Never go here. They messed up my car rental and gave me a refund for it. Two weeks later I was contacted by a collections agent. Once they admitted fault and gave me a refund, they sent my bill to collections.

Awesome staff and location. We had a Rav4 or similar reserved and when we arrived they didn't have one available as we were delayed in Montreal by a day. They instead put us to a better vehicle at the same price and made it all work out! We also accidentally left our prescription sunglasses in the vehicle and didn't realize it until we were on the plane and they found them and packaged them and allowed us to have Fedex come and pick them up and ship them back to us which was REALLY appreciated. We'll be back and Hertz at Saint John airport is who we'll be using again for our vehicle needs.

I have rented cars from this location on many occasions and their service is excellent. It's located right in the airport and the vehicles are all well maintained.
