Ok i will give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to BUYING the car, buying the car was a very easy and pleasant experience. but DO NOT go back for servicing cause you are wasting your time we had this happen 3 times, one being today, where the car HAD an appointment, the previous times was to get the tires changed, we had to arange 3 APPOINTMENTS to get the tires changed because they kept "forgetting" to put it on file that the car was supposed to come in those days. we call up to reschedule the first one, ok thats done, second time around, we go and they tell us "both appointments were never booked", wonderful. at the beginning of the week, there were 3 things that needed to be done to the car, we needed the bolts tightened, get our second key for the car (that is another can of worms, they said they would have that for us in january but again, they kept "forgetting" to order the key) and to fix some exterior damages. they said "ok we have you to come in on friday" which was perfect since saturday we are leaving town, well... today is friday... now we are going to Canadian tire cause oh yes, once again AN APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER BOOKED

Wow! DO NOT BUY HERE! Bought a used toyota . Went to pick it up after safety etc.. and found a chip and crack in the winshield, brake rotors were supposed to be replaced all around, and nothing was done. Turned around and confronted them with the issues and they said they knew nothing about the crack and it probably happened while I was driving. They then said they didn't know about replacing the rotors. They sent me to an auto glass place to fill the chip/crack and the tech said he suspected it was there for some time. I called Kia and the service manager then admitted to knowing about the windshield and they still saftied it anyway. He also said no one told him about the brakes, but my sales guy swears he told them about the brakes. Next I aksed them to find my winter tires which were included with the sale. Since I couldn't trust them I wanted a conformation email sent with the location of my tires and brand of tires we had. It took two weeks for them to find them, because no one knew how to use their program. This was a lie because when the service manager came back from vacation, I asked him if no one was trained to find tires and he said YES there are people trained , wow big suprise. Next, my vehicle had to go back (winshield/brakes) so they lent me a car. When it was ready I returned their car with the same amount of gas as when i recieved it. When I got my car back a quarter tank was gone!?! They didn't even bother to refill the gas they used. KIA has NOOO customer service. Their service department is awful. I know of four other people that would never return here. There is a reason for this. I hope this will help you. If I knew how bad the service was I never would have bought here. If you really want a Kia search for a dealership that has GOOD reviews, as Kia Noth Bay has none (like I said "for a good reason")

We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento at this location on September 26th 2020 and picked it up today (September 30th 2020). The individual I dealt with was Leo Vaserbakh which I would highly recommend anyone to speak with him when purchasing a vehicle from Kia North Bay! He made the experience of purchasing my first vehicle very pleasant and welcoming. I went in with an open mind and we looked at different options that I had, he was very considerate about our thoughts and helped us in every way he could. Very good salesman but also a very friendly individual. We went through Bonnie Malette for the financial aspect of it and she as well made our experience at Kia very memorable and without a doubt I would return and recommend to anyone.

They had the best price out of about 15-20 dealerships I contacted from Oakville to Northbay and Peterborough. Sale was quick and efficient. No fuss and straight to the point. Pickup was even easier. Giles and Bonnie were great to deal with.

Don't know what people are talking about when they say the five star ratings are not for service or if they complain about service ... They took such good care of my old Sportage that it is 10 years old and going strong. Just purchased my brand new Sportage as a second vehicle from them and love how they treated me. Surprisingly inept. Three ring circus in there folks. I recently visited their lot to help my aging mother find a new car. They had none of the model we were looking for on the lot. I called the dealership to ask if they would be having any more arriving this year. They said they did not know (?) But they offered us an appointment to select a car they could "dealer swap" to get it on the lot. I made it abundantly clear that we were looking to test out a vehicle not have them order it in to purchase. We were assured without question that they would do this for us. Sounded odd but we agreed. We get to the dealership a few minutes before our appointment and were there for quite some time before anyone acknowledged us. A gentleman then asked us who we were there to see and said he would let her know we were there. 20 minutes pass and she comes over and claims to have not known we were there. Wonderful. Another 15 minutes later she calls us to her desk. She had virtually no knowledge of the vehicles she was trying to sell ( knowing we wanted to try it out, not buy). After sitting there waiting for her to leave her desk to find answers to any of our questions we finally get to the point that she tells us they will not do a dealer swap. UNLESS we have a signed bill of sale. Gee thanks you'll get it in if it's bought?!? But not what the agreement was...nice All around a total waste of over an hour with misguidance, dishonesty and frankly no concern for their customers at all. Stay away or buy your Kia out of town
Hours poated on the web site were not correct. I have driven 1.5 hours on two occasions, only to find a sign on the door saying they closed early.
Had to get a safety on my 5 year old vehicle. They had a 2 page list of things that "needed" to be done and an estimate of $2800 to go with it. I thought, no way...Brought it to a trusted mechanic and he did the safety for $560. Most of the things they said needed replacing were just loose, and my mechanic even found a few things they hadn't put in my estimate. Never dealing with them for service again.

