We recently needed short term storage and found Apple to be most accommodating. The grounds, unit and storefront were all very clean and well maintained, but what sold us was the staff. Sherri and Scott went over and above to help us - and even made some great suggestions for our upcoming anniversary celebration. We honestly couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience with this company. I wholeheartedly recommend Apple Self Storage to any and all looking for a storage facility. Kudos to you Apple! We have been dealing with the storage facility at 4655 Kent Avenue in Niagara Falls for over twenty years which is now known as APPLE SELF STORAGE. The management team including the site manager Sherri have always been very helpful. We have been in a difficult spot a number of times and needed a place to store belongs of various family members for an assorted period of time. Everything from a place to hold things between moves to storing treasures while an estate was resolved has found us at the doors of Apple Self Storage Niagara. When a short term rental of a few months, or, a long standing rental of years was required, they have always dealt with us in a customer focused cordial manner. They maintain the property and address any issues in a timely manner. We appreciate their guidance when selecting the appropriate size of storage space for our things.. their suggestions have not been wrong. So a storage place is simply a storage place. You go there, you hope its clean, and secure. You put your stuff in, and that's it. So why does Apple get five stars from me? Ok - basics fulfilled: -its extremely clean. The lot is clear and plenty of space to park and load/unload. -the unit i had was very clean. Of course there are scuffs and markings etc, but its a storage unit, what do you expect. Overall, the hallways and units, are heated (that i had), and clean. -the units are secured well (fully fenced, barbed wire etc), electronic coded gate to drive in Costs - was on point with everyone in the area, might have been a couple bucks less. I'm not 100% on that, but was right in the neighbourhood of others. You're billed monthly with plenty of time to pay. If you don't want it anymore, just clear out before the end, and that's it. Easy peasy. So why the five stars. Kory. You can tell he belongs in and loves the client facing industry. How he speaks, and his tone is welcoming. He's extremely helpful and made my experience at apple a great one. I would definitely use Apple again if i need storage.

When I called Apple they were great and explained that units throughout Niagara were scarce due to pandemic and the housing market however they may have one available and within a half hour I had a unit at their Kent Street facility. Right from the day I walked in to book a unit, they have been great. The service is excellent and the staff are all very friendly. I love that I get emailed when my bill is due and also a confirmation when I have paid. The site is very secure and access is easy to get in and out of the units. Trying to get big articles out after work was a pain to get thru tiny man doors. Had to break a antique hutch to be able to get it out. People work should be able to use big doors at night. That's when I have time to do anything. Go to work at 6am. I get home from work at 8pm. Very inconvenient for me.

We originally had a locker at the neighbouring U-Haul but it wasnt large enough. U-Haul didnt have any larger units so we checked next door at Apple. They not only had a unit that was twice the size, they offered it at a great, affordable rate. The unit is clean and protected, while still being easily accessible. We were able to load it by pulling a truck right up to the large garage door... saved a great deal of hassle with carts, dollies, etc.The staff member was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience with this conveniently located storage facility.

We originally got a unit that was too small for all of our items so we asked if we could be moved to a bigger unit. This was after the fact that Apple Storage processed all of our paperwork. They were more than willing to help out by changing our paperwork to a storage unit that was more suitable for us.
