If you want to create a special cycling holiday in the Niagara region rent Snap E Bikes for the day. Micheal gives easy to follow full instructions and the bikes are terrific. Batteries are very long lasting and the bikes handle like a road bike. Not only technical instructions-we had maps, water and snacks and dining recommendations. We spent the day on the trail between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. The small amount of road travel felt safe and there were many attractions, including wineries and fruit stands to visit along the way. Good news-your pannier holds up to 4 bottles of wine! It was a great day and we recommend Snap E-Bikes to all levels of riders. Why not enjoy the ride!

We had so much fun riding the Snap E Bikes! Everyone kept asking us where we got them, because it was obvious we were having so much fun. Before we left, Mike gave us a lot of instructions, supplied some complimentary water bottles (and apples!) and made sure we had a handle on the bikes before we took off. If you’re looking to explore the Niagara Region including Niagara on the lake you will want to be on Micheal’s Snap E Bikes! I recently got a chance to bike to NOTL with these e bikes and they were super fun. Micheal does an amazing job making sure the bike is fitted for you, gives you some pro tips on performance and safety. He’s even got a selection of saddles to make long rides perfect. The battery is packed with power - I did short of 60 km with 3/5 battery life remaining. With a very small amount of pedal assist you can easily bike at upper 20’s/Kmph for your entire ride. If you’re tapping out there is a throttle that you can use like an escooter to power up hills. So this bike has the best of both worlds. First class experience from Micheal and the Snap E Bikes Family !! Ps love the ice cold water and snacks that come with the ride - so handy

If you are looking for an adventure with lots of smiles - this must be on your to do list. We biked about 60km right to Niagara on the lake and visited a couple wineries. The trails make it easy to follow so it’s hard to get lost. Warning- going there is easy- all downhill! Keep your energy for the way back! Thanks Michael- such a pleasure working with you :)

Amazing experience! We rode almost 50km in ~3 hours taking several breaks along the way through all the sceneries through Niagara-on-the-Lake. Michael was very friendly and accommodating and made the experience even more memorable. I haven't used an e-bike before and Michael provided us with a super helpful lesson and tips and my anxieties about riding the bike quickly disappeared. :) The location is also super convenient, a short walk from the Go station. This was pretty sure the best activity based experiences at Niagara. The bikes are super easy to used, have a good speed and we were able to bike from Niagara Falls to Niagara on the Lakes and back easily. Michael was super helpful get us started and his enthusiasm made sure we had a great experience! Also, the location is just next to the Go station, so literally walking steps for anyone taking the bus or train!

Renting e-bikes was the highlight of our visit to Niagara! A great activity to generate some breeze in the hot weather. We got an extra battery pack and went all the way past Niagara on the Lake. Covered about 90kms. Easy and fun to ride and Michael does a great job giving a mini training on how to use them if it's your first time on an e-bike.

This is a great way to explore the entity of the Niagra Falls region, without the hassle of large tour groups or relying on walking or traditional biking. The crew at Snap was fantastic and gave us several recommendations and routes we could explore. They have a guided tour if you so desire. The electric bikes made the ride along the gorge fun and relaxing. At no point we we struggle with slopes if the terrain. The region is beautiful and the bikes give you the Freedom of stopping and seeing stuff were it would not be easy otherwise. It is around the corner from the train and bus terminal for easy access. Look forward to coming back and exploring more.

We noticed at first glance that Michael has a passion for bicycles. He made sure we had the best experience possible. He greeted us warmly. He took the time to explain to us how the bikes work. He told us about the different possible routes. There are maps on site & on the website. He made sure that the equipment was in good condition, that we had a helmet for our size & that we were comfortable on the bikes. He offered us fruits, nuts & bottled water. He made us laugh. The bikes worked really well. We did 50 km round trip to Niagara on the lake & we didn't run out of battery. Just one word: WOW.

Well, this was the highlight of our Niagara trip. We wanted to bike the Niagara Recreational trail and happened to come across some great reviews of Snap E-Bikes. And TBH, it were all true. Starting from the booking online till the refund of deposit at the end of our trip - it was a great experience. The owner, Michael, is a thorough professional and exceeds expectations in all possible parameters in providing a great overall experience. Even we were offered bottles of drinking water, a guide map, a snack pack to get ready for the trip. The bikes are well built and looks great. And powerful. We are not pro-bikers but after riding a couple of minutes - as you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze to ride then. However, we were given an orientation at the beginning on the features / and how to ride. My partner had an issue with size and it was fixed right away till it got comfortable. We both had a gala time riding along the beautiful trail. It’s highly recommended to try it to add a bit more to your experience. It’s worth it. Highly Recommended !!

We absolutely loved it here! Would recommend to anyone. We went for our parents' 27 anniversary and we biked 60 km. We were with our whole family (8 people) and he had 8 bikes available just like that! He gave us water and food for our ride and explained all the beautiful places that we should visit. Great experience. This was my first time on an E-Bike. It's a great machine. It gives you degrees of freedom to explore your surroundings that you can't get on foot or by car. Michael runs an excellent business. Very personable, thoughtful and efficient. Centrally located in Niagara Falls. You can park your vehicle behind his shop. Highly recommended.

