We rented a mid size vehicle from June 7 - June 14th,2019. The Air filter Cabin in the vehicle was smelling like dirty feet all week but as we were travelling through NB we couldn't exchange vehicle. Upon return we explained our situation and they offered a $25 gift certificate to use in 1 year well we don't travel to NB that much and won't be using it. We tried multiple attempts to contact someone when I mean multiple I mean over 20 times and no return calls. Awful Customer Service if you ask me.

Good service. Very negotiable staff (special thanks to mr.William Strachan) - due to the abscence of economy class cars we've got a van at a same price. Quite fair fuel policy (in ALAMO/Halifax i was charged instantly for a full tank of Grand Caravan; Hertz just asked for a recent receipt from fuelling station and checked the fuel sensor). Will rent here again.
