First of, Nick is amazing, such a nice guy, very informative, reassured us of their service and the quality of the truck. Amazing price! New, clean, and very solid truck. Had no worries of being unsafe on the road unlike Uhaul (WILL NEVER RENT A UHUAL ANYTHING AGAIN). I'm so impressed with this company and love the service at this Woodbridge location. Booked a van rental in early June for the July 1st long weekend. On pick up day, the manager called my parents at 8AM and left a voice message to say that the van would not be available for a couple hours due to the previous customer not returning the van on time. However, the initial pick up time was set for 8AM, so why did we receive a call right at 8AM regarding the delay? If the van was going to be returned at 8AM by the previous customer then we should have been notified before the day of pick up that the van would not be ready until later. Note that I made this booking a few weeks in advance. We did not receive the van until past noon which significantly delayed the trip. When I complained regarding the delay, the manager was not sympathetic at all and even tried to blame my parents for not picking up a call at 8AM. The van received was not even thoroughly cleaned and was an old van. Would not recommend this place and will not be a returning customer.

Avoid this company at all cost they will sell your credit card information to scammers!!! I recently had a rental from these guys and just today someone has used my card to purchase item on Best Buy and Apple. I have never shared my credit card information with nobody other than these guys so I blame them for this. Avoid! Avoid!

This place is a gem. We rent vans occasionally and never thought advantage is round the corner from where we are. After being shut out of the big rental companies, we found advantage via google. You will never find a more flexible and caring company. Nick will listen to what your needs are and go to great lengths to make it happen. They are also open on weekends which is an added “advantage”. Will never rent vans with the other companies ever again!

I have booked with advantage a 16' truck two weeks ago for my moving wich is this weekrnd (in 3 days) I got confirmation that the truck was successfully reserved and today I get a call saying that they had a problem in their system and they don't understand how I was able to reserve it if they do not have the truck available. They don't understand the stressful situation that I'm left in now trying to get a truck in 3 days for my moving. I do not recommend this company at all. Not a trustful company.
