We had a really good experience here. We spoke to Bobby regarding a car and got to know it wasn't the right one for us. He took time to understand what we were looking for and got back to us with the perfect car. I was very happy with the service I got from Bobby and the staff here. Don't let the appearance of the size put you off, they have a LOT of stock in the area. So if you see a car you like but don't like the color, they probably have one in the area or available from another branch. I was able to make multiple test drives, some on my own. After I bought the car, Bobby noticed some surface damage to one of the body panels that I hadn't noticed and he sent it to a body shop for repair before I picked it up. I also left a few things in my old car that I traded in and Bobby mailed it to me. Very happy with my car and the service.

Bobby the salesman there was helpful and took me through all the inventory they had available which included driving to another location to see their large collection of cars and SUV's. I bought a Santa Fe that day and he arranged a newer one to be sent from Courtney BC to Vancouver and also went above and beyond by ordering/installing winter tires for me so my SUV was ready to go when I got it. Once I drove my car off the lot he also sent a new set of keys to me later when it became available. I've never bought a vehicle from a dealership and working with Bobby was a pleasant experience, I would recommend National Car Sales.

Great service.... low, low pressure. We bought a FIAT 500L - full service history, feels like a brand new vehicle, very low k's & very clean. I was a little nervous about buying an ex-rental. Todd explained these cars go from the airport to a downtown hotel, then stanley park and maybe Victoria. National does a full clean on them every time they come back in & all services & oil changes are done on time. Todd was easy to deal with, straight talking and the pricing was right. After purchase I had a minor issue with the Navigation/Radio settings. Todd came back to me within minutes with the answer. I would recommend these guys all day long.

Wow! This is the place you want to buy your vehicle from!! I am very skeptical about used car salesmen and dealerships because you never know what they are hiding. I did not feel that way with Bobby and National Car Sales. Bobby was very informative and never pushy. He had the Carfax report, recent service report and the van all washed and ready for us when we came to check it out. We bought a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and we absolutely love it!! I had some major delays in getting my financing, but they held the vehicle for me until it finally came through. I don't know of any other place that would do that. A friend of my mother's recommended this place, as she has purchased her last few vehicles from them and now I know why. Amazing, friendly service and follow up after. They found an extra key and sent it right out to us. The prices are unbeatable and a low admin fee. They charge half of the average I saw in my search. Not to mention that you can trust the vehicles are in tip top shape and well looked after. I could go on and on about how wonderful the experience was, but you really should just go and see them to find out for yourself. I highly recommend these guys for your next vehicle purchase!! Overall, had a good experience with Bobby. It’s quite a relaxed selling experience. However, the actual facilities is pretty old and rundown. Bobby even pointed out to me the holes on the wall and lack of pizazz in the dealership to make the point that they are a low overhead dealership and so they don’t charge as much for their cars. Because it is just Bobby there running car sales, he was quite busy when I was there. Even though I had booked an appointment in advance, ended up having to wait for another client to finish before I was assisted. Got a pretty much new Elantra GT 2018 with around 12000km on it. Showed me all the paperwork including Carfax no problem. Got it for a great deal (around $5k under MSRP) so happy with the purchase.

