Brilliant! No need to stand in line!! Iversta picks you up at the airport, takes you to their nearby office and you're done....and when you return the car, they'll drop you off at the airport as well. Less hassle, long waits and headaches. I'm definitely using this service again!

I've been working with Iversta for the last 4 years - and my business relationship with them is remote. I contact them ahead of time prior to flying back home to Toronto and the car is always ready. Their cars are in excellent condition, the staff is super helpful and quick with their service and inspection is swift in and out. I have a great relationship with the owner as well - Alex - who makes sure he gets to know his customers and is always available to help if need be. Alex has become a friend and I always rely on him and the team.

I just experienced a good rental company. I picked up with Alex, a caring professional who advice me to save and offered me some excellent promotion. Quick pick up from Viscount station and also offered beverage on office. At the drop off, Moe took care of everything fast and dropped me at Viscount again. I had a great experience overall. Someone went over with me any scratches and nicks over the car to make sure I wasn't charged for something I didn't do. The car was great and I wasn't overcharged for anything. Make sure you ask a lot of questions so you understand what you are paying for. My only complaint would be the seats maybe. They looked like dirt hit them so I couldn't tell if they were 100% cleaned. Other than that, I will definitely go with them again. They are 100 times better then Enterprise car rental! (Got ripped off by them too many times). Loved my experience at Iversta car rental!

I am glad I found iversta car rental in Mississauga. I recently arrived in Canada and was looking out for car rental options which would not make a big hole in my wallet and at the same time not compromise on service and quality provided by the rental car company, and I would say iversta is exactly what I was looking for ! I have rented cars from them more than 5 times in the last 6 months and I've not had any issues with either the car, their service. The folks working at the front desk are extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Vinay and Jashan have been helping me with all the car rentals till date and they are exceptionally wonderful to work with. They would explain all the terms and conditions clearly and precisely and make you feel very comfortable in the entire process. They have some really good discounts when you book a car for a week or more. Thanks team iversta !

(Translated) After I rented the car for 2 months! I was locked out of the car because the electronic lock was defective. I was out in the cold and asked me for money to bring me the second key. the car was on and I only got out for 20 seconds and when I came back it closed by itself with the car on! why do i have to pay for a car defect? Then I had an accident and the insurance I paid in the contract did not cover the damage. I had to pay out of my own pocket .. the owner told me that the insurance only covers big accidents! absurd! Inefficient service. Now I don't recommend this company to anyone because it's not a good service. No more! never ever! (Original) Dopo che ho affittato l'auto per 2 mesi! sono rimasto chiuso fuori dall auto perché era difettosa la chiusura elettronica. Ero fuori al freddo e mi ha chiesto soldi per portarmi la seconda chiave. l' auto era accesa e sono sceso solo per 20 secondi e quando sono tornato si era chiusa da sola a auto accesa! perché devo pagare per un difetto dell'auto? Poi ho avuto un incidente e l'assicurazione che avevo pagato nel contratto non ha coperto i danni. Ho dovuto pagare di tasca mia.. il padrone mi ha detto che l'assicurazione copre solo incidenti grandi! assurdo! Servizio inefficiente. Adesso non consiglio a nessuno questa compagnia perché non e' un buon servizio. No more! never ever!

We recently went on a business trip to Toronto, and the big name car rental rates scared me away. I refuse to pay $60/day for a small rental car. I read the reviews about iversta and took my chance by booking an economy car at half the price of other car rental places at Toronto Airport. Well, I was fully aware this place is offsite, but everything went smoothly for the pickup, we took the train to Viscount station and Alex was there to take us back to the car rental office. We couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated and this might be my best car rental experience ever. Had the car for 8 days, and Alex took us back right in front of our departure terminal after we returned the vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again in the future and would highly recommend iversta to anyone who needs a rental in Toronto.

