I live almost 6 hours from this dealer but they had a pre-owned truck with all of the options that I wanted for a very fair price. I dealt with Alex in Sales who answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very polite and helpful. Within a few days we had a deal worked out including my trade-in. When I picked up the truck it was spotless, inside and out. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealer to anyone. Thanks again for all of your help Alex!

We own a 2017 Equinox. I went in town for errands and got a low tire pressure warning, so went to Expert Chevrolet Buick GMC in Hearst to have air put in my tire. Turned out my tire was scrapped due to a large nail on the side of my tire. Service was booked tight for the day but Monique suggested I talk to Yves Bastarache in Parts & Service to see if he had a tire that would fit. After checking my tire Yves said he didn't have any Michelin tires in stock. I explained that we were leaving for a long time in a couple days so he loaned us a comparable tire for the winter and said we could make arrangements for new tires in the spring. All I had to pay for the loan was the installation. Monique in service said that she would make sure to squeeze my car in to fix my tire the same day. I don't live in town so I needed a vehicle. Michel made arrangements for a vehicle. This happened at 10:15 am and I got my car back by 5:00 pm. I'm really appreciative of the service that I received. Actually, since we bought our first Chevrolet in 2017, we have been treated very well by the staff at Expert Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. in Hearst. I would definitely recommend Expert Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. in Hearst.