So last year my uncle bought his 2nd car from Kia. 1st time they did some trickery on the payments, at the end of the payments he thought he owned it. Nope still owed around 3k. Fast forward, he buys another car from Kia. 2nd car that comes with no floor mats, just the paper ones from service. I convince him to go back, they say "those are extra". I contact Kia Canada because I was a Kia employee at another Kia and this isn't right, 2 floor mats show up at his door within the hour (I'm thinking great) with the promise of the remaining mats would arrive. 1 year later, Kia North Bay no longer replies to calls or emails regarding mats.
I live 4 hours away and ended up buying a vehicle from this dealership because the service is exceptional! Elysia and Tom made the process of buying a vehicle seamless! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! They got me a great deal and had my best interest in mind!

I spent an entire day at kia North Bay while I was stranded because my vehicle, for lack of a better term, blew up. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. They even allowed my dog to hang out with me while I was set up with a new vehicle. Everyone from the service staff and management to my salesman Alex was absolutely incredible and I couldn't recommend kia of North Bay more.

I regularly bring my vehicle in to be cleaned by Kia Of North Bay. The cleanings are always exceptional and the service is outstanding. The staff are friendly, punctual, and always happy to help. After my cleaning, someone walked me out to my vehicle and explained they had found some small paint imperfections starting in my vehicle. They assured me that on my next cleaning they will do whatever they can to correct the problem and will “ keep an eye on it “ at future appointments. This kind of service is unheard of, and I greatly appreciate the staff at Kia making sure they treat my truck as if it were their own. If you are looking for a cleaning or to have your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend Kia of North Bay. Even if you do not own a Kia ( I do not drive a Kia )

It is an interesting business - the cars must sell themselves, because the dealership puts little effort into selling cars. The younger sales staff have apparently received no training, nor are they authorized to do anything without running to the manager. We booked a test drive - the car was empty of gas. We received no follow up calls. So little effort on their part, it is incredible.

Horrible Service! The service department is always trying to squeeze money out you. Everytime we go for an oil change they say we need more work. They say you're breaks are finished when they aren't. They can't even order you're warranty parts. My rearview camera stopped working and had to be replaced they said they would order the part and call me back. I waited 3 weeks and never got a call back. I called myself and the parts guy said they had given my rearview camera to another customer. So I waited another week to have it changed. I went in again a month ago my engine light was on and my AC stopped working. I needed 3 parts to fix all my issues I reminded the guy at the counter of our last incident and he promised to call us when it arrived. I waited 2 weeks and called myself since I never got a call. Turns out they never even ordered the parts. So now I am still waiting on them to order call me to fix my vehicle. We also own a 2008 Ford Focus and a 2010 Dodge Ram and this 2014 Kia Sorento and our Sorento is the worst. I wonder if we got a lemon of a car for all the maintenance we have had to do in the past 2 years! We only bought another Kia because I loved the service at the Sudbury Kia when we lived there and thought the North Bay Kia would be the same. I was wrong. They won't even change my car starter that came with the winter package I had gotten with my SUV that stopped working after a year.
Great car dealership and a very friendly staff. Brought my vehicle in for service and they offered me a shuttle ride to a surrounding area but I stayed and looked at vehicles on the lot. They are very efficient and have awesome mecanics. Totally recommend everyone to give them a call for your next vehicle or service.

Couple years ago I bought a used car from them. A detailer damaged my car, I had heard he hit the wall with it. When I went to pick up my car and saw the headlight was scratched and bumper cracked they told me "That's what happens when you buy a used vehicle" I insisted I knew that damage wasnt there so they did me a "favour" and put some glue on the bumper. It looked worse than the damage.

We purchased our first 2014 KIA Sorento. We had good service from the sales department. I was disappointed with the info giving ,the salesperson told us that there was a new set of brake pads put on the vehicle to replace the old worn down ones. But in fact there was no new pads installed so they misinformed us by making it sound better but it wasn't. Second would be was never informed that we had to get the wheels re-torque and 4 days later 3 of the wheels nuts were completely loosen and the others were not tight making the full front end loose in which was concerning. There are a few little issues with the vehicle that we were not informed of, We are trying to work with KIA to get them resolved. Other then that we are enjoying or KIA.

I've never had the greatest experience here. Recently was reached out to via email from someone there saying that my car was wanted on the used lot for 'top dollar'. Oddly I was already looking around at another dealership. Scheduled an apt to see how much I was going to be offered etc. Waited for 45 mins. Nobody touched place with what was taking so long. Also to add, proper social distancing wasn't in place + the employees I guess don't know how to wear a mask properly? Good idea I chose to leave. ????????♀️ I've had a car sold out from under me as has a family member (even with a despoit down on said car.) Shady workmanship all around. 11/10 don't reccomend even 3 years later.

