Booked a rental a week in advance, pre-paid online. Booked a Dodge Journey SUV (or similar). Arrived for my rental and was first surprised with a $350 deposit! Which had to be put on a credit card, which I did not have, this information was not made relevant to us prior to arrival date. Then was surprised to find out that they had a Toyota Camry for us? Not at all similar to a Dodge Journey SUV, which we specifically rented for the large amount of space. Manager fought with me about the make of the vehicle, and told me that since I’m under 25 I am not able to rent the vehicle that I already had booked online? Funny since a week prior I had rented from Moncton Budget Car (same exact company) and they provided me with a Dodge Grand Caravan, without a $350 and without a $25.00 additional fee for my age. Apparently the company doesn’t have guidelines that all locations must follow. This all happened after I was charged $350, plus my pre-paid amount of $57.40. Terribly rude customer service, from the manager herself: This was last minute and should have been made aware to me before the pick-up time, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Won’t be back, don’t waste your time.

Be careful if you rent a car there. Check and sign any paper that shows there was no damage to the car, Take pictures to show that the car has no damage before renting ,otherwise he'll charge you for damage you didn't do. If you do not speak English well he will take advantage of you. Company to be avoided. The manager at the reception used dishonesty. He abuses people and this is very serious.

I booked a reservation, went to pick it up. They had the cargo van and it was almost brand new. Signing paperwork was quick and professional. I took it all the way to Nova Scotia and back with absolutely no problem. LOVE the rear view mirror back-up cam!!! Saved my butt a few times! It was pretty easy on gas, cost about $180 round trip from N.B to N.S. and back, with a full load on the way back. Best price, best cargo van, best service. I returned it and they charged my credit card exactly what was expected. I will use them again!

BEST car rental in Fredericton.They are fast, courteous and organised. They really know how to treat you like a real person. They have competitive prices too, but I'd pay more just for the great service! (This morning, for instance, they were scraping off my wife's rental in -27...unreal!)
