The staff are absolutely amazing!! I was recommended to them by my friend. Very kind and compassionate. I have a mobility scooter and it stopped working in one day. I took it there. They looked it over and replaced the ignition, took it out for a test run and it still had problems. They found a bad connection at the back and were able to put a strong strap to hold it in place. It works perfectly. Thank you Nino, Bruce, and your amazing mechanic for your kindness and help

Let me say first we did not purchase the e-bike from Nino. They are friendly and courteous. We had the 4 year old batteries replaced earlier this year. They picked up the bike when they said they would and it was ready as promised (drove it home). Today Nino came out to pick up the e-bike because the dash lights would not go off and the steering lock does not engage easily. As it turns out Nino showed us that it had a feature we were unaware of and which is not in the manual. It has a fob that allows one to drive the e-bike with the keys in ones pocket. The issue was fixed with the push of a button on the FOB. We were willing to pay for his time but he declined. Thank you. As for the lock engagement, which is not an easy fix and it is rarely used Nino agreed it need not be repaired. Thank you again for saving us money. They will be the one we call for any future needs.