Toronto Car Rental - is a very good Car Rental Service. At first place, the web site is very constructiv and easy to use. You can make a reservation whenever you need it just using the internet, like i did. They have some profitable offers as well, like "Weekly Discount", it saves up to 15-20% of your money if you rent a car more than for a week. It is very profitable terms, I think. All cars are in a very good shape, all new and clean, no bad smell inside as as it happens sometimes. I really recomend it!

It was a busy time when I picked up the car. Rental company gave the car from the previous customer to me directly, and they didn't have time for cleaning and sanitizing. Big stain in the trunk and floor mats were muddy. Dash board showed maintained needed, and found it was 2000km over due. Office people and shuttle driver were very friendly and professional which was the only thing I can recommend.

Used these guys for the first time and I have to admit there communication was excellent, I was messeging straight from the Google message tab and they answered everything promptly and ensured that my wife would have no issue when picking up the car. I wish I could 0 stars. Very disappointed with them. There was a small scratch in the car when I returned (size of a nail) but the they wanted to go for the insurance and make money off of it. I was charged USD around $550. Most big rental companies disregard damage that small. Any ways, its a lesson learnt. I would not rent from here again and would notify my friends as well. Second Review - Aug 22 Responding to iVersta's comment and adding to mine: I do not have a bad insurance nor the damage was big like you mentioned. I am attaching picture to this comment. But I would like to admit that iVersta was VERY HELPFUL in getting me my money reimbursed from my insurance (again, which is very Good. I have Progressive Insurance from US which is one of the #1 with deductible only $100). That said, I would have realized that this is the small car rental company and even a small damage affects them. I should have sorted out with the manager but now that I have. I would like to thank the Manager for being extra helpful in dealing with this damage. I still would have hoped that this damage was to be ignored and this observation is only based on my experience with major car rental companies. I would like to apologize if my original comment painted a bad picture on the company

I have been renting from this car rental place for 5 years every time I visit family in Toronto (and I do at least twice a year). Alex, the owner, is a honest, nice man. I watched him grew this place from small to now over with 100 cars. Their rates are usually much better than others and He never try to "ding" me with any small scratches on the vehicles. I also much rather support local small business like this than big national franchises like Budget and Avon. I recommend you give them a try.

I was going to Pearson in Toronto from Moscow, international flights are always exhausting and stressful, you know. so I needed a somewhat close to the airport car rental to get a car for a week as I intended to spend in Canada on business issues. I opted for iVersta car rental as they seemed the closest vendor to the airport and could also pick me up after arrival. having made a reservation online and discussed all the details with their manager, I had a peace of mind that everything would be OK. so it was. I came to Pearson, they met me at the airport and took me to their station which was just 5-min distance from the airport and gave me my car - a Toyota Camry LE in a good condition. after a week, i did not face any trouble with returning it back to the same station near airport. their representative accepted the car after checking without pretenses or pushing extra charges on me. my experience with iVersta was pretty positive.

I was a little nervous about renting from a lesser known company. My fears were completely unfounded. I received a phone call prior to picking up my vehicle to confirm the rental and they provided some additional helpful details. They picked me up from the airport and got me into my car quickly. Excellent service with reasonable price. Rented cars for 3+ months, that too during Covid situation, and they still offered best cars. Mostly interacted with Vinni (Mr. Vinay) and another person with him. The interaction was always precise & helpful. I remember they waited extra few minutes after office hours, just because I was stuck in traffic on 401 highway. I've recommended Mr. Praveen and he's continuing with Iversta from last 2 months now, hope he liked the service. I recommend this car rental for anyone who's traveling on short notice. Very reasonably priced car rental located near Toronto Airport (you need to take the train to Viscount Station for pick up). They picked us up and dropped us off in the car we would be renting so no need to change our bags over. The process went very smoothly. The car was a newer model sedan with a few scratches but overall worked well.

