Had a great time In Niagara Falls thanks to Aero Taxi. I was there for my honey moon and the driver took me and my wife to amazing restaurants,winery's in Lockport, across the border to the Canadian side and lots more places in the area. Ask for noor. Arrived promptly after being called to take us from the US side of Niagara to the Amtrak Station /Grand Central bound. We were charged the correct amount of $8 before tip. The driving was safe and smooth, and the driver volunteered to assist with the luggage. We thought it was an excellent and safe service

This company is AWESOME!! Always on time, if not early for pick up. Great and constant communication. My flight was delayed 2 hours and the taxi driver, Noor was still on time to pick me up. We booked a return trip from Niagara Falls Canada to Niagara Falls New York. Our bus arrived late and Aero was able to quickly reschedule and pick us up at a later time. The vehicle was clean and the driver was polite and professional. Booked our return for two days later and again, Aero arrived as promised and drove us across the border to the bus station. I’ve been taking Medicaid transportation through different companies for years. I now only request Aero, the drivers are always on time and their customer service is impeccable. They have made my life so much easier just by being such a good transportation company. I’ve rode with many other companies and aero is the only one I’ll request anymore. Everyone from the drivers to the customer service number is incredible.I take 2-3 rides a week, I’ve never until them experienced such good service. Aero is the only one I would recommend.

Mr. Ahmad was so gracious. He took us to and from our destination, arriving with a sign with our name and promptly coming again for our return trip. On our trip back to the airport we had extra time so he brought us to a beautiful state park we never would have found. He got out with us, took some great photos of us and showed us around. He went above and beyond a "taxi driver"- he was a host and an enjoyable presence in our travel experience.

I have been utilizing taxi services the last 7 years and what a roller coaster it has been. I have never ever imagined that there was such a professional, ethical, caring and dignified taxi service as AERO TRANSPORTATION!! I HAVE HAD HORRIBLE NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCES WITH SEVERAL TAXI SERVICES IN THE AREA. I'm going to leave it as that w the past I just hope in order for success and delivering a service as they portray that other services should use aero as their guidance. Most importantly I can go to any given appointment punctual and leave the appointments in peace and able to reflect on the benefit of the program I just left. All of my needs are meet and taken into consideration with respect. With that, none of my health issues have been triggered negatively by this company. I have seen that given to all other customers they cater to also. I would like to give my heartful appreciation to the owners, drivers, and dispatchers for their kind and wonderful professionalism. This place is not trustworthy. They make promises they don’t keep. The drivers are all slow at picking people. This is almost comparable to using buffalo transportation. If you need a better and faster medical transportation please call buffalo transportation. Most of the reviews on here are because they pay people to rate them well.

Good fortune was ours! In a recent trip across Canada by train we ended up in Toronto and needed a transportation service to the American side of Niagara Falls to pick up a rental vehicle. We made contact with Aero Transportation six weeks in advance. Their representative Naz supplied not only all of the details but sent a detailed e-mail spelling out how all of our transportation needs would be met in relation to date, time and location. Aero Transportation on the date we needed them arrived on time and every promise was fulfilled. A great ride from Canada to the USA. Our driver, Noor Ahmad, was absolutely the best. Friendly, helpful, courteous and extremely articulate and bright. He made the ride not only perfect but an educational experience and not one quickly forgotten. Anyone in need of a taxi or transportation service from Canada back into the USA will do themselves a complete favor by using Aero Transportation. They are efficient, courteous and their fare charge is completely reasonable. Bottomline they are the best!