Mike, the sales manager, reneged on a written deal. Claims he didn't promise something when I had it in writing that he did. Very dishonest person. Like owner, like manager. At least he is living up to the expectations and reputation of the owner of this establishment. Extremely rude and arrogant as are the owners. Avoid.

We felt like we dealt there for many years because they make you feel very welcome and wanted. After we decided to lease the new Seltos Ex turbo we met with Bonnie in finance and she went above and beyond with great attention to our needs. Last by not least with dealt with Alain on a Saturday to have our accessories installed. Alain was very knowledgeable and personable . From purchasing a new vehicle to dealing with the finance department and finally the after sales department they are a class act. EXCEPTIONAL SERIVICE! Anthony was a huge help, answered all of our questions, and made accommodations so that we could leave with a new vehicle that day. Bought a car and the transfer case started making noise second day we had it. On day 24 transmission went out of the car. They didn't offer a replacement while my car was down. It's been 15 days since the tranny's gone and they can't even tell me how they are going to get my car back to me. Very frustrated.

I was in search of a newer vehicle with a certain budget and questionable credit. Madison and Michelle at Kia of North Bay were extremely accommodating of my financial situation. They gave me some great options in vehicles that had features i was looking for. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend Kia of North Bay if you are looking for a positive buying experience.

Absolute worth experience. They went through my center console for no reason. They went through my cargo basket and left things scattered in my trunk. I told them I needed to be out by a certain time and if they could not meet the time, I would make an appointment with them the following week to get it done. They checked me out 40 minutes late which resulted in me missing my appointment for my dog and costing me an additional $1000 to take her to emergency services. When calling and speaking to a manager named "Tom", all he had to say was "we will do better next time". Planned on purchasing a 2022 vehicle from this facility, but they have permanently lost my business as they showed how little they care.
Cannot say enough good things about Kia of North Bay. Purchased my jeep from Maddie and had amazing service throughout the entire process. Would also like to thank Bonnie for the help as well.

I was trying to purchase a used car with less than great credit, and the team of Elysia-Marie, Thomas and Bonnie made it seem easy! I got a wonderful 'new-to-me' Soul in my favorite colour complete with some shiny new parts! An upgrade from my older version and I'm loving it!
Again we had amazing service this past Saturday. Made the hour and 15 minutes drive to have our first service on our new Seltos. Allan was professional , friendly and he always makes you feel welcome. Its like the bar cheers where everyone knows your name. I was amazed that both Anthony and Madison knew our names when we walked into the showroom. You can't beat the customer service at this dealership. I would recommend everyone to visit Kia North Bay.

Had warranty work done recently and staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my availability. They even went as far as picking me up and then dropping off vehicle when work was complete. Would definetly recommend. Great service.

This staff went above and beyond to make sure my kia was in tip top operating condition!! My parents age 81 and 77 attended KIA in North bay for service because it was making a noise in the rear end , they own a 2015 Kia . The vehicle was inspected and my parents were advised the rear tire has a nail in it and it can not be repaired . KIA North bay ordered two new tires and never even put on the spare tire for my parents , KIA sent my elderly parents home with a leaky rear tire with a nail still in the tire , I attended my parents house which is approximately 60 km from North bay to find them with a tire with very low air pressure on the vehicle. I put the spare tire on so they could drive safely. I attended KIA and spoke with the manager and the salesperson my parents deal with . I was assured they would take care of the situation and it was not right that my parents were allowed to leave with a dangerous tire on the vehicle. I was assured by the manager and salesperson they would contact me . I left my contact information It has been over four weeks and not even a phone call from KIA North bay .to say they have rectified the issue . No phone call from the service department to say the new tires are in . To make things worse I took the tire to a garage and they removed the nail and put a plug in the tire and said it is good to drive . They have driven now four weeks with no issue. KIA had my parents order two tires through them for over 400 dollars when the tire needed a plug . Was the tire unsafe with a nail in it YES was it leaking air YES Did it need to be replaced or plugged , it needed a plug Did KIA try to upsale my parents to two new tires ???? Will KIA Northbay ever have my business NO.

On September 26th 2020 me and my fiancé went to the Kia dealership in North Bay. As first time car buyers we were very overwhelmed and anxious about the whole process. The other day I went to look at a 2016 Honda Civic that I was interested in.. even though I’m only 17 Madison was willing to help me out when I couldn’t finance so I could still buy the car I really wanted.. she was extremely polite and helpful.. Elysia-Marie made me feel valued by her follow ups making sure everything went smoothly.. amazing customer service.. if you’re thinking of buying a used or new car I definitely recommend coming here.