Tons of post rental charges. Their cars are not even set up for any toll paying system, which means, they will charge you for EXTRA toll fines ($8 / per toll) each time you drive through toll, and a fine processing charge ($50), plus the normal toll fees. They don't have a shuttle to the airport. And they don't open on Sunday. So good luck if you return your car on Sunday. Enjoy a nice long walk to the airport. Customer service is like non-existing. Worst car rental experience ever. Update: If you ever setup a transponder, the 407 toll fee is just $1 per trip. I was not given any toll-payment option when picking up the car. Even without a transponder, the camera charge is $4.2 per trip. They don't even care explaining the toll system to a customer who is new to the area. And yeah, yeah, yeah, that's all my fault. I guess the best way to resolve issues is to blame your customer. You are such a GREAT company.

I found this company on google when was looking for a car rental in Toronto. The website was pleasant and easy to navigate. I chose black Nissan Versa. The price was about 18 CAD without fees and taxes. At the airport, upon arrival, I used the company shuttle service which delivered me to a rental car office, which is located in 2 minutes drive from Pearson airport. My car was waiting for me there. It was clean, nice and cute. It took me several minutes to sign the papers and pay. The car did not let down during the entire rental period

Great rental experience. The prices at iVersta were nearly half of what all of the big name rental companies were charging, and Alex, the owner, is a really accommodating and helpful individual. Since the company is a little bit off of the airport, there's inherently a slightly longer delay in getting your car, but the service for both pickup and the car itself were outstanding. Worst car real service ever Don’t get excited from the cheap price appearing on the car rental search engine. The company is adding charges That are not part of the signed contract - out of province billing, km limitations... and force you to add 3rd party insurance. Getting the car or returning it - just a headache. Not the way to start or end your trip. *********** The company reply shows clearly misleading I wasn’t upgraded- I got the car I booked. Free unlimited mileage - is the one I had in the contract The employees refused to let me speak with the manager and were willing to do so only once I made a fuss. I was not the only costumer that was surprised by that. 3 other clients that were in the car rental with me at the same time were poorly surprised. Bottom line - I booked in one price and find myself adding 100 dollars with no ability to change the booking of cancel it. This was Never happening to me in ANY car rental I had before. Clients - Do yourself a favor- book somewhere else. And as for you inversa - do better homework when false accusing clients. See you in legal court.

My lowest rate ever for a business. I believe they don’t treat you like a valuable customer. They are just looking for competition on rates not services. My bad experiences: First, in their website they advertise their location as Pearson airport and when I called they didn’t mention anything about being close to Pearson airport. So it really made trouble for me going to airport looking for their office and then founding they are not at the airport! Second, the car had battery issue and after two weeks it didn’t work anymore. When I called the office they asked me to repair it myself by going to a Canadian tire. While the car was not starting. It took me more than an hour to convince them they have to fix it themselves. Finally, I hand no chance to find someone jumping the battery going to home and then one of their staff came and changed it for me. Third, before return date I called to extend it for another month. They increased the rate by more than 20%. The new rate was more than big companies! I asked to have it for a couple of more days as agreed at the time of rental but they refused it and told me I have to return the car. So, instead of a full month they forced me to return it on 28th day. I believe they just looking for earning more money and saving more in any possible way. They don’t service their cars regularly as the battery problem clearly shows it. I used the car just for less than 800 Km in a month and just a couple of times every week. The only reason for giving them 2 stars rather than 1 star is for the guy came for replacing the battery which was really nice and pick up service at the airport. **** Update after talking with the owner: I wanted to have another look on my review after your call to make sure it is really fair, but unfortunately what you talked on phone is different than your reply here. On the phone you said you understand the battery was old and in cold weather it might not work. Here you say I misused the battery! On the phone you say you understand the guy in your office was not nice to me for their offers and not extending it for 2 more days as they promised at the time of rental, here you say something else. Sometimes instead of just replying to the negative comments it's better to accept the mistakes and try to improve the customer experience. If you check all your replies on negative comments you are trying to point the problem is with customer not with your business! More detail about the battery issue: When I jumped the old battery and keep the engine on for 30 minutes in front of my garage definitely after that it works for sometime. You replaced it for me and I was thankful about that in my first review, but I remember it was a light rain not snow and you replaced it in my garage and in the garage there is no rain or snow hitting your face! In your reply you mentioned you didn't charge me for battery! Seems next time your customers should be thankful not charging them for car services or oil change! :D Again, the second star is just for your help on changing the battery otherwise the overall experience would be less.

