Horrible experience!!! Don't book with Top Hand Car Rental if you actually need a car. Total waste of your time and money. Thanks for nothing.

Seems like a one-man-show. Couldn't tell me if he had a car available a week in advance. Asked me to call him back (a few days later). I called back and he told me he'll call me back in an hour... never heard from him again. When I called him back after the weekend, he asked me a few questions about my requirements and then tells me he has no cars!! Def needs help with customer service and dealing with people!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Some of the rudest and arrogant people I have met. They block the driveway and parking lot of the neighbour beside them, do not allow their own customers to park in the lot. Swore at me while I was trying to find a spot to park in order to book their services. Just an awful experience.

Very convenient location to rent a car. I use them quite often. 24 hour service with good price. Would definitely recommend this place!
