would give negative if I could for repair service personnel as we had an accident and had to get it towed somewhere on a Sunday so thought of here, called as soon as they opened to try and explain and was told get it out of here now as they can't look at it for 2 months, wow is all I go to say no way we would go back in two months when they are that rude.

We recently purchased a new Della Terra 291RK from FraserWay in Bedford. While shopping for a new RV, we visited several RV places. We found the no-pressure approach at Fraserway RV so refreshing. The staff was friendly and the sale persons - Vince and Shane went the extra mile to ensure that we could make the best decision for us. Brandon delivered the RV to our site and did an amazing job of levelling everything so that we could start enjoying our new digs right away. Looking forward to year of camping in style.

Absolutely no service after the sale. You have to physically drop in to get an answer. There is totally no communication right from manager Robb Cusack on down. The staff in the service department should learn not to roll their eyes while still dealing with you.

Called this unfriendly place during the winter from Florida and given a price of $340 for a hot water heater plus 2 hours labour or so to put it in . We decided to bring the business back to Canada . Got home 3 weeks ago called to set things up and now the $340 hot water heater is $813 plus tax { yes i read out the part number correctly the first time as i did the second time} . I asked the service department after given the higher price that if we have our own heater would they install it Rick at service said they could and that i also needed some electrical checked . I called today to make arrangements to have the work done and in that 3 week period there policy has changed that they no longer install outside parts . Go figure .

My previous review said that they were just ok (2 stars). On the 2nd of July 2020 I ordered a part and was told it would be in on the 9th. Today, 10 July, I called to check to see if it had come in - it had not. The reason is that on the 2nd of July after I ordered it they found out that their supplier had no stock. No one from Fraserway called me to tell me this. I had ordered this part from Fraserway instead of Amazon.ca to help support the local economy and a Canadian company. Amazon was significantly cheaper but I wanted to do my small part. Now I've waited over a week for a more expensive part that no one was going to tell me that it was never coming. I'm ordering the part from Amazon today - and to my surprise it is even on sale so I'll save even more money. Guess who will be getting all my RV part business from now on Fraserway? No you!
Recommended by many locals for help and parts for our new trailer. Busy place with what looked like a large inventory of RV's and trailers.

Despite having very friendly and knowledgeable personnel, I have to write this company a one-star. They are terrible for answering their phones and returning calls. Don't bother leaving a message because nobody will call you back. I actually addressed this with the senior salesperson in October of 2020 who admitted they were down one salesperson and sales were higher than expected during Covid. Although I appreciate the scenario, how do you run a business and not answer your phones or return calls? Frustrating to say the least. For the record, we have had no issues with either trailer we purchased or the service we received once we had their attention. Vinny is awesome.

I have been in this place on three occasions to buy a trailer and the third time was the last straw. Made what I thought was a fair offer expecting a counter somewhere in the middle and they countered with the asking price. Don't even bother with trying to trade you will do better on Kijiji. See the response below, typical.
We rented an extra large RV for three weeks. Travelled around Prince Edward Island New Brunswick Cape Breton and other parts of Nova Scotia. The unit was spotless when we picked it up and fully equipped with everything we needed. We rented in late September and unit was well equipped with warm blankets and lots of other linen and towels. We plan to come back next year and do it all again.
Sales was great but service is horrible. We arranged to get a slide topper with the purchase of a trailer. We are a month in now and still no topper. Every time we call it is like they have never heard of us or the topper we are waiting for - sometimes we are told it's there, sometimes not. If you want to buy a trailer, they have a good selection and the sales staff seem good so it's worth a try. If you need service or parts that aren't sitting on the shelf (as a plus they have a lot of stuff on the shelves), go elsewhere. About 3 weeks after the purchase I got a call from a company doing a survey for Fraserway where I was quite honest about the good and the bad. I got a call the very next day from someone at Fraserway about the topper being in and getting it installed. Then nothing since except the usual running in circles when we check on the status. The place has potential but they have some serious work to do to become a solid company all-around. Here's a followup... 5 weeks in... the service and parts folks finally got things together and a guy came out to install the slide topper. He did a nice job and was quite pleasant to deal with - and earned Fraserway an extra star :) This dealership seems to run like a mom and pop shop but has gotten way too big to run that way anymore.

Horrible. Won a prize through the radio in February and I have been calling every 2 weeks since trying to figure out details. Each time I call they PROMISE a call back. They even asked me to leave an email address as an alternative contact. Each time they have neglected to call back. For someone who has been working in the customer service industry for quite some time, I can confidently say this is the poorest customer experience I have ever had. Maybe it's because the prize was won and I'm not actually spending money.....