The car we rented was great, we felt like we had gotten a reasonable deal until 7 months later I received a phone call from the company telling me we owed almost $50 extra for driving on a toll road twice. I was extremely disappointed with the costumer service, they knew ahead of time that the toll charge with their own $15 add on was almost $25 per travel and they didn't tell you where to avoid. Disappointed by the scam they run and won't be renting from them again.

I rented a vehicle with Iversta for 2 weeks and I was skeptical as I have never used them before but I had a great experience renting with them. I called them and asked what insurance information they needed if I was to decline insurance and they informed me. The pick up procedure from the airport was very quick and they provided Excellent customer service and a quick refund when there was a mistake on my final bill payment. They have the best rates we could get for minivan rental compared to major rental companies as well as Turo. We rented for a week & were able to easily extend for a second week (though we were charged a slightly higher rate). The reason for one star deduction is that the process of documenting existing scratches isn’t very accurate. The guy marking the scratches on the sheet had made it seem like a few scratches would be overlooked. But that wasn’t the case upon returning the vehicle! Thankfully we had photographic evidence to back up the fact that a particular scratch they wanted to charge us for was already on the vehicle at pick up. Unfortunately the staff person first reacted to the photos by suggesting that we may have staged the photos to avoid paying for the repair/reporting an accident and only relented after the timestamp for the photos was pointed out. These guys got a nice little scam going. - They have "perks" listed on booking websites like "unlimited kilometers" that trick you into booking. - you get there and they say it was a mistake and kilometers are limited, and blame the booking website. How hard is it to contact a business partner and tell the to remove misleading info? I think they do this so people say " we're already here, might as well take the car". I said no and asked for a refund, and thats where the fun really started. They pass off all liability. The burden is on you to find who to call because they apparently dont have a contact number or email for a company they are in business with (booking website). I called around for hours and no one had any info so went straight to Visa and asked them to reverse the fraudulent charge. I ended up going to enterprise and paying two and a half times what these guys were charging. I did it with a huge smile because i walked in, no fuss, no misleading info, no insurance jargan trying to make you take insurance.... no headache. Just got the carAnd went about my almost ruined vacation. _____ Response to owner. When booking I read everything and inputted everything clearly. I still have the booking and ALL the documents. would you like me to post them to show you are lying?

What a low class experience. If you enjoy being treated as a customer then this place is not for you. The people that work at this place are in my opinion, cash grab scammers. They will try to over charge you on whatever is possible, claiming they are the cheapest in town or you can choose to pay a repeatable company like AVIS 20$ more and get treated with some dignity and respect. Came to pick up our rental car. While we were inside managing payment, Inversta rented the car we were picked up in to another driver with our luggage still in the car. After trying to contact the driver with no luck, thy ended up calling to me police to stop the guy on the highway. All we kept hearing was “we are working on it” They didn’t even offer us a different car to take to the hotel or to bring out luggage to Newmarket which is were we are headed. He listened to my side of the story and spoke to his staff and determined that the situation wasn't a positive one. He then credited me for the last day rental and asked that I give them another chance to show what they can do. I will give them another chance on my next trip to Toronto. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bad experience here. Rented a car for 2 weeks. Called and told them I'd be bringing it in the during the last day instead of early the next morning. They started calling me that morning over and over and over to see when I was bringing it in. Then they sent me an email saying that I "had to bring it in by 3 because they had someone else renting it at 4". When I got there I asked if I got a break because I brought it in early. The guy said "no your rental is for that day from 9-midnight." Yet they pressured me and told me I was required to have it in by 3. I PAID UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON THAT LAST NIGHT. Why the hell would this happen? You don't call and harass a customer when they've already paid for that entire day because you want to double dip and rent it again. Sure I told them I was bringing it in that day but I told him I didn't know what time. I'm sure they charged the next guy for that day while also collecting my daily rental even though, technically, my rental wasn't over until midnight. This was pretty shady, to say the least. I fly into Toronto 3-4 times each year and rent a car each time and I know a lot of people who do this also. I'll be making my experience well known to others. Do yourself a favour and rent from someone else.

