i was thinking something was going to go wrong, but I have nothing but good things to say. thank you.

Terrible customer service! Book with someone else. Was quoted over the phone one hour for a price. Once it was time to pay and confirm booking they refused to honour the quoted price they said over the phone due to a policy change. That was within one hour of the phone call to the confirmation. The person who answered the phone was a driver and the company made no effort to honour there quoted price.

We booked arbutus limo for 4 hours on our wedding day. We also had Fred for a driver, who started the day strong, but then got pretty grumpy and rude. We went with the cheapest rate we could find so they are reasonably priced. Fred was great picking up the bride and bridesmaids and was charming up until after the ceremony.... Fred didn't want to let our photographer ride in the limo? We rented a 10 person and she was only person number 9. He asked her why she didn't have her own vehicle...we asked her to come in the Limo and take pictures. Fred was arguing with our photographer in the front on where to go and where to park. It really killed the fantastic "just married" vibe. We got back from the off-site photos back to the original venue and he tried to leave early! He was hounding me, THE BRIDE, about leaving an hour and a half early when we all had to take portraits on a tight schedule. I would never book here again, especially with Fred for being so unpleasant to me, friends and family, and especially the photographer on my wedding day.

Arbutus Limo service made a mistake with our pick up time. When I called, the situation was quickly dealt with and a full refund was issued for the inconvenience. The limo was very nice and the driver very friendly and professional. I would use this service again as their customer service was first class!

How this company has 5 stars I will never know! We booked them for their more "affordable rates"... however I think what they meant was "cheap". The driver arrived with a trunk full of crap in it (literally, tools and dirty equipment), so that myself and my bridesmaids could fit absolutely nothing that we needed to bring with us. Despite ordering a limo with an extra passenger seat, we had to cram us all into the seats pilled with dresses and boxes. To top it off their air conditioning was broken, on the hottest day in August. When we began our journey, it became painfully obvious that our driver had no idea where he was going, and spent the whole drive yelling at us in the cab to give him directions. Thinking a celebratory drink would make us feel better we happened upon the pile of filthy cups that appeared used and sticky. The only upside was that we actually got bottles of water, which I later learned my husband was not so lucky. He and his groomsmen had the same experience of a full trunk, no air conditioning, no water, and the joys of getting lost. I highly suggest you avoid this service, and put extra money towards a reliable company like Alpine Limo or La Limo.

We were a group of 8 ladies. 85 year olds and up!!! My sister and I took them out on the town tour! Fred the driver was soooo ... great... he made the event very special. Highly recommend this service!

So this happened yesterday. Connor and 8 of his friends had all planned to go to prom together. They made all the arrangements to meet at our house for pictures and also booked a Limousine with "Arbutus Limousine" to drive them around for a couple hours. They booked it, confirmed it, and all pitched in to pay for it with a pretty decent tip for the driver. At 4:15 they called the company to see why the limousine had not arrived at the arranged time of 4pm. The owner informed them the limo had been cancelled due to a lack of confirmation. Needless to say I had 9 very well dressed graduates in a panic. Long story short we got them all to the destination on time. I called the company later to try and figure out what had happened. The owner claims to have tried to get in contact with them 3 times over the last week, he also claims to have left messages. He gave me the right ph number, so I them checked with the kids again last night to see if this had been missed. NOPE, no messages and no calls o the phone log. Needless to say the point of my rant is to let people know not to book with Arbutus Limousine. Prom is a once in a lifetime memory and this company threw a wrench in it for my son and his friends! ????????

The company forgot about my wedding until I called the day before to confirm where they were picking us up. After calling to give all the details I was called back 6 times by a driver asking me to meet up so he could “warn” me about the driver that we were assigned. I had to contact the boss to get the driver to stop calling me. The boss didn’t seem to care about forgetting the wedding or any of the stress the driver was causing me. On our wedding day the driver was 45 minutes late to pick up the groom and groomsmen which resulted in me being late to my own wedding. They are now accusing the groom of being at fault for being late for stopping multiple places during the service WE PAID FOR! They have offered to omit the extra hour charge. We would have never been late in the first place if the driver was not late picking the men up!!! I was also offered an hour limo voucher, which I will never use because this company is so shady. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