Just bought a trailer here and these people made the entire experience memorable and pleasant. Our salesman, Shane, was very professional and displayed a lot of patience with our newbie questions. Every staff member we dealt with was very helpful. Nick, in the finance department, carefully explained all of the financial aspects of the transaction and took the time to ensure that we had a firm grasp of everything from the loan paperwork to the fine details of the extended warranty that was also purchased. The accessory retail outlet was well stocked and the staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable with their products. They are running an excellent business and I will consider them as first choice for any future purchases. I am so glad I stopped in there.
The salesperson felt that we were not serious and told us he showed us enough models. He showed us 3. So rude, I completely understand there are protocols in place but these should be outlined first so we have the time to make proper decisions on what we want to see especially if we are limited
We are returning customers of Fraserway. Just traded in our 2015 Fifth Wheel for a newer and bigger unit. The treatment we received from the whole team during this process was amazing. Buying our first trailer that wasn’t a pop -up for the first time was a great experience at Fraserway RV . We first met our salesperson Jonah Vidito when they were closed . He took the time along with Brian to talk to us and give us some brochures. We said we would come back. We went back on a Saturday and spent probably 2 1/2 hours seeing many trailers. Jonah was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us . We were never pressured. We went back after looking at other dealers and ultimately chose Fraserway and the trailer we liked . When we went back to do our walk around and sign the papers we were asking questions and found out what we needed to know . They hooked up my truck to the trailer and leveled it out to make sure the weight distribution hitch was set up properly. They are storing it for us until we want it in April . We even went into the shop and spent some money buying a few things we would need . The staff suggested some things that were helpful in the store . We have suggested Fraserway to some friends and they were in already looking and were talking to Jonah. It was a great experience and can’t wait to hit the road !

We had a very good trip to Nova Scotia/PEI and the only black mark was when we returned our RV to Fraserway RV Rentals. Not a big deal that Fraserway was an hour late picking us up from the hotel on our first day as these things can happen. What was ironic was that Fraserway wanted to charge us for an extra hour at the end of our trip because we showed up at 12:30 instead of 12:00. We didn’t think we we were offside in showing up at 12:30 for the following reasons: - Our flight home on June 11 was not until 7:00 p.m. so when we picked up the RV we asked if we could return the RV later than 12:00. (There was no discussion at that time that the shuttle to the airport was discontinued at 1:00 p.m.) Marie at the desk said they will have to clean the RV so wasn’t sure if we could return it later but that we should give her a call that morning and she would see what she could do. - Fast forward to the morning of June 11. Our campsite was out of cell coverage so as soon as we returned to cell coverage which was mid morning we tried to call Marie 3 times and did not get an answer. We left a a message and asked that she return our call. We did not get a return call. - As a result, we did not rush back but did arrive at the dealership at 12:30 with the gas tank full and all fluids drained. There was no other customers in the dealership at the time of our arrival and the shuttle appeared to be ready to go and the driver was standing around with nothing to do. By the time we removed our personal belongings (and left a number of food items and baskets for other travellers) and completed our paperwork it was 1:10 p.m. It was at this time that Marie informed us there would be no shuttle as the last trip was at 1:00. Again, we weren’t made aware this was the schedule when we picked the RV or when we arrived at the dealership on the 11th. - Marie proceeded to tell us she would call a cab for us (and they get a special rate) and that she wouldn’t charge us for the extra hour of being late! I.e. my reference above regarding being an hour late to pick us up on the first day..... - We did proceed with the cab driver to the airport being 5 hours early for our flight. The cab driver charged us $42.00 for a 10 minute ride plus a tip and was not aware of any special rate. - After a $2600 payment for the RV, we believe we weren’t treated very well upon the return of the RV - even though we had followed all instructions and were not informed of the Shuttle schedule. - In addition, I would not recommend renting the small Class C motor home. We were well trained by Nick at Fraserway and everything functioned well, but with single tires on the rear axle we did find the vehicle relatively unstable. I am 58 years old, have driven since I was 8 at the farm, I have my Saskatchewan Class 1 license (ability to drive commercial semi) and I would not recommend an inexperienced driver driving the small Class C. Outside of the #1 Highway and the National Park highway in Nova Scotia, generally the roads are not in very good shape. There are numerous ruts, grooves, and no shoulders. I found I always had to have 2 hands on the wheel as the RV would make sudden moves when encountering the ruts and grooves. Highway 19 and 219 in the Cape Breton Highlands are extremely beautiful drives, but the quality of these highways is poor and I would not recommend taking the Small Class C on these highways. We bought our first new trailer in November 2019. We had a great experience in the purchase process, we bought every warranty that was available... but that is where the great experience stopped... They stored the trailer for us as part of the deal. We picked up the trailer in March 2020. We had few things go wrong with the trailer within the first week.. I understand things go wrong...... they fixed these problems. Then we started to use the trailer going to Cape Breton and noticed the tires were rubbing on the inner fenders all 4 of them... We took it back 3 times until I had to mark the inside of the tires for them to believe me. They fixed the issue but I had to wait for the tires until this year finally CRAZY!! Then once we got it back the floor in the trailer started to make creaking noises (very loud) they told us this would be a big repair and decided to wait until the end of the season to get repaired. Management was involved at this time. We took the trailer back mid October and asked while trailer was there if a few dents could be repaired after all we purchased the warranty. After multiple calls to the general manager he told me that the dents would not be covered and offered me 250.00 in house credit which I accepted after fighting for what I paid for and realizing I was not going to prevail... we left the trailer until mid March of this year and was told everything was fixed... well after a month of getting it back the floor is back to the way it was.... I would not purchase another trailer from this company as once they have your money you are on your own.. DO NOT BUY ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY ...
I have had two visits in the past week and on both occasions staff appeared irritated. Full disclosure we are new to a camper, have always tent camped. We are considering buying a truck camper and decided we would first rent one to see if we like the experience. The first time I asked to look at a truck camper for rental and get the details. The rental staff seemed very put out like she had something more important to do than show me the vehicle and get me details on renting. Today I had my husband along and we dealt with a different staff member ( this time sales I believe). He seemed irritated with our questions (we are still in early days of researching what will work best for us). He definitely did not want to show us any of the campers. My husband left there saying he would never give this company our business ( for rental or sales). I’m always a bit surprised by companies that must have so much business they are able to treat potential customers like a nuisance.

