My wife and I rented "Olive" for 3 nights in summer of 2018 to surf in Tofino. Ended up being the most economical and rad-est way to do our trip! Vehicle was awesome and made the experience that much better. 10/10 would (and will) rent again

Amazing experience and a great company. We rented a van for three nights and it had everything we needed to explore the island. Comfortable, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. Toured Vancouver Island with Justgo Vans and Jeeps with a group of 6. Our friends had the Jeep, we had a Van. Fun experience, many memories made. So easy to hop in and just go, everything you need (and more) really is inside. We explored for a week and a half and wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back again. Hopefully next Summer and make this an annual event for our group. Thanks for being awesome! Great concept. ❤️

JustGo is an experience summed up by the name and it puts the travel and exploration in the hands of the tourist. I rented the van and visited a camp site in Tofino steps away from the beach. Easy process from booking to return, the value given is amazing because of the power you have with where on the island you want to take the experience. I have been highly recommend this service because of what an amazing job Lisa the owner has done. As a customer I felt valued and appreciated. The vans are in amazing condition for being 20+ years old. They smell fresh and the sleeping bags are cleaned as well. Gas is a lil pricy but that's what you get with an old van!

First off , let me say that both Lisa and Camille were very responsive to all my queries and requests and the camper van we rented performed well with one exception that I will get to. And I can attest that the vans really do come with everything you need to go camping - whether they work is another thing and highly recommend everyone who rents from justgo check everything before you leave the lot. We are a family of four that rented a westphalia for 4 days - we were provided a 15 min overview of vehicle and contents prior to leaving. Here is where justgo failed. There was a camping stove with two propane canisters as well as a large propane stove to be hooked up to van for cooking in the vehicle. We arrived at our campsite to find that one of the camperstove propane canisters was half empty - it had a label that said "partial" and the second canister with no label was empty. Needless to say we got about 2.5 meals worth of cooking in. No worries we have the van stove - my son and I spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to hook up propane and get the van stove working - could not call justgo - out of cell range - to the point we gave up and ended up driving around strathcona park looking for anyone that could spare us camping stove propane - we were lucky in that regard. we retuned to nanaimo and I let justgo know about this and was surprised at their lack of concern that this had on our camping trip - a more customer serviced focus organization would have investigated and provided a better response. Another issue I have is the payment policy - yes it is black and white on the contract , but it was over 14 days after the dropoff of our vehicle that we received our deposit. Considering you pay your whole trip fee AND deposit on booking - not pick-up - this seems like a long time for a business to hold onto your cash for a substandard product. Would I camp in a Westphalia again - definately - we had fun. Would I rent from justgo or recommend to my friends - unfortunately no.

I had a great time with JustGo. I had been looking for a Westfalia rental for some time and their vans are perfect. They come fully loaded with all the gear needed for an adventure. The van was super clean and ran really well. Lisa, the owner, was a great help and was always available for help and advice. My next trip is already booked and I can’t wait!

We rented a Jeep from Lisa and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The Jeep was awesome, have always wanted to drive one. The bedding was clean and comfy, rooftop tent was simple and you can even open it to look up at the stars. Surprised by how much camping gear was included. Made for a nearly effortless getaway. So happy with our decision to ‘just go’ with Justgo - Was deciding between a hotel and car rental and wanted to try something new for this trip to Vancouver Island. Did not disappoint! In fact we couldn’t believe how much was included and how easy the experience was - and we are not regular campers at all! Justgo staff were extremely responsive to any questions we had during the trip and even helped us map out some great spots to stop at that we hadn’t seen before. So simple to head over from Vancouver - walk onto a ferry, have a scenic sailing and then pick up the camping rental a few minutes away once you get to the other side in Nanaimo. Easy to drive, easy to set up & best of all, easy to have fun and relax. Because Justgo makes for a quick awesome escape we are already planning another trip for this October - Thank you Justgo team!

WE LOVE JUST GO VANS! It's hard to find time away from our busy lives and when we do, it's obvious to want that time to be special - affordable, fun, unique and whimsical. Well, we tried out Just Go Vans and got all of that and more. The van is super comfy to sleep in, very easy to cook in, the entire inventory of what's promised with the van came with it - except for the bundle of wood and a hatchet, which would have come in handy at one point. To their defense, it's likely they didn't include it because of the fire-ban around Vancouver Island at the time. They've got a CD collection that's building (we started it off with a few gems found at the 2nd hand stores in Port Alberni and Qualicum Beach). We also donated a Back Country Road Map for Vancouver Island, to the van, which was very useful for us. When driving it, expect a slow and chill journey - you're on vacation, afterall! I need to mention that the entrepreneurs behind this genius business also rock - they're personable yet professional and care 100% about what they do. High five, gals!

Staff was accomodating from the beginning, Van was clean and ran well. Gutless but mechanically sound. Over all a great experience. Not cheap but worth it depending on how you look at your free time. They accept dogs which is fantastic.

I rented for two nights as a surprise for my partner - we have been talking about a VW van forever and when I found Justgo, I knew this was a way to try it out. We were not disappointed - literally just brought a few clothes, and stopped for some groceries along the way - the van had everything we needed.
