They are thieves they over charged me by $350.00 for kms I didnt use and said if I paid cash it would be cheaper. I had 3000 kms to use I only used just over 2000 but they said I used to many kms in a day. Absolute crooks. I only gave them 1 star so I could get in and leave a review. Beware of this car rental company. They will overcharge and steal your money.

Had an accident on a Sunday evening, worst time to find a rental last minute. A friend referred me to this place so I called it, and they delivered a car rental within an half an hour. Very pleasant service, very reliable. Thank you so much for helping me that day :)

The cars are not well taken care of, i was brought a dirty smelly car, the inside was like someone sat sweating and eating mcdonalds. I had to go out of pocket to get the inside cleaned and had to buy 3 air fresheners to get the smell out of the car, the inside of the windows were brown after wiping them, I had to buy my own wiper blades for the car because they were worn and didnt work. tires on the car were atleast 50% worn. Not to mention all seasons in the winter (probably the cheapest option for them) I dont trust this car at all. I dont trust the service. I dont trust the people. Im pretty worried about what my bill is going to be aswell and all the hidden fees they didnt tell me about. Super sketchy service, i would not reccommend.

Worst car rental experience. What a waste of time and money! Horrible customer service. Arrived to pick up a Toyota Camry - they told me the Camry had a flat tire and gave me a Dodge Journey instead (not at all similar to a Camry and none of the same features). The paperwork they gave me still had the Camry information on it. The Journey had a dead remote battery (car is "push to start" - you cant turn it on with a dead remote). I called several times about this and left messages during business hours and they didnt get back to me until hours later. On top of that, they gave me the car with the gas light on! I filled a full tank of gas but after all the issues, I returned the car to them only 16 hours later (picked up at 8 pm and returned noon the next day). I was charged 2 full days and not reimbursed for the gas. Their hours are only until 5 so I had to leave work to bring the car back to them or else I would be charged an additional day. When I first came to get the car, I told them my insurance information and they assured me it would be fully covered. They never once told me that I had to pay them directly and then wait to be reimbursed by my insurance after (only found this out when I returned the vehicle!) They deliberately mislead me.

They gave my sister in law a beat up car and charged her rediculous amount for it. They charged for an extra day even when the car was returned the day before. The owner there was very unprofessional and absolutely not accommodating.

The worst rental company I ever dealt with. They over charged me almost $200 more than I was quoted for. They charged me insurance even though I declined it. The staff were extremely rude and very unprofessional. Please stay away.

I recieved a van with a USED MASK BESIDE THE PASSENGERS SEAT! Unacceptable. To go with it was a bunch of other peoples garbage, liquid spills down the seats and dirt. I put my 2 day old newborn in this vehicle and cannot believe the negligence especially during a time like this. I will never use this company again.

I recently contacted Estrada Rentals, and was very hesitant as this was my first accident and I had little to no experience dealing with such things. however, I was welcomed with such calming and comforting people, Hassan to be exact, he walked me through the entire process thoroughly and took the initiative to ensure I felt satisfied. Estrada also personally delivers their cars to you, and I was very amazed by how clean and luxurious their cars are. I had the 2022 Audi Q5 for the entirety of the time I was with them, the car had come with a full tank of gas and beautifully taken care of. I highly recommend them as they put their clients before their profits.

A friend of mine was given a rental car and told their km limit for time of use was 3000km. Upon returning the car they had stayed within their allowed kilometers but were charged a premium because he went over a 'daily km allowance' which he was not made aware of when he rented the vehicle. So even though they were not over their km allowance for the time they had the vehicle they were still charged a HUGE premium. Also offered him a deal if he would pay cash? So sketchy.

This company is amazing, there was a nail in the tire on my rental and Hassan came in a pinch during the holidays when the office was closed and fixed the tire, saving me the hassle of having to go anywhere with kids at 6 pm. My second time renting with Estrada, and they come right away with a car after an accident, and if any issues with your rental. I will always recommend to anyone who needs a car with no headaches. They delivered the car to me all the way in brampton and service was really good I was iffy about going with them after reading other reviews but trust they are good and will help you out I rented 2019 porsche macan and then 2019 Mercedes c300 these guys are good and also when I returned the rental they dropped me back home aswell thank you estrada for taking care of me