I made a last minute reservation this weekend since I thought it would be better to pay for a bike instead of parking ! Mike was very helpful, did a mini tutorial on the bikes which was especially helpful because I have never used e-bike before. He had helmets to pick from, and gave a bike lock too. He had water bottles and snacks available and sent me off with a map which was great. Overall very good experience and I expect I will be coming back. I’d recommend booking for the whole day rather than 4 hours.

e-Biking is worth an experience with Snap E Bike. Michael is a wonderful instructor and owner of these wonderful bikes who knows how to provide fantastic customer service. Take it on rent for full day and experience different trails and places within the Niagara region. e-bike's Throttle (boost mode to feel like driving a Scooty) is what makes it easier to ride the bike with the traditional version of pedalling as well. Definitely recommend it.

The e-bikes are buckets of fun. Mike is a genuine guy, does everything to make sure you're set. You can tell he loves what he does. Made the right choice choosing Snap E-Bikes for our Niagara trip. Smooth sailing for 70km with no battery issues. So much fun on the bikes that we forgot to see the Falls. 10/10!

Snap E Bike Rentals is the place to go if you want to rent an ebike to get around Niagara. You can also easily get to the wineries or Niagara-on-the Lake. It was my first time trying an ebike and it was a lot of fun. It allows you to zoom up hills without even breaking a sweat. The battery also lasts a long time if you leave it on level 2 with mild pedalling. I still had 4 out of 5 bars of battery life left after biking for around 40km. The owner, Mike, was very knowledgeable about ebikes and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and personable, and even offered us free cold water and snacks in case we needed them for our ride. The next time I want to ebike around Niagara again, I will definitely go back to Snap E Bike Rentals. My friend is even thinking of purchasing an ebike now.

He is very friendly ! If you have the slightest doubt...do not hesitate anymore and go !!! We rode 53km from Niagara Falls to Niagara on the Lake and back...battery still had 3 full bar of power (out of five) ! It is a super nice way to visit the area, outside the crowdy center !!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my day on a Snap E Bike from Michael’s shop!!!! The bikes are amazing! Rented the bike for the whole day (which I highly suggest, that way you have no real time restrictions except to be back by 7:30pm) hadn’t been on a bike in years so this was definitely the way to go. The batteries are powerful the pedal assist goes up to 5, I have Multiple Sclerosis and was worried I would get somewhere and not be able to get back; no concerns after the orientation with Michael, and came back at the end of the day having used only 2 bars of battery and highest peddle assist I needed was a 2. There is also a “boost” control which is amazing to have as well, it boosts the power of the battery so there is no need to peddle at all. Michael is the owner of Snap E Bikes, and he was so great to talk to! His gave us the orientation, fitted us with some really cool helmets, and offered each of us a bottle of water and a snack for our ride! Micheal was great to us from the moment we walked through his door - very welcoming and informative & amazingly friendly. If you are looking for a great way to see some of the sights in Niagara Falls; this is an amazing way to do it! You can even get to Niagara on the Lake and take in a wine tour and get back with ease! The saddle bags are a good size and fit quite a bit of stuff. If I could give Michael and his bikes 10 stars I would ! Such a great day! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Michael. Amazing bikes, and officially now our favourite way of seeing everything in Niagara. We were a bit worried about battery distance, but with power assisted pedaling managed to go over 30km on a half charge. Michael is a fun guy to talk to.

The owner Michael was great to deal with. Very accommodating and polite. He was very informative and helped set up the bike before we left to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. The bikes are comfortable, pretty quick. And the battery life was excellent, it lasted really long. My fiance and I were out for 2-3 hours, I used the electric part of the bike most of the time and it had full bars when we returned. In short, a fantastic experience! Even before booking, Michael was quick to respond to my inquiries, and upon arrival he gave a thorough overview of the bike and made sure I left with water, snacks, and a route map. In fact, when I was so unlucky as to get a flat tire halfway on my ride to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Michael was able to rescue me and drove to meet me right away with a replacement bike. Certainly a great way to explore the Niagara Region and Niagara-on-the-Lake when you don’t have to compete for parking! Even better when paired with a $10 GO Train Day Pass from Toronto, there was certainly enough time for me to come in on the first train Saturday morning from Union, ride to and explore Fort George, have lunch and shop around Niagara-on-the-Lake, and even ride to a winery or two and be back in time to catch the evening train back to Toronto. Definitely plan on returning and recommending Michael’s hospitality and friendly service to others.

Renting an e-bike at Snap E Bike Rental is extremely easy. Just follow the instructions on the website and you will be fine. I visited Niagara Falls on Saturday when the weather was nice for a bike ride. Michael does a great job with the e bike orientation. The ride was incredible riding from Niagara Falls to Niagara on the lake! You go at 32 km/h which is amazing. I chose 4 hours but next time I'm back, I'll select the full day!