We had a very positive experience with Alexander and his team. The pricing was extremely competitive in comparison to other car rental agencies, and the service was very friendly. This agency is NOT located on the airport premises, it is important that you arrange a pick up time and location for them to come and bring you to the office. They will be there, Alexander was very prompt, but make sure you have the details sorted before you arrive. It is not difficult or far, just not as convenient as a service located in the terminal. The pricing and service, however, make it worth your while. The car was in excellent condition, they had a good selection to choose from, and it felt good to support a smaller business with more transparent policies and open communication. We've rented from larger name companies before, and the hidden fees have always put a damper on the end of a holiday.

We made our booking on the 25th of Dec to drive out of the city to see family on Christmas day, but it turned out that they were closed. Instead of trying to reschedule with us, they ACTUALLY OPENED THE OFFICE SPECIFICALLY FOR US so we could pick up our car as booked online. Car wasn't a brand new model, but not old either (maybe 2014 or 2015? I don't know for sure) was clean, and came with winter kit and got us to our destination, and came at a hell of a price given the time of year and duration of rental relative to other options. One thing to bear in mind is that they're not actually IN Pearson, but a 15 minute walk from Viscount station on the Pearson trainline, but that was worth it to me to save $400 compared to the next closest option. Otherwise no complaints, and I'd rent from these guys again.

Worst rental car company I met!!! Not even 1star!!! When we got the car, the staff had routine check with us. The car had 30,000km and it seems quite well. However we were not aware the condition of the tires. The tread on the 2 rear tires were very shallow for a car with such low mileage. After 5 days drive, the tire was blown out suddenly on the highway. We replaced it with a spare tire n drove to Canadian Tire to exchange with a summer tire. We had called the company n was told to go ahead with the procedure and exchange it since we were way to far to their nearest location. However when we returned the car, the staff stated that since we did not buy the insurance for this company, we need to pay by ourself. They didn't bear the responsibility for the blown-out tire and all the time we wasted. That it, we brought 2 new tires for the company that is equal to the rental fee. It is ridiculous. According to the staff of Canadian Tire, the tire was beyond repair, that means they used the old tires on a new car n rent to the customer????????????????????

Then my sister landed in the hospital so I extended yet another week and again the lady I dealt with was so considerate even after a week remembered me and asked about my sister etc ... She even went out of her way to call me 2 days before the rental was over to make sure I didn't need another extension and again said she hoped my sister was doing better ... Hands down the best experience bi have ever had with a car rental .. the car was perfect too! Clean, great on gas, and I couldn't believe that licence plate was mine n my sister's initials! It was a little confusing when we got to the airport as to where to go for pick up but other then that no complaints and drop off instructions when I asked for them were very clear n right down to even sending me a picture thru text :) Highly recommend and I have them saved in my contacts for future visits!

they are no fare with their customer all 5 stars are fake i got rental car from them for 2 weeks and they said you have 1200 km for first week and 900 km for next week when i go to return they charge me extra money for km i asked that my car is less than 2000 why you charged me they said its our policy so dont waste your money

I had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from Iversta through QEEQ. Not only did I have great customer service, but the car was new, clean and available straight away. The team at Iversta answered my questions the night before arrival and picked me up in a timely fashion from Viscount station. I was able to receive my vehicle within 10 minutes and received assistance with loading my luggage. A last minute extension to my trip and need for a rental was happily managed, and I was able to keep the vehicle for an additional 3 days without excess charges for changes to my itinerary. Iversta rentals has great pricing and customer service. Iversta is now my Toronto Pearson vehicle rental provider of choice.

