We purchased our 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer SE this week with Martin at the New Minas dealership. I can’t stress enough how easy he made the entire process. Finding the car that best suited our needs and budget he went above and beyond. I ran into an unexpected delay with my insurance broker during the purchase and he took it upon himself to call the office, and have everything dealt with so that we could leave with our new car that day. I dealt with three other dealerships in the Annapolis Valley while looking to purchase a new vehicle for our growing family. Not one of them compared in customer service, flexibility or price. Staff member was not knowledgeable on anything we asked. Did not send out the email for trade in assesment like we were advised. Car was already sold to someone else before we returned on our test drive, and we were not notified until after we sat down to discuss purchasing that there were even other interested parties. After informing us the car was sold the staff member suggested we look at what else is on the lot, which is a common tactic at shady places to lure you in with a good deal then sell anything once you are in the seat. Extremely unprofessional staff and environment. Quite disappointed as other reviews indicated knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere, which is the exact opposite of what we experienced. If you plan on shopping here I would get them to confirm that the car is actually for sale before you waste your time and money heading there. You're better off driving down Sackville Drive where there is an abundance of used car lots where they are less likely to pull these shady moves.

We were so used to driving a vehicle that constantly needed fixing; holes in exhaust, brakes seizing, tires losing air, etc. We finally had enough. I purchase a car from Super Daves auto sales in the summer of 2018, the whole experience was excellent. The efficiency and speed in which Nick served us was the best. The financing process was a breeze and from there to the delivery of the car was the most seamless transaction I've had. There were a few technical issues that came up with the car, (let's be honest a used car is seldom without its small kinks), but the level of understanding and desire to solve these from Nick and the service manager Steve were again, the best I've ever seen. The issues were taken care of efficiently considering the long distance I was from them. Based on this experience I would 110% recommend this team for all of your used car purchase needs. Thanks to you both and to the rest of the team whom I'm convinced operate on the same principles!

So definitely a pretty super place and awesome staff. The wife and I had bought a car a year ago and unfortunately as much as we loved it, it had some manufacturing issues that Dodge Halifax couldn’t figure out for over a year and just made things very frustrating. And honestly dodge was not very helpful in fixing our situation basically told us we were stuck with the car . A little worried about what to do cause never dealt with a issue like this before we contacted Dave about the problem and he made sure we were happy customers by the time we left. Dianne helped us get us in a new car that day and was super friendly and had no problems answering any of our questions and they went out of there way to make sure we weren’t left losing completely on the situation. My personal opinion Dave really does care about his business and the cars he sells and Dianne is just awesome If you need a car I highly recommended Superdaves.

Iwell its not because there still a hole and the crack is a scratch no its a crack when trying to ask questions they just walked away. This place is good don't get me wrong but this is my first time getting a financed car and from here i signed all the paperwork where I didn't really know about thought it was all the same but I did some research and once I got home everyone told me that all the stuff I signed for was for a leased vehicle where the Vehicle Milage is Limited for 2 months and pretty much can't drive the car anywhere without their permission first just in this province and was told to contact the seller about this and hasn't returned my email. I just don't get it I got a financed car here but its treated like a leased vehicle instead but overall I enjoy my wheels **update** place is good and they explained stuff alot more and makes completely sense now so I gotta change my review

My experience up to getting my car was pleasant and helpful however after I had my car and the papers to go along with it, I had every one of my emails ignored (about 5 emails over a 6 month period) including emails about things they had told me they would do and smaller things up to needed repairs within the warranty period, other than that I would have given 5 stars but the frustration of being ignored by them constantly, made it so I couldn't justify more than 1.

I emailed Chad one day mostly out of curiosity as my credit rating was terrible. Next thing you know I was driving a car that was no different than one out of the showroom. It is mint condition. Working over email with Chad was a great experience, he had patience to allow me to ask my questions and answered really quick. Best dealership experience yet and I've had a few. Car was shiny, amazingly clean and ready for me to drive away at the time Chad said it would be ready. Best yet, Chad checked with me a couple times following my purchase to make sure I was happy, now that's just awesome! You can't go wrong choosing Chad and Super Dave's. I'm sticking with this place long term!
