I have been a long time customer with Autoline. All cars in our family have been purchased from them. Recently my Venza's computer system stopped working and it had to be replaced which would have cost me lot more but here at Autoline they took care of it, fixed my car in one day and gave me a really good deal. Staff here is really helpful and always ready to help. Kudos to John for helping me out to get this car fixed and guiding me in the right direction. Wow! I am not the type to write reviews but this one was needed. I was helped by their employee PAIGE CAVEBROWNCAVE. When going to a car dealership, my biggest worry is being scammed out on all these extra fees that I am not aware of. However, Paige was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She allowed me to go on multiple test drives to make sure I was making the right decision. When picking a car, I always feel extremely rushed. However, Paige took the time to clearly outline every detail of the transaction. On top of this, I was never afraid to ask Paige questions. She would tell me "car lingo" and I could easily and comfortably ask for an explanation in layman's terms. I would never go to another Toyota representative besides Paige. I really mean this!

I wanted to commend the team at Autoline Toyota for a great car purchasing experience. I recently purchased my first Toyota there under a bit of a time crunch because my previous vehicle was written off as the result of an accident. I dealt with Rachel (Sales), Kyla (Finance) and Brittany (Delivery). I cannot say enough good things about each of them. Each individual was attentive and professional. I appreciate the fact that Rachel took the time to explain my options, worked on all of the details involved with the sale, urged me to test drive all the vehicles I was considering and did this without being overbearing and within a tight time window due to my circumstance. She even test drove vehicles with me on her day off. Kyla was kind enough to handle all the work associated with financing through Toyota Financial Services in a manner where I spent a minimal amount of time on documentation but still felt as though I had all the information I needed. On the day I picked up my car, Brittany assisted me with a hands on demonstration of all my new vehicle's capabilities. This demonstration never felt rushed and she gave me some interesting insights into the operation of my new car. In my interactions with each of these individuals, I never felt pressured and always felt as though everyone was forthright while being pleasant. I think all three individuals did a great job. By the way, I love the car I purchased there as well.

I was soaked an exhorbitant amount of money for each service they did. They upsold me every time. Even their base service is ridiculously expensive. There's no reason why they should have charged over 600 dollars consistently for routine services on a new car. Will never go with them ever again. Took it somewhere else for a service and was charged a tiny fraction of the price Toyota charges. They also didn't pressure me with up selling but just made recommendations. Avoid at all costs!!! Toyota is a great company but their reputation is being tarnished by this location.

Autoline Toyota was super easy to deal with. I live outside the area, but drove a couple hours out of my way because the service and price were right. Paige is extremely helpful, and knows A LOT about Toyota Tacomas. One small observation ... this might seem like a small point, but auto sales is a customer service industry, so the little things matter. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and this is the first time I've ever pulled off the lot in a vehicle that didn't have a full tank of gas. Usually you drive away with an oil change or two covered, or a tire rotation on the house. Again, doesn't change my view of Autoline on the whole, but these extra touches are meaningful.

By far, buying a vehicle at Auto Line Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Having purchased many vehicles in the past, I was fully prepared for pushy sales tactics and constant up-selling when I walked in. I bought my RAV4 at Autoline about 3 years ago and have always had it serviced there. When my daughter bought a Toyota Matrix in Scarborough and the engine died on her way home from picking up her car I immediately called Amadeo, Autoline's service manager. He suggested I tow the car there for them to diagnose it, which I did. The engine was "cooked". My daughter was distraught. She had no car and no money to buy another one. Amadeo suggested a plan of action which I took. Later that day he called again to say that they had one on their lot. We went to look at it. John, the general manager, had heard the story and gave us an excellent price on the car and we bought it immediately. My daughter was back on the road the next day in a perfect car that she loves and one that was clean with low mileage. We ended up getting a refund on the car from Scarborough with some pressure and a call to OMVIC. Amadeo told me that some things happen for a reason. KARMA! I couldn't be happier! What an awesome, friendly and helpful staff!!! They have gained two customers for life. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to Amadeo, John, Kayla (sp?) and ALL the wonderful staff at Autoline Toyota!!!!! Caroline Well, 2021. I took my vehicle in for winter maintenance and, unfortunately, did not get honest service. My muffler was loud due to going over a concrete island that did some damage. I didn't mention this when I brought it in. When I got a call from them with a report on the RAV, they didn't mention the noise the muffler was making. So I asked and the mechanic told me that the exhaust rusted apart. When I told him what happened, he didn't know what to say. Not impressed and confidence lost.