Absolutely horrible company to rent a car from. They one thing to their custo.er and make an agreement t for another. I had a four day reservation that I came to get and was told since my license was expired they won't be able.to rent it for me so I asked them to change my reservation to the following day. They told me yes and the rates are the same for my four day reservation. I renewed my license and went back to get my car and was told that it's due on Saturday. I call in to make an extension due to my repair on my car isn't done and their telling me I'm not able.to extend my extension and my car is due Friday by 8:30. I don't understand how they blindly lie to their customer and due something else. All for some money that they need to earn in a very deceiving way. I was happy that they moved my reservation to the following day and when I called to make an extension I was frustrated how they had the transferring to one staff to another to another. No one is willing to take responsibility and they don't have a manager on duty to speak to at 3:30pm during businhours. Very cheap and deceiving company. SCAMMERS AND VERY IGNORANT ON HOW THEY TREAT YOU WITH THEIR DECIEVING SERVICE. PLEASE BE AWARE READ.YOUR CO TRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLEASE AS THEY WONT HELP YOU ONCE YOU LEAVE.

Not even 1 star. This rental service is a scam. I rented a vehicle from them in 2019. When they sent be the bill for the 407 ETR toll road they included a $31 fine and a $50 administration fee. How can the administration bill be higher than the toll fee of $30? Ridiculous!! Don't be fooled by their lower prices, somehow they get you back. I would rather take the bus. Also, check the condition of the exterior of the car before you rent. They'll come up with damages that you supposedly caused.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I stepped out from airport and I realized that I was trapped. Big insurance scam. If mistakenly you got your rental car booked with them make sure that you have your own insurance otherwise it'll be terrible experience for you as they note every hairline scratch and $2000 deductible. He charged me for insurance but never informed me that there is $2000 deductible and I asked him right away to cancel it but he said he can't (even he did 10 seconds before). I told him I'll get this car next day and will bring my own insurance but he refused and said its already processed and he cant do anything. They supposed to pick and drop off from air port but on return day they were closed and no one answered the phone so I have to call taxi. After hour dropp off is worse experience as well, parking is mile away and key drop off is other end of the building, you literally need ride to drop off your car and key. Car was not clean it smell so bad even my friend didn't want to sit with me. For non residents it was unlimited millage but he didn't give me unlimited even I showed him my Saskatchewan ID and boarding pass. He asked me for return ticket which was never mentioned online or in any documents. Completely Fraud company. IF YOU BOOK ONE WITH THEM GET READY FOR HORRIBLE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. -------------------------------------- Thanks for your reply. First of all you said there is no record of my rental that's very bad that you didn't have record for few weeks before!! He charged me all money before showing me the insurance contract. When he presented the contract I refused to sign and I request money back but he refused to give refund for insurance. When I first phoned Alex he was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I contacted him numerous times as our travel plans were developing and he always adjusted to each change. We booked a minivan and car for our 12 person party. I felt happy and confident in my decision to go with Iversta, until we actually got there! It was TERRIBLE :( First, my husband and cousin could not bring the vehicles back to the hotel because they would not let my cousin drive with a UK license! We had made plans for that over the phone - and then were denied. We had to return to the agency (not at the airport, but not far) with myself and my father, and spent hours of our vacation getting things sorted. My cousin was never allowed to drive. We are lucky that we had others who were able and willing to drive as our family reunion location was 3 hours away. Once we were away, the tire light in the minivan came on. We filled the tire and drove on. It came on again the next day, so we took it to a garage (we were by the lake, no cell service, small town, 3 plus hours from Toronto). The tire was declared unsafe, garage told us it should never have been on the car, it had evidence of 3 previous major repairs. We got a new tire put on the van. We took pictures, and brought back the old tire too. When I could, i let Alex know what happened. He started arguing with me! He said he used the van himself and we must have blasted the tire out ourselves, we had not asked for a tire damage waiver, so it's all on us! Then - we stopped to fill with gas before returning, after filling, the van would not start again! Luckily we were near the return office then. In all this process, we never met Alex, just phone and text messages. We picked up the vehicles on a Friday, and returned them on Sunday. His employee, Sally?, was the one we saw. She was disorganized and scattered. I don't know if she was overwhelmed by the amount of work, or it was just the way she is. There were many other little things that went wrong and were annoying or difficult (for example the car USB charger present did not work) and the car and minivan were clean but not in good shape. Luckily the rest of my family trip was wonderful, so Iversta was merely a story-building blip in a wonderful summer. Do yourself a favour and avoid them. The price was less than other rental places, but not nearly worth the hours of hassle.

