The rental location would not pick me up at my hotel. I had to take a taxi for $30.00. The car had a horrible odour. Upon my return the young girl was so friendly and she did drive to get my ride.

Not happy with this place, wasn't told that the vehicle doesn't come with gps, (2021 no gps, I thought it was standard on all vehicles) had to use android auto which kept disconnecting, not happy

Great experience in car renting. The process is nice and quick, additionally the staff is so friendly. Only thing to keep in mind is they give rental cars to class G license holders only.

Wow what a breath of fresh air. I rent vehicle constantly and usually go with Enterprise or Discount. My previous rentals were a mixed bag, some good, but far too often I have a reservation and they end up not having a car when I arrive. Hertz does it differently. They told me that they actually HONOUR reservations - what a novelty. Will be using them more in the future. Thank!!!

Booked online. Easy booking. Arrived to pick up my rental. The car was ready and I was booked in and out the door in about 5 minutes. The office was clean as was the car. Stsff on arrival and on return were super friendly. They had the best price for what I wanted to book and didn't try to upsell services i didn't need. I would definitely recommend and will certainly rent from them again.

Excellent experience at this Hertz. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a couple people in front of me when I arrived and the manager jumped out of his office to help serve the customers to move things along. I asked about directions to my meeting and not only did he tell me the best way to take, but printed a google map and step by step directions. The Toyota Camry I got was awesome and spotless. I've rented a lot of cars for business over the years and this was definitely one of the better experiences. Even got a free bottle of water and with it being 35 degrees outside, it was a nice touch! Will definitely use this place when I'm back in Sudbury again.