Purchased my last 2 vehicles from there great place, EDIT: they also just did brakes on my first vehicle and put warped discs in had to take it to another garage to get it fixed as I no longer live in north bay. I feel like they found out i was moving and took advantage.

This dealership is a joke when it comes to auto repair. My girlfriend has a kia Sorento and it is GARBAGE. It's 2 years old already the review camera has shutdown twice, gas tank has pressure issues, air conditioner failed everytime we go into to get warranty parts fixed they say they have none and they have to order them, ok fine order them, never do they come in under a month and never have they called us back even after 3 weeks of waiting. They give away your parts to others without calling you. They even forget to order the parts. So then u call them up now 6 weeks later and turns out the parts are on back order for the a/c. This place should be ashamed of itself and stick to selling cars not fixing them becuase they obviously have no idea how to do this.

was looking to buy a car, it was sold before we could close...it happens. the salesman Never returned emails or texts after until we started looking at another vehicle. we were offered ,4500 as a trade BC of a paint scratch the salesman said would be 2k to replace. I had it fixed perfectly for $400. we were then offered an additional $1000 for it. when we signed the invoice it was $500 less than we were told for the trade-in. we thought nothing of it as we were told we would be getting a refund cheque for $1150 from a previous insurance policy. we were told it would be two weeks to arrive. it took nine. when we got in the car there was a piece of trim on the floor. nobody knew where it came from. we googled it and found the answer. when trying to figure out what was taking the refund cheque so long we were passed around, ignored or never had calls returned. coupled with the fact when they transferred the loan over to the new vehicle two additional payments were removed from.my account in addition to the new vehicle. so disorganized and customer service was downright disappointing I would never recommend this dealership

I am writing this review regarding two times I have now went into Kia now once the girl talk to me like I had 10 hands which I do not appreciate argued with me regarding a letter I got from Kia and then argued with what I was saying regarding my car burning oil she was telling me it was leaking and then I just went into Kia and telling them that I’m burning over a litre of oil every thousand kilometres and you guys book me in for after two weeks from now this is a major concern my engine could seize up at any point it's bad when I went to my actual mechanics yesterday regarding my brakes and I got a brand new brake job that day and they were for fully booked they fit me in and did brakes a Rotors on my car this is not acceptable
Just purchased a used fiat from this dealer. Since I purchased it, less then 2 weeks ago,they have had about twenty percent of the time. When I bought it the sales man told me that I could take it there for service. There was a problem with something in the light And they hooked it up to the computer and they can't service the car. They sent it to another local dealer to see if they could do it. When they called me to tell me the car was ready I inquired about what was wrong and I was told "I am not sure, but it's working right now". When I inquired if they were able to hook it to the computer again I was told I don't know. I feel that if the salesman didn't know if they could service it he should not have said I could take it there. Also I feel that if you are having repairs done to a vehicle you should know what was or was not done so when the client asks you can give them an acceptable answer so the client feels informed about and secure in the knowledge that the car was in fact serviced properly and that the whole issue was delt with. Never again will I deal with this company. Extremely disappointed in services provided. To give credit where credit is due they did not charge me for this issue as it surfaced within 2 days of taking possession of the vehicle

Called Kia North Bay 2 days before Christmas to check on a price and if they had stock on a white 2021 Seltos SX. Alex was great a few calls back an forth and deal was completed seamlessly and the seltos was delivered to Cochrane 4 hrs away on Christmas Eve. Thank you Alex and Kia North Bay. ! This was our first time travelling to another city to purchase a car. In our town there are many dealerships but none have the customer service you want when buying a car. Let me tell you, driving the 2hrs was worth it! The team at Kia North Bay took the time to listen to our needs and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't want or need. Everyone we came in contact with had a hello or a smile. It was a great experience. Thomas was wonderful! He went above and beyond our expectations. He is a family guy and understands the importance of listen to customers and helping them pick the right vehicle. We would travel the 2hrs again to buy a vehicle from them! We went home on Monday in a 2020 Kia Telluride and we are so happy with our new vehicle! We would recommend them in a heartbeat! I found My dream car on Kijiji and made the deal with Gary Davidson sight unseen. He assured me the 2016 Maxima SR was in Mint condition with 18k on it. I drove 350km from Ottawa to pick it up with a rented trailer. It was so perfect I refused to test drive it as I was in My old cloths. What a fibulas car it is!!! Not a blemish and detailed to the Max. Oh yes, even a full tank of gas!! I got a great deal and Gary was 100% accurate in His description of the Car. I work like a dog for my Paycheck and love it when I feel I have the most value for the Money I spent. Thanks so much Gary and the Kia of North Bay team!!!!!