Were looking for a used low mileage 2017 KIA Sorento, visiting dealerships, third party and luckily we have found National car sales in N.Vancouver. Todd and Bobby were a joy to work with, in no way pushy, sincere, honest and very courteous. The car we test drove was in mint condition, just the colour was not our most favourite, but they had a beautiful gray one on their lot in Courtney on Van.Island and Todd transferred it for free whether at the end we buy it or not. Couple days later we test drove this vehicle and we liked what we saw, received the car proof history w/o asking for it, the car was clean in-out-and under the hood and trunk almost like new and they did an oil change for free. The whole purchasing process was a breeze, no hidden or extra fee's as the one advertised. We never ever would buy another used vehicle elsewhere again. It was a great pleasure dealing with both. Well, I completely agree to what everyone else says...had an amazing experience at this dealership. Bobby is amazing guy...you can't call him a sales person at all...so transparent with everything...letting us test drive..showing us all the cars, explaining the warranty, then helping us through the finance...everything was so smooth it felt too good to be true :) The car we liked was in the Victoria location...they shipped it to North Van free of cost...cleaned it up, even replaced the tyre covers since they were scratched...gave us complementary phone charging cables....what to say...the cost doesn't matter, the gesture does :) After the sale, Bobby made sure he sent us the 2nd key once he got it from his Head office....overall it just was so amazing..the price they had was so good...we didn't have to bargain at all... The insurance part was also very smooth...we were informed of the costs, and were able to choose our desired coverage... I had made a reservation for pickup Christmas Eve at 5pm, with drop off Christmas night. The manager called me four hours before my pickup to tell me that my reservation had quadrupled in price and there was nothing else he could do. I couldn't afford the new rate that he gave me. I offered to change my reservation to a one day rental at the new rate which I could afford but he said that I MUST pay for two days even if I returned the car within 24 hours. Terrible manager and totally inconsiderate. Merry Christmas I guess?? I"ve been asked by management to delete this review. I direct all readers to the national car rental in North Vancouver google review to see how the management at the same address, and using the same business name are treating customers trying to get a car.

I can not say enough good things about National Auto Sales and especially Bobby, who sold my car to me. Buying my first car at a different dealership made me very skeptical of car dealerships and car salespeople in general, as they care much more about making a sale than what's in the best interests of their customers. However, my experience at National completely defied my expectations of what it's like to purchase a car. Here are three examples of what made my experience different: 1. No pressure - Bobby gave me as much time as I needed to inspect and test drive the vehicles I was interested in. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. 2. Didn't cut corners - after making my decision on a vehicle, the dealership put in brand new tires and brake components before I came to pick it up. 3. Going the extra mile - after leaving the dealership I noticed the cargo cover in my hatchback was missing. When I called Bobby he waited at the dealership 20 minutes after closing time so I could come get it. Overall I paid much less for my car then I would have elsewhere and the buying experience was much better. I definitely recommend them.

We drove over an hour to arrive in North Van and we were met with a fast and easy experience that helped us drive away with our new car. We found a couple of cars on their website before we showed up, gave them a call and even got a pickup from the Waterbus. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had!! This is not your typical Car Sales Dealership. I was looking for a newer vehicle, something good on gas but didn't want to spent a ton of money. National Car Sales was selling there 2017 Hyundai Accent Fleet Inventory which was one of the cars I had on my list and they had by far the best the deal. We called ahead and then met David the Sales Manager, he was super knowledgeable and answered all or our questions about the vehicle. We took the car for a test drive and I liked everything about it except but that there were some noticeable scratches on the bumper. He said he would have Bobby his Sales Exec. call the Body Shop on the following day on Monday to see about having it touched up. There were some other people wanting to buy this same car while I was there but David said he would place a SOLD sign on the car and not show the vehicle to anyone else until he heard back about getting the scratches touched up. So the next day I get a call from Bobby Der with an update that he has arranged to have the scratches fixed up for me at no additional cost. I was super impressed because I know they could have sold the car to someone else for the same price as it was. There was bit of a delay at the body shop due to Covid they were short staffed, but Bobby went out of his way to keep me updated with a phone call or text on the progress. When the work was completed I was absolutely amazed, the bumper looked brand spanking new as did the car!! Bobby had the car thoroughly cleaned and detailed for me, even gave me a free touch up pen. He lined up his insurance agent to be there ahead of time, so it made the transaction super fast and easy. Then he even called me 3 weeks later to follow up and see how I was liking the car and that he was going to be sending me an additional key in the mail via courier at no charge. I'll I can say is wow I'm impressed with my car buying experience from National Car Sales in North Vancouver. This is not your typical Car Sales Dealership, these guys are honest, friendly, knowledgeable offer the best price on there used inventory, their vehicles are well maintained with all records, transferable warranty, car fax, no pressure sales, no BS, no hidden fees and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are completely satisfied with there car purchase. I've rented cars from National in the passed and have always been happy with the service but my recent car buying experience from them absolutely blew me away. Horrible car rental experience. The vehicle rented was filthy and was not even cleaned. The front tire pressures were very low on air. While the rear tires were over inflated to 60psi. This is dangerous because in hot weather because the tires could blow out while driving. When the vehicle was returned near closing time, the employee, Sam, was agitated and rude. It appeared that he was trying to go home ASAP. He ended up overcharging us for gas at $2.40 per litre for a half of tank when the gas tank was 1/8 above half tank. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his rude and passive aggressive attitude and overcharged gas fee. He told me to "get of the here!" and that "we do not need your business!" This is after spending nearly $600 in car rental fees. He also stood in an aggressive stance that appeared to me that he was ready to fight or attack me. This was truly an unbelievable experience. Since I rent vehicles for business on a regular basis, I will surely not return to National anymore. 1⭐= 0 ⭐