Renting an RV The good... The website is very easy to use and it was quick to book a rental The bad... It is really hard to get ahold of anyone in person when calling on the phone. I tried numerous time yesterday and today.
I was not impressed with this location. We rented an RV from the Toronto location and dropped it off in Halifax. When we first used the awning, one of the arms bent and the awning became stuck. Unfortunately it was a holiday and the "24 hour emergency" service number was not operational. After a few hours of work, we were able to get the arm in ourselves. When we dropped the RV off in Halifax they charged us over 600 dollars! I was shocked because I believe the arm was either bent before or had a crack in it which caused the arm to bend. The company agreed to investigate and would get back to see if they could refund us all or part of the money. I phoned in several weeks later and the manager said they were still figuring it out but that I was "not forgotten." Well now it has been two months and I still have not heard anything back. I would definitely not recommend this company for rentals as they do not keep their word!

We recently purchased our first brand new Keystone Cougar RV from Fraserway! Our experience from start to finish was superb. Vinny is an excellent salesman who has so much knowledge about the RV industry. He listened to our needs and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. It was important to us to find a salesman who is also a camper and has that understanding of what campers need and want. Josh, the finance manager is also top notch! He was patient and thorough in explaining all of the financial information and optional packages in a way that was clear. When we picked up the RV n Bedford, we've been rushed through the details of the Rv. The ladies seemed to be in an hurry, or did not like their jobs at all. Curtis, the technican, was very friendly an helpfull. Returning the vessel was easy with friendly staff.
Perfect parts service today. Lloyd went out of his way to find a replacement key for me.

We purchased a new camper (from Fraserway Bedford) in the fall of 2019 with the expectations of having minimal issues. However we couldn't even use the camper after it was purchased because of multiple issues (like a broken water pump). It then spent 8months at the dealer ship getting "fix" for ALL its many issues. It was then deliver in May after being told all issues were repaired, except for a new mattress that was on back order. When we tried to use the camper we discover that things were still broken and more things have continued to break since. We have tried to reach the dealership multiple times. When we have gotten through and made arrangements for someone to fix the issues, it was suggested to use to speak to the sales manager. We have since called the sales manager various times with no response. When the employee came to fix the trailer, he brought no equipment, no plan to fix anything and did not follow any covid safety. We had to provide a mask for the employee. We are so unsatisfied with our purchase and the treatment or lack of we have received. We are almost to the point of not wanting to use the trailer because we are afraid of what else will break. If i could give zero starts i would.

When we bought our Trailer the salesman was fantastic since the sale dealing with Fraser Way as a Company sucks no return calls not good service. The service department really need to be looked at. We have had experience with two other RV Companies and they return calls. So very helpful to us and they are one on one customer service but Fraser Way does not care about repeat business nor do they care about customer service once they have your money not happy at all. We have called and called no reply please what do we have to do to get some customers service we have been very patient and very pleasant getting tired of being treated like we are non existent.