First time renting from this company, and it was a nightmare. I rented a car for 17 days, and it will be the last time. I was given an Elentra 2016 with more than 40000 Kms. After 3 days, I travelled to a different city. The car’s front tire pads start to come off. Clearly, this is a wear and tear issue. Anyways, I didn’t think this was a big problem. Thank God, nothing else broke down. I brought back the car after 16 days of rental, and this is when the nightmare happened. I was told, that I should’ve have called them back so that they could tell me to bring the car to Canadian tire to fix the problem. (Told them I didn’t have time to do their job). Then I was told to pay for the repair. I had a flight in the next few hours, I can’t remember how long I was discussing this with them. And then they wanted to charge me for the full 17 days. I had to fight again to get charged only 16 days. They wanted me to pay $175 for the pads, I told them I would only pay $50. I wouldn’t have payed a cent, but I had flight to catch. Clearly, this is oppression!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from these charlatans.

Quick & professional car rental service. Booked a van for our summer vacation to Pelee Island, check-in and drop off took less than 15 mins each and they even advised which insurance to get to ensure we only paid for what we needed - the whole credit card rental insurance policy. Rental was clean and almost a full tank of gas ensuring we didn't have to do more errands as we were packing up to head out. Even called to let us know we could extend the rental if needed, if only we could've got the cottage longer! Highly recommended.

Great experience. This experience will always be the gold standard when I rent vehicles in the future. It's so refreshing to deal with people who care about their business! The check in and drop off is just outside the terminal. The shuttle service was super quick, ready for us when we arrived and 3 minute drop (even during the Monday morning rush). The Hyundi Accent we got was clean and had a cold water in the cup holder for us. It ran really well, the air conditioning was powerful, and it cost next to nothing to fill before dropping off. Forget about those other rental places, just ignore them and go with Iversta.

A BAD SITUATION TURNED POSITIVE BY iVERSTA/ACE Had originally paid & reserved with Economy, however after 2 hours of trying to contact their shuttle using both my cell and the courtesy phone at Pearson, I finally gave up (Travelocity couldn’t get through either). I was desperate as my husband had a medical appointment, which we missed. I called ACE Rent a Car, which is operated at Pearson by iVersta. The gal was efficient and set us up with the same vehicle, the last minute price difference was nominal. The shuttle pick us up within 5 minutes. The rental paperwork was expedited effortlessly by a very respectful young man. Upon our return we experienced the same courteous young man. Again, he made the transaction effortlessly. No waiting for a shuttle, he gave us a ride immediately to the airport. I highly recommend this company.

Fake company with fake advertising! Called them up to rent a car they advertise that they will pick you up if you rent for more then 2 weeks. The guy on the phone said that they will not pick up even though I would be renting for a month. Poor customer service already from the start, false advertising. How can they be trusted.

I saved almost $300 renting from Iversta than at the airport. My credit card covered the car insurance. I was late and they waited for me. I took the airport train (Terminal Link, free, about 5 minutes, just ask people where the train is) and it stopped at Viscount Dr.(2 blocks from Iversta), phoned them and they came and picked me up. After you got off the plane, just walk about 5 minutes towards the indoor parking lot and you'll see the train. Then we walked around the car and they marked down all the dents on the invoice. I returned the car and there was no problem, fast and easy. Then they dropped me back to the train station which took me back to terminal 1 (or terminal 3). Vinay and Alex are nice and honest people. I had a good time in Toronto.