We cut a cheque for $90,000 dollars for both trucks and were only asking for $700 to make paint repairs to a tailgate to make the truck sellable. We asked the sales person (Bobby) and owner of the north van location to at least work with us to remedy the situation and both flat out refused. This is not how myself or any of the stores we currently deal with do business so I had to share so buyers can be forewarned.

I had wanted to buy a new car for many years and did not want to deal with a traditional dealership. I was going to contact a car broker when my friend recommended National as he and his wife had bought their vehicles there. He told me that there is no pressure to buy a car, there is no upselling and they let you test drive vehicles on your own. He also advised that their prices are excellent. My sister and I went on a Saturday and met with Bobby who listened to what we each wanted and showed us a number of vehicles. He was open and friendly and did not put any pressure on us and showed us vehicles that met our needs. I came back the next day and test drove three vehicles again with no pressure. Bobby had the vehicles ready for me when I arrived and I made my decision and purchased my new vehicle. Bobby gave me a discount and I believe they put new tires on the vehicle. My sister did the same thing the next day and also purchased a vehicle. I recommend this business to anyone wanting to buy a car. I had the day off Friday and my wife was working so I went to check out the Hyundai to see if it really was as good as advertised on auto trader. As soon as I shook Todd's hand and he took me out to see the car I knew I had found a great place to buy a used car. Todd was upfront about the vehicle history right away and pointed out a couple of cosmetic blemishes that he had a very pleasant man buffing out for me. I interrupted his work so I could take it for a test drive and Todd told me to just go have fun. The car was listed at 13 700 and Todd took away any stress that can accompany negotiations and just gave me their rock bottom price they would let the car go for. When i returned from the test drive, I gave him a deposit and told him I would be back the next day to pick up the car with my wife. Bobby greeted us on what appeared to be a very busy day. Realizing that we were a "done" deal already he still managed to make us feel as valued as the possible clients shopping there. He explained the whole deal to my wife and presented us with the keys and had the insurance agent there right away. A very pleasant and accommodating man! Thank you Bobby and Todd! Did I mention it came with a FULL tank of gas and new front pads and a carproof report at no charge? Oh ya baby!

With all the negative stigma around used car sales and their dodgy tactics, I was, like any male, skeptic at buying a used car from a place such as this. Let me tell you otherwise. I was greeted by Bobby with a soft tone and not the usual powerful and overwhelming character that I've seen before and have always been warned about. Bobby gave me all the facts.. clear and concise. There was no preassure at all. Gave me and my wife the keys to test drive on our own and told us to take as much time as we needed. Something I have never experienced after buying 5 vehicles. When it came down to the price, Bobby gave us examples of today's market and had nothing to hide. He definetly gave us piece of mind when he went down on the sales price and even had new tires and new brakes put on our new purchased vehicle.
